Four stars because food is good. We're from Sinaloa and a little picky but it was good. Not bomb but like I said, we are a little picky. It's good :) Cashiers service was great. La mesera? Oh noooo, nos aventó un plato a la mesa. Took forever to bring us our food when it was just sitting there and we can see it. Service is slowwwww took 45 mins to get our food but the food is already ready you can see it in the front.

Awesome experience here today Saturday around 3:30 pm! Party of three! I'm not from Sinaloa (I am Colombian), so I wouldn't know how authentic the food is, but what I can say is that it was delicious. Staff were super friendly, very helpful and patient as I was trying to figure out what to order. The restaurant was nice, clean, organized, and well kept. They have a little section where you can buy some of the products, as well as flans, and other cold desserts. The food was tasty, not spicy (My plate wasn't), it tasted almost homemade. The fried tamales de elote were the best. In Colombia we have something like that, but we call it bollos de mazorca (Not fried though). Definitely a place to try if you are around this area!

This is about as authentic you can get if you're missing the food back in Sinaloa. The service and the place itself is very welcoming and most importantly the food was delicious. Homemade tortillas and food as if it was made at home. Definitely worth a try I will be back.

Not the greatest experimenter for our first time. Waited about 40 minutes outside to get a table. Not the best neighborhood...homeless screaming at everyone, horrible weed smell that activated my asthma. Once you're called, you are assigned a table and can sit down once you order at the register. We ordered, sat down and we unfortunately had the table closest to the register. What started as a line turned into a mob of people standing up front. Bumping into us as we're sitting. Literally putting their stuff down on our table. We even had people that thought it was ok to buy their ass on our table to sit while they were waiting to order. The staff was doing nothing to organize this back into a single line. It was rather frustrating. We finally got our food and it wasn't hot. I would say it was barely warm. It had decent flavor, hence the 2 stars but that's about all this place had going for it. It's too bad, we'd love to go back, maybe they're new, not sure, but once they get their crap together and can provide a nice dining experience, we'll consider going back.

We are driving from Palm Springs to Las Vegas and decided to make a quick stop to get sandwiches,…read morewe didn't want anything heavy and sandwiches are usually easy on our bellies So quick wasn't an adjective I'd use, but they are fully aware and seem to knowledge it does take a long time-because they cleverly don't rush their product. They make it with love 100%. You could see and taste the care they put into the food-so if you're trying to go in then out, it's not gonna happen, but if you can order ahead-I'd totally recommend that as well. The owner recommended next time to order ahead of time if we are on a time crunch (we wouldn't really be but we had a late start and were going to end up in Vegas about midnight...so i def don't regret going-but like the owner said-ordering ahead of time would had been the move!! . But honestly, when we are back in the area I'll ABSOLUTELY come back-and on our way home-i might just have the hub bring us back through! He had a pastrami and i had a roast beef. Went with sourdough due to yelp reviews- i chose toasted sourdough only, but they will do cold/toasted bread/toasted bread and cheese and fully toasted. It's like how that one sandwich place was-but actually good!! (I can't remember what they were called lol) Anyway, 100% recommend. The 6 inch was a good size for each of us, I'm always down for leftover sandwiches tho. So I'd get the bigger one if i had a fridge to put it in for later!! Looking forward to going again, only thing I'd LOVE is sprouts added. But I'm probably in the minority for that lol

I finally made it back to my hometown and had to stop by Portillo's in Moreno Valley again!!!!…read more This was the first time I decided to try their burgers and boy I'm glad I did because I've definitely been missing out. The char-grilled burgers were cooked perfectly--juicy, flavorful, and loaded with fresh toppings. The Italian beef sandwich was tender, juicy, and even better with the hot and spicy peppers that added the perfect kick. The French fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. And if you're ordering fries, the cheese sauce is a must--it takes them to the next level! Daughter had the Chopped Salad with spicy chicken, and it was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor. The spicy chicken added just the right amount of heat without overpowering the salad. The portions were generous, the food came out fresh, and the staff was friendly. If you're looking for delicious burgers, amazing Italian beef sandwiches, crispy fries with cheese sauce, and a fresh, satisfying salad, Portillo's in Moreno Valley is definitely worth a visit!

I ordered the chili dog with onions and got a side of nacho type cheese to dip it in and for the Fries...... Not bad overall, but the chili had BEANS in it and was too watery. It needs to be THICK like at Tommy's and Cupid's. The fries were no big deal. Speedy service, as the inside was just about empty on Thursday around 3 p.m. How about selling just the raw dogs so we can take them home and make our own? These were not anywhere near as good as Cupid's in the San Fernando Valley on Winnetka.....which has been the gold standard for decades!!
