Edison Ye of KZ Kitchen was masterful in designing our kitchen. His product knowledge was very helpful in new kitchen. We did our work ahead of our meeting with Edison. We had measurements and some ideas of what we wanted. Once contracted, their in-house installation team later came out of verify our measuring skills. We agreed upon the price for both cabinets and the installation, we set a date. Keypoints: They had all material in stock. They offered to start demo work the next day. We were not ready, we took a week to clear and pack up kitchen. The whole process took 7 days, not weeks as other contractors quoted us. The installation team was the hardest working I ever seen. They cleaned everything up and disposed of all demo materials. I starting quoting the kitchen project 3 years ago and the pricing and project time were very expensive and told it could months to complete . You can do this project on your own. Hire yourself, be the project manager yourself. Ask for better pricing like you are a contractor , and hire KZ Kitchens for both product and the installation. But go in prepared too. Our experience buying from KZ was outstanding from start to finish. One of the biggest reasons we chose KZ was their showroom. They have so many displays to explore, including kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, vanities, and complete bathroom setups. Since this was our first home remodeling project, it was incredibly important for us to see examples in person because we weren't sure exactly what we wanted. We visited several other stores, but none of them had nearly as many displays or design ideas as KZ, which is why we kept coming back. We had the pleasure of working with Coco, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain every product, answered all of our questions, and recommended design options that fit both our style and budget. She also helped us create our kitchen floor plan with precise measurements that our contractor was able to use, which made the installation process much smoother. We came here looking for laundry room sink and cabinet. Their showroom is well organized, and they have lots of kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities on display. They have everything here for your kitchen & bathroom needs, including showers, toilets, countertops, mirrors, lighting, flooring, tiles, ... After looking around, we sat down with Brian, who broke down what we would need and where in the store to find them (e.g., countertops, sinks, faucets, etc.) They have standard cabinets, which they call American style and European style, but I believe they are all made in China (not judging). They look good and sturdy, and come in a variety of colors. After we picked everything out, we went back to Brian, who rendered our sink and cabinet in a 3D drawing, and listed all the parts we would need. He was kinda on auto-pilot and only explained things to us in short answers. For example, I asked how much cheaper are the white cabinets from the color ones, he answered 7%. I guess I could do the math lol. We haven't ordered the materials yet, but we're happy with the options. read more

We were lucky to work with Marcus Lian over at KZ and he was a tremendous help in designing our new kitchen and flooring. He gave us many ideas that we didn't originally think of and came out great. He was also very helpful after the cabinets were ordered. We ran into a few minor issues during installation (due to my own measurement mistakes), and Marcus helped provide perfect solutions to work around it. Quality/Quantity - We need to come to this warehouse to do some returns. Wow, what a HUGE warehouse. See pictures. Each warehouse stores different items, so once you figure out where to return what, the process is so much easier. Atmosphere - Easy in and out. It helped that we were the only customers. Just backed up the truck up the ramp, slid our returns out and put it where they asked us to. Open 7 days a week, 8am or 8:30am to 5pm or 5:30pm. Service - 5 stars with the return person. And 5 stars to Katherine, our salesperson who is such a hard worker. She works 6 days a week! She is off on Tuesdays. Katherine is so experienced, quick, able to multitask (not always a good thing), etc. She is also really good at "up-selling." My biggest concern are all the negative Yelp reviews, so will keep you updated on the quality of their products. Also, I will update if we do any returns, and share that experience. Update, no issues with returns. :) Merchandise as quick as 2 weeks available. They also deliver for a fee. Price - $11k, my wife tells me one of the least expensive places. Nikki Wang is a kitchen designer and know what she is talking about. The gentleman next to her desk told me there is no quartzite in their store. Shipment is on hold. We can call him by end of the month for shipment arrival. As we were leaving, I saw how Vikki attended and answered questions from another client. I decided to wait for her to finish. Not only she walked up with me for the different selection for the counter top, she truly guided me on the right outdoor product. She checked the computer for us, and we purchased over $1200.00 products before leaving. We came back to her again couple of weeks later and spent more money. During my visit, I observed that only couple of girls were busy with sales while others sat around. If you like to speak to Vikki, then please have an extra time. Mostly you will need to wait in line. I had done it twice on a raw. She is truly hardworking and professional employee. She deserves a kudos. She is a great asset to her organization. I purchased a set of kitchen cabinets and countertops with them. The sales was very helpful and responsive before we put the order. However things have changed after we found we mistakened the color of a few cabinet doors. 1. The customer service is a complete mess that I don't know who to reach out to. The sales, stock house and customer service people are kicking customers like a ball to each other. One thing the sales says all the time is "I don't have permission, you need to ask xxx". Come on, I don't care about what's your permission internally but your job is to provide good service to the customers! 2. The sales is very unprofessional. We ordered the wrong color because of some communication problems. The sales not only refused to acknowledge his mistake, but claimed that he showed us the rendering photo that all cabinets are wood color. But in fact he previously told us that the software can't render the real color but can only use wood color by default! That is why we made the wrong order in the first place! The sales even said very unprofessional words in the email to me. 3. Product quality is mediocre, there are missing parts in the cabinet boards (a small plastic in the pre drilled holes) and my contractor can't install them. The stockhouse people can't find the parts and can't provide a solution! Luckily I get the parts they claimed not fitting and found they actually worked. Otherwise I will probably end up replacing the whole items. Overall this is a terrible experience to me! Not to mention that I had to pay double the price to get the cabinet door replaced because I didn't want to delay my contractor and didn't have time to argue back and force with them. read more

We did run into one issue where a cabinet was delivered without the pull-out shelves, but Erin was very helpful in getting it sorted out.
