Incredibly happy with ACPC!!! The order was delivered today and I had to sneak a bite of one of the lemon, and it is on point!! I haven't tried the strawberry, chocolate, red velvet, or vanilla - because if I do, I'm sure there won't be enough left for guests!!! But I'm sure they're as good as the lemon pop!! Of course, she made my vision come true :) Even with a newborn baby, she took the time out and made my weding perfect. We had soooo many people compliment us on the flavor and look of the cake. I called Alexandria cake pop company fully thinking to get the same response but the pleasant lady who answered took my order right over the phone. This was a Thursday, the party was on Saturday, and they don't deliver on weekends. So that meant she would have a one day turn around. Unfortunately there was a mix up at my front desk and they could find the delivery. I sent an email at 11pm and the owner responded within mins! Instead of pointing blame, she apologized, made me a new order to be picked up the next morning, and added an additional dozen for my inconvenience. Hello Everyone, I had placed an order with Alexandria Cake Pop Company, A few days ago I specifically spoke to the owner Cerisse. I specifically explained to her that i was hosting a surprise birthday party for my girlfriend who lives in Virginia and having her surprise party this weekend so I needed 2 dozen Cake Pops made I told her in detail what I wanted and gave her a theme that I wanted the cake pops to have and assured her that I needed them just as I explained. She assured me that she can provide exactly what I needed. Although everything we spoke about was over the phone due to the fact I live in New York City and wasn't arriving to Virginia till late evening Thursday I asked if she can please send me pictures of the finished product which I never received as well!! We finally met up Today (Friday) at Petes cafe in Virginia. She showed me the finished product and it was DEFINITELY NOT!!! what I expected at ALL! the theme she made is more for a man! Not for a women what so ever! I asked for pink bows to be added on the cake pops not one bow!!! I asked for Dumbbells since my girlfriend is a pro figure competitor the Dumbbells where silver instead of a cute pink color for women! I had to place another order with another Cake Pop company in the area which were kind enough to understand my frustration and have them made for me by tomorrow morning before the surprise birthday party.
