This last time I thought it was a nail, but somehow, I actually sliced my tire leaving the car wash. I pulled up, a tech on site had me reverse and started removing the tire and inspecting it. I ended up needing a new tire and thankfully they had it in stock gave me a deal and had me on the road all with in minutes. Valve stem cracked and caused an air leak leading to a flat tire on a Friday. Luckily, I was half a mile away from this shop. Hesitant because local tire shops are hit or miss. Had an experience where a different local tire shop left a small dent on my wheel in Long Beach. I had no choice but to try Alex Tires. It was meant to be. I found a tire shop that can change my air valve stems and rotate my tires without having to worry if they'll dent or damage my wheels. I ended up getting the rest of my air valves replaced two days after from my first visit. I got all four tires rotated as well. They ended up finding a nail in one tire. I asked to get it patched which was $15. Speedy and quality service. Service cost was reasonable and affordable, especially when compared to the car dealers. Daniela was kind and helpful. Another reason why I'll be a returning customer. I'd recommend this shop to anyone that cares for their rims and that wants to save money. So for 3 air valve stem replacements, all 4 tire rotations, and a tire patch, was charged for $75.00 flat (cash). Though I live in Long Beach, I'll be making my trip here for all of my tire services. I was out that way taking my son to a specialist appointment in the area. I was set to drive back to AZ the same day but was nervous to make the drive as I knew there was an issue with one of the tires.I pulled up, explained the issues, they had me park in a bay. 30 minutes later I had 2 new tires because yes, there was a bubble in one and a balance and rotation. Quick and fast service. I came about 2 days ago, I called while on my break to see if they have my wheels in stock (215/55/17 -Honda HRV). I needed them urgently, as I was rolling around on a spare tire. And they did! I pulled up right after my shift, I didn't need to make an appointment. I was told to just come over. The 2 ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful. Once I got there, the younger lady did say if I pay in cash, there wouldn't be a tax fee like there would be on a card charge. I didn't know, so I didn't bring any cash & I was just gonna go to the atm in the same plaza to pull out cash to only realize I didn't have my card on me. But no worries, they take zelle!!!! Such a relief! I was able to get 2 use tires for $90! Also the service was quick. I got there by 3pm, my second shift started at 4, & I was out of there by 3:35 ish.
