After driving around for what seems like an eternity, some guys told me they were busy, some weren't certified. I happened to just drive by and rolled right in. They were helping 3 other customers at the same time and still helped me right away. The guys offered me a chair to sit and wait, extremely friendly and helpful. He also told him he had an illegal muffler, however, my father has never changed anything from the truck. My father went somewhere else to get a second opinion as he was suspicious on what Josh said. Went back again and said the same thing, so i decided to go to a different place and they said my car was perfectly fine and there was never anything wrong. Had a great experience at this great location. Customer service is a priority and the owner, Alex, was extremely helpful. Him and his staff are professionals. To my surprise, the owner is DMV certified by the state of California. You can get your tags and other DMV services. My wait time was minimal and Alex made sure all my smog issues were resolved. drive right past this place!!!! they took forever just to hook the car up and i stood waiting watching them for a hour just for them to tell me it didn't pass no pre test or nothing. when i went to pay i was hit with an absurd 80$ keep in mind they didnt have no price signs and they dont bother to tell customers prices beforehand so they basically held my car captive till i forked over my card. trying to charge 30$ for a damn re-test. place screammmssss scam!! run with your wallet read more

read this its gonna blow your mind!! a business owner texts their customer after a phone conversation sending insulting messages like calling their customer dumb and poor!! the owner alex is the rudest person ive ever met!! i called explaining to him that my husband registered his car and only needed one small thing. and i wasnt sure if it was this registration place or the other one down the block (description of item needed removed due to privacy) each time i spoke he interupted me and got rude each time. then he kept shutting me down not wanting to help check that small request. after not being able to get a positive response from him, i then got flustered hung up telling him he is obviously dumb. as a customer i have that right!!! 10 seconds later my phone ringed with a text message from this rude guy he wasnt done taking his anger out on me!! he called me poor and dumb isulting me with messages saying how he was financially much stable then me and showed off how he was a business owner about to retire then went on by saying how i didnt know how to explain myself basically saying im incompetent during our small conversation over the phone! this guy!!!!! is he freaking serious little does this doosh bag business owner knows i am a successful business women that is why i pay third parties like this doosh alex to register my car im too busy and i dont mind throwing money to do my errands! dont go here if he is willing to be rude interupt then text affensive comments to his customers you do not know what else he can do with your personal information!! who texts their customers might as well stalk me on social media to!! becareful with this loser !! read more

Eh :/ , got the job done quick and easy. A bit expensive for a simple Smog Check but had to getbit done. Not sure about the rest of the services they offered. Got charged extra $2.00 for paying w/my credit card a bit excessive if you ask me. Owner should eliminate credit card fee, I'd be more happy to do business with them this way. read more
