Got a difficult job done right the first time. High quality technicians can do what most others wont.

I called 5 different transmission specialists. Anthony was the lowest cost, lowest mileage, and longest warranty.

For a 16-year-old car, it didn't feel right. Before heading home, I stopped by Good Works Auto Body nearby. The owner came out, calmly took a look, reached inside, and adjusted the panel--the problem was gone in seconds. I also showed him the paint scratches on my car, and he gently wiped them off with thinner. Just like that, my car looked clean and blue again. When I asked what I owed, he smiled and said, "I didn't do anything--no charge." I was honestly taken aback. It's rare to meet someone who leads with genuine care instead of trying to make a quick transaction. This kind of integrity stays with you. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely return.

Good works said it was a battery sensory that was wrong costing me over $600 dollars and a couple of days later my starter went out. They estimate was $1,000 dollars and the starter itself was $700. I had to go and research a fair price and was able to get it down a little, but with labor and SHOP Fee's it was almost the same price to fix. I Will never go back to the this place as the advertise to be a family shop and there prices are very high for all parts and labor. It left a very bad taste in my mouth as i had to spend over $1,400 dollars of repairs and the first battery sensory repair was not even needed. Go at your own risk Rob

Believe the negative reviews! This place is an absolute racket. I've been a member for 5 years…read more (Not that it even matters) Rhonda the Honda got towed there Saturday morning, before they opened, and they held my car over the weekend over a cross threaded lug nut. I called Monday and they quoted me $280 for two lug nut and stud replacements. Luckily I got my car out of there to get my tire fixed somewhere else with actual reasonable prices!

I originally started taking my car here because with the AAA membership discount, it's supposed to…read morebe a lot cheaper than regular auto service shops, but lately that hasn't really been the case. With oil changes routinely costing over $100, it's not really different than taking it to a dealer. But that's not my biggest issue. Yesterday (Saturday), I had a 3pm oil change, and my car was ready to go at about 3:50. The total was just shy of $110, and I attempted to use my phone for a contactless tap payment. It appeared to work fine, but then the charge didn't go through. The guy said sometimes their reader didn't work properly, and to try it again. I tried a few more times, unsuccessfully, then tried to type in the card number, but that didn't work either. I thought maybe I had mis-remembered the correct number of my card. Nothing worked. I called my bank and verified I had more than enough money for the charge, there was no hold on my card, in fact, they didn't even show the attempted transaction, just the fast food charge I had made with my phone on my way to get the oil change. They suggested I try again with a different reader, which I did at their second computer terminal. Nothing worked. I offered to leave my stuff there and run home to get my wallet with my actual card, but they said it was too close to closing time (4 minutes before 4pm), and they couldn't release the car without payment. Never mind I've been taking my cars for service there since they opened, and to other AAA shops for years before that. Never mind my two decades of AAA membership. So, while I appreciated that they called an Uber to take me home, I ended up stuck at home with no car for the entire weekend all over a measly $110 charge, because their system wasn't working properly. My $25k car held ransom all weekend for such a measly amount! And when I got home, I verified that the card number I tried to enter manually a few times was in fact the correct number. So the problem had to be their payment system! To add insult to injury, they didn't even lock up my car in a secure location, such as one of their work bays, or a secured lot. They just left it out there in the customer parking lot, accessible to any vandal or thief all weekend without the slightest protection. Some consideration for someone that had been a long term loyal customer. Not any more.
