My blue Suzuki SV650 was dropped off/left with this shop on Jan 27, 2026 for a fuel pump replacement (I provided a Quantum fuel pump kit). I was told they were very busy, but the job itself was estimated at 2-5 hours once they got to it. After dropping it off, I followed up weekly for updates. Repeatedly, I was told I would get a call back "in the afternoon," but I did not receive callbacks. The shop later claimed they had been calling me; however, the only phone call we agree occurred was on Feb 17, 2026. On Feb 10, I visited in person and found my SV650 parked outside at the front where bikes are lined up out front. Staff initially pulled paperwork for the wrong motorcycle and struggled to locate my file. I was again told I'd get a call back that afternoon. The shop also posted photos on their page that week showing a lineup of bikes out front -- including my blue SV650, identifiable by the blue sweat band wrapped over the front brake reservoir, in the front lineup on the day in question. On Feb 18, after I left a review due to the lack of updates/communication, the shop contacted me and stated they were refusing to perform the work because of the review and asked me to pick up the bike. I'm retrieving the bike without the repair completed. One caution for other customers: read the estimate/authorization language closely and make sure you understand what you're signing (especially fee/lien-related wording). Ask for any timelines, fees, and promises to be clarified in writing before leaving your vehicle. My main issue isn't that shops get busy -- it's the lack of communication after repeated promises and the bike being stored out front without clear updates. Rony -- for accuracy: I contacted your shop repeatedly for updates. The only agreed outbound call from your side was on Feb 17, 2026, and the only voicemail I received with a clear update was advising me to pick up my motorcycle because the shop would not complete the work. All other follow-ups were initiated by me (phone calls and in-person visits), and I was repeatedly told I would receive a call back "in the afternoon," which did not happen. I also have recorded in-person conversations (Feb 18, 2026) where staff states the shop is refusing to perform the fuel pump service due to the review I left. As for leaving the bikes outside where they are easily accessible by the public. This is an issue because look at the three new photos I uploaded from right after I received my bike from you. I know it is a small issue but either your shop messed up my right hand sleeve. That photo was taken while the bike was in the trailer as soon as you handed it to me outside of your shop. So either your mechanics broke it or someone in the public did and who is taking responsibility for it? I'm happy to update this review if you provide a written invoice/work order showing what work was performed and when, because I have already retrieved the motorcycle, brought it to a shop that was able to swap my fuel pump, diagnose my actual issue, and replace my R/R for $150. We confirmed a deal for $3,000 for a Honda Shadow however when I test drove it, the steering wheel was dent. The salesman Ronny said that they will fix it and that the sale was complete and we shook hands. I called them for 2 weeks in a row and I was reassured that the sale was complete and that they were fixing it only for them to call me 1 day and tell me that the bike was sold to someone else. When I went there to get clarification the salesman Ronny simply responded by saying "cash is king". Do not trust these guys, they are crooks. Even if you find a good deal on a bike, who is to say that there is not something wrong with the bike? With the way that they do business, you simply cannot trust them. read more

To start; My Honda Navi was in a hit and run accident. Bike was in bad shape. Cracked/missing plastics, handlebars bent and the front forks were beyond repair. The bike still ran just fine. It started up and everything. The speedometer was working, gas gauge worked, blinkers, tail lights, everything. The front end was just crooked. So, I ordered a new pair of forks. I installed them, but there was one problem. They would stay compressed. All that's in them, is a spring and a stopper. I figured I messed it up and didn't have the time to continue working on it. After doing some research and seeing that this place advertised motorcycle AND scooter repair (The Navi is a smaller Grom, so it's basically a scooter that looks like a motorcycle) I decided to bring it in. I had one request. Fix the forks. I did not care about the plastics, the handlebars, or anything like that. Those were all repairs I could make in under an hour. I get a call from them about a week later, stating that my forks were bent. I ask them how that happened, as I put on new forks. They were absolutely not bent. So they ask if I can swing by the shop. I do. They show me the forks (which were NOT bent, go figure) and they tell me that the handlebars were crooked, so they thought that the forks were bent. Mind you, they've had it for a week and had the front half fully disassembled. I told them exactly why the handlebars were bent. It was because there's a bracket that screws in to the forks, to hold the handlebars. That bracket, was bent. Not the forks. They bring that piece out to me as I try to explain to the mechanic that barely speaks English, that this is why the handlebars are crooked. I do not care about that. Fix the forks. That's it. Another week goes by, I get a call saying it's fixed. I get there, they charge me like $700. I know this is an asinine price, but I'm not about to argue. Any mechanic that knew what they were doing (clearly, not me) should've easily been able to fix this in under 2 hours. There was no diagnostic needed, I told them exactly what was wrong and what I wanted fixed. It's literally a metal tube, welded to another two tubes, with a spring and stopper in those two tubes with two rods that go in those tubes. It's like 7 parts, excluding the bearings. What did they charge me for? I'm glad you didn't ask, reader! New forks and installation. The same forks I BROUGHT IN AND ATTACHED TO THE BIKE. Oh, and fork seal replacements. THE BIKE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE FORK SEALS. I was beyond a "screw it" mood. I just wanted to grab my bike and bounce at this point. Oh, but it gets worse. Much worse. They tell me that it has problems starting. (I brought it in, fully functioning, they even confirmed this when I brought it in as they documented all previous damage) Luckily though, they're just "uninformed" and didn't realize that the choke was off. Yes, cold starting a single cylinder engine is going to cause hiccups. Oh, they also said that there was electrical problems. Again, it worked fine going in to the shop. More on that later. Also, the speedometer cable wasn't working apparently. So they just took it out and handed it to me when I picked the bike up. Again, more on that below. But, they did fix the problem I had. The forks didn't stay bottomed out. So there's that, I guess? Now, for the ugly. I'm not going to ride a bike that doesn't have working lights. The headlight didn't work, nor did most of my blinkers. So, I take off the plastics. Or, so I thought I would. These buffoons cross threaded two of the screws holding the headlight cowl on. So, after I drill them out, I check on the electrical. The problem? Obvious. The way that the blinkers work, is they're all connected under the cluster, behind the headlight. They use these weird crimped connectors. You plug the male end in, and the crimped piece of metal makes contact after it clicks in to place. They didn't click in to place. They were bent wide open. After bending them back to roughly the original shape, it worked again. Nice. As for the speedometer, I still have no idea what's up with that. The bike tops out at 50 MPH, so I honestly didn't care enough to fix it. The bike has two speeds. Slow, and stopped. I don't need to know how fast I'm going, as I can't really go faster than the speed limit anyway. My best guess? They somehow messed that up too. It wouldn't surprise me at this point. In summary: I took in a running and functioning Honda Navi to get the new OEM forks I purchased reinstalled after I messed up the first installation. They ignored what I said, tried to replace the already new forks and I had to go down to the shop and explain that they weren't bent, as they were new. They proceed to nearly destroy the wiring, possibly (but not provably, mind you) the speedometer cable and cross thread the screws on my plastics. They then charged me for a replacement part they didn't order and parts that don't eve exist. Conclusion: Don't come here. read more

Went to Alex's for my 2nd tire repair. The whole team was super friendly, helpful and I even learned a few tricks to use while working on my Baha. He knew exactly what was wrong with my bike I've noticed a lot of mechanics locally, shy away from MoPeds if it's not a Vespa- and he was not only able to assess my calipers and how to maneuver my bike easy, he also fixed it and worked with me on the price. My bike is now safe and I've been cruising it all around Phoenix. I'd strongly suggest looking into buying a MoPed. You can't beat 5 dollar fill ups on gas; and a safe ride. They take them in, fix them up, and sell them there. I already have 2, working on getting my third now. read more

This is the most unprofessional and unethical business I have ever seen. Alex charged us $7000 to fix our Can Am and it doesn't run. There is hoses hanging everywhere. It leaks oil, they broke the fender and the key to the ignition. Also they had the Can Am for over three months. Many other mechanical issues as well. We will be taking them to court for damages. Overall I had a great experience with this shop. I had been working on an old moped for Years, replacing most of the parts myself. Struggling with the electrical and timing of the flywheel, and I needed a professional touch. They brought her back to life and I have been having a blast cruising around! Asking $910 to fix my wheel pulley, and tried to sell me a burnt out back rim ($250) because they said my rim was destroyed because the bolts had snapped. When I declined, he said he was going to charge $180 to put my back tire back onto the because he had to remove the muffler and left bag. Already down $300 I brought it over to another mechanic, he pulled the bolts that snapped out of the back rim and found me a pulley for $150. These people are crooks. read more

I had stopped by after work around 11am and spoke to Alex regarding my motorcycle. I explained that we did not have cash, that my employer had a program to open a credit line for vehicle maintenance. It's called Medput google it. So he agreed to take a look at the bike so I went and rented a U-Haul to get it to him, just for him to change his mind and use his fucking "language barrier" as an excuse when he had an employee translating for me when I stopped by the first time. Would not recommend goes to show you get what you pay for... spend the extra $100 because you can't put a price on your life should a component fail because it was used when it was called new. I went last Wednesday to pick up by bike hoping that they would have the answers for my inspection. They handed me my bike with half of the engine on it and then came outside with a huge box of parts from my bike. I asked why they didn't reassemble it after they inspected it and they said that would take another 3 hours, which is $300 just for labor. At this point he handed me the box and said come again soon! Buyer beware! Very dishonest and unethical!! I was looking for a specific bike and found a listing on CL that was 500 miles away so I inquired. I found out that it wasn't a private party selling the bike, it was this business. He gave me his phone number and I called to inquire. I was willing to travel the 500 miles in my truck to buy the bike but, since it was so far away from me, I wanted to be sure that it was in good condition since I didn't want to waste my time with a beat up bike. I asked him about the bike's condition and specifically asked him if the bike had any damage to it. He said that it was perfect except for a scratch on the headlight. I figured I could live with that so I drove the truck to pick it up the next day. When I got there I discovered that bike had EXTENSIVE damage!! Every single piece of plastic was damaged! Controls didn't work properly! Basically, it was a piece of junk! I asked him why he hadn't told me about the damage to the bike when I called and specifically asked him if the bike had any damage and his only response was, "the engine is in good shape." Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't, but I didn't even bother test riding it since I would not pay for a bike in that condition! He wasted two days of my time, gas money for 1,000 miles in a big truck, and motel fare for the night!! All for nothing! So, buyer beware! He is not honest, not even close!! read more

I wrote a good review initially but boy did this olace fall on its face. The GL1100 bought should not have been allowed on tje road. And if theyd TEST RIDDEN the motorcyle theyd have found the LACK OF REAR BRAKES and the tires were TOTALLY INADEQUATE!!! THE REAR TIRE CAME APART ON ME ON THE WAY TO WORK!! SMH...such a rookie mistake....you ALWAYS test ride a motorcycle before putting it out for sale! This shop will try yo squeeze every last cent out if you! Labor is 90$ an hour???!! When I went to a motorcycle tire shop they told me the rear axle nut was finger tight and it seemed the majority of the rear section was loose! They did put rear pads and filled the rear brake cylinder which was the reason for the lack of rear brakes. No one had a clue with what was going on with this bike. Even though I hand only been to a small number of scooter repair shops, I have found Alex's reasonably priced and well knowledged with the repairs needed. Even after I wrecked my Motobravo, he was still able to find the right parts to repair it. With reasonable prices I found it very affordable to have Alex repair the damage that I had caused. Alex not only repairs motorcycles and scooters but he also sells them, speaking of which I had purchased my '08 Motobravo Paparazzi from his very shop. this repair shop by far is the worst one in az. you talk about mechanics being sketchy. i brought my bike In and alex named off a bunch of parts I needed and he said 2400$ total. I paid 2900 for the bike total. the stuff he said I needed I did not need, maybe 2 of the things but he racked up a giant bill on me and said this is how much it is. they are un ethical and liars and only care about how much money they can make. it took about a week to do a diagnosis on the bike and still didn't do it all the way. handed me back a bag is bolts and parts and didn't Re assemble my bike for me after it all. they store the bikes in the dirt in the back and your bike will get filthy so no covering for bikes being worked on. it will just sit in the sun and dirt all day. they dont want you to go In the back either but I did anyways. Alex is a liar and a thief and a crook, DO NOT BRING YOU BIKE HERE ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. there are so many other places to bring your bike. Hello all i purchased a gsxr 1000 engine from alex repair shop i didnt get a chance to put the engine in until 2 months later because i was just procrastinating on it i was kinda scared because alex only gave me a 30 day warranty i feel warranty should have been atleast 90 days enough time to get the engine in and ran but all in all after i installed the engine it was perfectly fine he gave me a real good price and a good engine along with documenta for engine i give him a Aplus besides 30 day warranty juat not enough time but everyone go check his shol and u will leave happy thanks alot alex read more

These guys are great. I have a 2006 VFR800 that I bought from Apache Honda 2 months ago. The first week I had the bike things didn't seem right, so back and forth I went with them. I finally had enough and took the bike to Alex to do a once over and tell me what else they forgot to check before selling me the bike. They got me in the same day. Did a thorough job and walked me through everything that Apache Honda had missed or done wrong. They were able to get me in and get things fixed at a great price. After having it serviced at Alex it ran so much better it was awesome. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because of the customer service area. The area is clean, but the carpet is oil stained, etc. from the bikes (They store them inside at night). For me this was not an issue, but for some it would be. I highly recommend Alex for any motorcycle service. read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible....I've been there twice just because it is close to my house and not many other Honda repair shops in central phoenix. The first time i brought my bike in because I thought the switch was bad on the ignition, turns out they it was just dirty. They gave me a tune-up I didn't ask for because they said it "sounded funny" and charged me $256. Second time my clutch evaporated and was catching late. They fixed it for $140 freaking dollars (which I knew was high) and when the same problem came back 2-months later, it was after their "30-day" guarantee and wouldn't even entertain a discount or to look at the problem without paying them. From what I heard Alex is a middle-man and not even a mechanic, he checks out your bike then sends it off for the real mechanics to work on it. And the fastest turn around time I had was 5 business days. Not to mention it's a shady "cash-only" shop. Hate it. read more

here is the deal, do not ever waste your time or money with alex. we took a 1987honda elite 150 that ran,! he said we needed a new engine but afterward, we would have 'no problems' $750 later we drove away and made it less than a mile before it broke down. took it back, waited two days, got the scooter back and it ran for a day. he burned up the battery and we had to buy a new one which is useless now cause we have no scooter. alex is a pure piece of shit. his trashy woman is crap herself. i will never stop trying to put these scammers out of business. never even think of going to alex repair shop. peace read more

Okay. I have a 74 Honda CB350. Pretty simple to work on..but I don't have the tool or the know how. I take it to him because he is local and very close by to where I live (i.e. free tow). When I bought the old bike in for a tune up he found ALL kinds of things "wrong" with it. He charged a TON of money..but thing is..he took FOREVER. Plus..from the first time I brought it home..there were still problems. I had to bring it back there SIX times. SIX! over a 3 month period. It would seem to work for a week then no. Tow. Another week..not..tow. Plus..he sort of J-rigs things. I bought a new part that he asked me to get. It was an original rectifier. His wiring I guess made it not work..AND he destroyed it in the process and used one from his scrap yard. The last time I went (and I swore I wouldn't) I just needed a spark plug cable replaced. He didn't use a new cable but spliced an old one AND for some reason found that I needed a new ignition coil (though bike was working fine before some jerk cut my cable). He fixed it in two days...I drove off..nope..no horsepower. He kept it another 9 days! Drove off..no horsepower. Said it was ready when he didn't even test it. I turn right around. He's all "I don't know, I don't know" and sorta making me feel like it somehow is my fault. I asked..is there gas in it (I came there with 3/4 of a tank). OH OH no gas! Yeah, because you drained the gas to do whatever you were doing. His helper starts filling it up and I'm like..it need s bit more. He says "Not with gas prices these days". Um..I brought it here almost full. Anyway...I like to give locals business but now there's some mysterious rattle, I dropped way more money than expected again, and it took forever as it's my main transport. Totally agree with andy h. Terrible shop. They had my bike for over 2 months when they called and said everything was fixed. When I got the bike it wasn't any different than when I dropped it off. When I took it back I was told it would be 2 weeks until they could replace more parts that werent bad. When I took it home to wash it because they left it dirty as hell with greasy finger marks I also found that they broke a tab off my front fairing and my horn was just hanging inside the fairing. I think it was the first time they have ever put fairings on a bike. Next time I think about taking my bike there I will just throw some money away and kick the bike over. read more

Avoid at all costs. They say you can usually get two of three things from any business: fast, cheap, or high quality. I got none of the three. They charged me labor for installing tires. I've never seen that before, apparently it takes a mechanic 2 hours to put on 2 tires. Seems legit. It took them 2 months to fix my CDI. There was apparently some issue about them ordering a new CDI and them not realizing they needed new keys, this cost me another $100. The best part is that when I finally got it home there was a 4 inch scratch along the side and one of the reflectors keeps falling off. Why does the reflector keep falling off? It was duct taped back on. I can't warn you enough to stay away from this business. They suck. read more
