I did all the due diligence from price comparison and shopping the big box stores, requesting samples etc. When I just couldn't get excited about anything out there, I visited Alpha Rug. They are a local business, which I like a lot. I was not pressured to buy, they directed me to the areas which displayed SO MANY large format samples. With the help of Lauren, I narrowed down my options, took home the samples to see them in my home and lighting. She scheduled Gary to come measure the following week. Can't say enough about the quality of the installation. The teams were so respectful of my home, courteous and most important---professional. The work was perfect. Years ago, they used to be closer to the outdoor outlet stores. Now that they've expanded, they moved to a bigger and nicer location... still close by the outlet stores. This location now, focuses more on furniture. I do remember and miss them having variety. They used to have large selection of lighting fixtures, utensils, bath mats, towels and more. Once my appointment time arrived, the fabulous customer service continued. My tech was Jeremy. He explained everything I needed and was very thorough before he got started. He told me how long it would take to complete the cleaning and how long to let it dry. And guess what? He was right on time! I was working from home at the time and Jeremy was great about letting me know when the machines would get loud, to be sure it wasn't interrupting me. My carpet looks great. He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.
