Lovely people working at the front. Very kind and helpful. The space was clean and organized, but pretty uninteresting. Clearly, nobody put any effort into making the space nice. The pizzas that we got were both quite as bland as the space itself. The crust was a bit soggy, and the pizzas were oily. The vegetables were limp and the spices underused. In general, any pizza that you get is going to be OK. None of them were more than ok, ...but sometimes you just need a place to get together with a large group of kids and munch some pizza and make noise. This is the perfect space for that! read more

The food is good when it is cooked right. I am from Florida and my friend introduced me to Alfy"s, but I swear every time I order my pizza is messed up. So, irritated with the service, and at this point I feel they are just wasting my money. My husband ordered mild wings, and instead of saying they don't carry that they made him BBQ. Now, I had them add a note in the computer so I could get my pizza order. Well of course that didn't even help. I didn't 52$ last night they messed up the order and stated I couldn't bring it back. Then today when I call to get my pizza they tell me the only way to get the remake is if I bring the pizza back. It's like make up your mind. So 52$ last night and they said they can give me 50% off. Talk about my order with a smaller pizza and no cheese bread is 45. How is that 50% off all I want is what I pay for. This is ridiculous I wish I knew who the owner was because they totally need to revamp how they train people. read more

Will not be returning. This weekend we ordered two take and bake pizzas, while waiting we got $15 in quarters to let our kids play the video games, all of the machines had signs on them stating alfys was not responsible for lost money due to broken games, I can see why as most of the games were broken and took our money. Each time I call for delivery its a different story. I really want to support this local business but its hard when their delivery service is not consistent. One night no delivery outside one mile, another night no delivery and another night they cant take any more deliveries because yhey have too many orders. (Mon)! I call between 6-6:30pm They close at 8 pm. Oh well maybe someone in mgmt can set a delivery standard so customers can order for delivery instead of being turned away. Seems like in these times they would want to take all orders. So discouraging. read more

I have no idea where this rating comes from. Alfy's is exceptionally clean, the food is fresh and delicious, and my entire experience here was great. We came in pretty late on a Tuesday, and even an hour before close the salad bar was so fresh and CLEAN. I mean I've never seen such a clean pizza place before. I know they cleaned because they were closing but I'm positive it is pretty nice in here all the time. They also have several console gaming stations and a small arcade. Some tables even have chess/checker boards and they give you the pieces for free. Tuesday's they do 20% off your entire bill, so even with a small gluten free specialty pizza, single salad bar trip, medium split cheese and specialty pizza, cider, and wine we spent 43 before tip, which included a 6% fee for the staff. You won't find prices like that anywhere else. Im sure it gets busy because of the food and amenities, and maybe delivery takes time but this place is def on my list when we're coming through for camping and hiking. read more

Met family for lunch today at Alfy's Granite Falls. Since all Everett & Snohomish locations are now closed this was a real treat! Like an old friend the atmosphere was comfortable & familiar. Although there was only one employee working she took orders & cooked pizzas without getting overwhelmed & with a pleasant attitude. The salad bar was fresh & the pizzas were cooked to perfection. I even got one to go. I'm really sad that there are only 3 Alfy's pizzas locations left. We've been Alfy's customers since 1978 at the Lynwood location. It's no secret I am local have been here 6 months wanted this to be my place, with my service dog. The manager gal who I've been advised to avoid 86'd me 2 weeks ago because I spoke with the two events groups, and left my dog for one minute on a chair with a great local family who watched him. I was buying a beer for a Serviceman and a wine for his wife. He was from NYC in his uniform, with his new Bride. She saw that and kicked me out a minute later. Alfy's will be out of business if I can help it. The gal manager no name mention shamed me in my new town and took pleasure. I ran to store and got his wife a bottle of cabernet. I called Alfy's management in Stanwood the next day but no call back. Alfy's Granite Falls of course has no Salad Bar just empty bowls. The owners will probably mow it down and make a crappy apartment in a month. Cheers! God Bless America. I got a huge pizza at Omega pizza across street, actual food, last night. usually there's never an issue but I'm giving 3 stars because of the two hour delivery window that I was informed of after I paid for my deliver. they should tell people if the delivery time is going to be EXCESSIVE!!!! I've always had good pizza from them so this is a bit of a stinker. I know I'll be double checking in the future before paying for delivery. they could at least discount the delivery fees for the two hour delivery time, for failing to infirm customer's. THATS CRAZY!! I'd of gone elsewhere. no offense but I'm cranky they should have told me prior to taking my order & money since they can't do refunds, as I was told over the phone. I ordered pizza last night for delivery. At the time, I was told it would be about an hour and a half. I told her that was ok. She then said it may be sooner since I live in town. My pizza showed up after over 2 hours! I called and received somewhat of an apology, but no offer of compensation, and was told he would be there in a little bit, 20 mins later he shows up. I ordered the new Margherita pizza. On my call my first order was a medium. Before giving my card info I changed my order to a large pizza. The gal on the phone put me on hold to have a go worker fix my order. Pizza arrives. It's medium. There are a few tomato's on the pizza. And covered in dried basil, not fresh as the menu claimed. The cook told my delivery gal that he used a larger pizza dough to press out on my order. Well then wouldn't that make my pizza bigger? I went in a few months ago and was surprised they are still using their 8% covid surcharge as a crutch. Nobody's been doing that for quite some time. There's rarely ever more than a handful of cars in the parking lot. Maybe on Friday & Saturday night, but I'm not in town then. I think if they get rid of their 8% covid surcharge their business might improve significantly. I like their pizza, I'm just not going to pay an extra 8% to make up for slow business that's probably their own fault. Drop the 8% surcharge and improve customer service to increase your business volume. That's the word on the streets of Granite Falls. Hate to see you fail. read more

This has to do with the poor handling of a bad situation. When one of your drivers almost hits another driver and flips off the person, that's a bad bad decision. When the person who was almost gets hit, comes to your business to talk to the manager, and the manager handles the situation poorly... That's a bad business and a horrible way to let the people of your community know how much they don't matter to you or your bottom line. The people in your community keep your lights on and pay your check. To the franchise owner, it's not a matter if, it's a matter when. One bad mistake may find you and your family paying huge restitution for an irresponsible driver. Meanwhile, your manager who doesn't know how to deescalate a situation, is only slowly destroying your reputation to the community. Good luck, I hope you get things handled read more

Due to excessive wait times for delivery I decided to just drive in and pick it up. Pizzas are usually good but $52 for two medium pizzas and a beer while I wait seems expensive. They also have a sign up saying they are adding a 5% service charge to all orders to cover increases in minimum wages. Just heard the girl tell someone it's an hour and a half for delivery, they should hire more drivers, sitting here they are not that busy. Also I know from experience that it only takes about 15 minutes to cook a pizza. read more

My family wanted to have a birthday celebration in the back room we had scheduled it for Saturday night. When we showed up everything was laid out ready to start the pizzas were all cooked hot made to eat right then and there salad bar was fresh. The waiting staff was very accommodating. We recently moved to the Lake Stevens / Granite Falls area and have been wanting to try here. First impressions were great. The interior was very clean, the salad bar was clean and freshly stocked and we were welcomed in. Shannon was our server and hostess. She did an exceptional job of welcoming us, assisting us with ordering and checking on us. I was impressed by the whole experience. We had the salad bar and a supreme pizza. This pizza was new to us and am I glad we got it. It was outstanding! This is definitely a 5 out of 5. We will be revisiting and bring friends with us. A new gathering place. Thank you Shannon. I usually scroll past the Alfys rant posts as I havent really had any major issues with them for a few years. Well today I will no longer be supporting their business. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with a second topping of half canadian bacon and half beef. ALLISON told my boyfriend that he would be charged for a 3 topping pizza even though it was only 2 layers of toppings. I called back to have them just put full layers of all the toppings instead of doing half and half since I was being charged for 3 toppings anyway. When I finally got to somebody I said we want to adjust our order since we were being charged for the toppings anyway. Allison wanted to EDUCATE me on the fact that since I was getting 3 different toppings I was going to be charged for a full 3 topping pizza whether I was getting a full topping or not. . I tried to ask a question 3 different times and she continued to interrupt me and speak over me. I finally had enough and said, Can you stop talking over me so I can say something. She very rudly said NO! YOU CAN COME GET YOUR PIZZA OR NOT! then hung up on me. I called back to speak with the manager. After being on hold forever. She got back on the phone. I said I want to speak to the manager and she told me she was the supervisor, the manager and the owner...I said wow, do you usually hang up on your customers? She said YES I DO WHEN THEY ARE BEING RUDE. I asked for the corporate phone number so I can make a formal complaint. Its so sad that in this time where businesses are suffering and here we are trying to support our local businesses this is the appriciation and respect this company returns to its customers.
