The owner of this place doesn't keep his word. He promise to at least fix the tip of my muffler. He manipulate the insurance deductible to cover for the muffler tip for $500.00. Seriously, I don't believe that the tip should cost $500.00 a piece. The other tip is bended from the rear end collision I had a week before. He replace the damage rear bumper, but did not replace the absorber along with the reinforce beam. He also just straighten it instead of replacing it. I can't recommend this place if you have a similar issue. read more

I was referred to Alexander's All Care Automotive Repair for new brakes I needed for my car. Oscar was friendly, efficient and clearly explained the repairs I would need. To help me further understand, he spend time creating a picture reference. I was very happy with the quote Oscar gave for my brakes and felt it was very fair. Furthermore, I was offered a ride home and a return ride if I chose not to wait. I did chose to wait for my repairs and I was offered complementary water or soda. As I waited, I noticed that other customers who entered the repair store, Oscar greeted by first name. This made me confident that Alexander's had many returning customers. HUGE thanks to Alexander's. They helped me get out of a really tough situation just on a whim. I was next door getting new tires at Discount Tires and my car had been making a horrible screeching noise for about a week. I didn't have enough money to take it in anywhere after the tires so I figured I was just screwed, as a Lyft driver, my car is my livelihood. Discount Tires noticed some broken parts in the back wheel. One of the guys at Alexander's came over to check it out and they told me exactly what was wrong, no charge! They immediately sent someone out to Nissan to pick up new parts for me. I waited maybe 20 minutes and they took it into the garage and installed the new parts. Only $20. I couldn't believe how quick and affordable this place was. I didn't even have an appointment, they just heard someone at Discount Tires had an issue and they helped me out! Incredible service. I needed my check engine light serviced on my 2000 Corolla. There were also drivability issues like frequent hesitations and terrible pick-up. Alexanders was recommended to me after I refused to go back to my previous repair shop, and I'm really satisfied with their service. It's been over 2 months since my car was fixed, and it's running like new. They diagnosed the problem and did the job right the FIRST time. No returning over and over again like I did with my previous shop and no exorbitant bill either: it cost only $389, which is a bargain considering everything that was wrong with it. I use Alexander's for all my car needs, and they have always provided service with precision and excellence. I took my jeep in after it started making a clunking noise when put in reverse. I don't know much about cars, but Oscar and Alex were extremely insightful when it came to diagnosing the problem and finding a solution. My a/c went out on the hottest day so far this year - 105 degrees- my brother told me he "had a guy" and I should call Alexander's and Alex would take care of the problem. He stated I could trust him not to take advantage of my dire situation. I called Alex and he told me to bring the car in right away. I can't express how awesome Alex and his team are! Not only did they have my a/c replaced and my car ready to go by the end of the day, they saved my car from certain death by doing a free oil change as the oil was so low my car was only a few miles away from ruining the engine!! The customer service provided by the young man who drove and picked me up from my office was amazing (I wish I had gotten his name). Alex and Oscar are the best! They are very knowledgeable about all makes and models and have been very fair and honest about pricing. I don't go anywhere else, just drop my cars off and Steve will take me where I need to go. I completely trust these guys unlike other mechanics that I have to wonder or check to see what parts really got replaced they get it done right the first time and don't try to sell you flushes or treatments like vitamins for your engine! I cannot recommend Alexander's Auto enough. I needed new hoses as my radiator fluid ended up all over my driveway this week. When they looked it up online when I was getting a quote, they saw that it had three hoses. Turns out it needed four (one is not listed as a radiator hose but it actually is), the last of which was a pain to get the right size for my 30 yo BMW 325i for, but they finally found it. When Alexander himself to call me to explain, he said that he would honor my original quote. When he gave me a total, I questioned him bc I also requested an oil change and BMW oil changes cost more than vehicles built in the US as they take synthetic oil only. Alexander said that he completely forgot about the oil change with all the radiator problems, did it, and DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR IT! They've done other work on my other cars before, but this visit solidified me now always going to them. read more
