Hidden gem off the "gum" Wall route. Up high, at least four stories, if sitting by the open windows. Very cool! Pizza was thin crust, just like I like it. Andouie sausage with green peppers. "Happy Hour" all day so I had a house red - good! BEST thing I noticed, the glassware was sparkling clean! Server was friendly and efficient. I would definitely go here again.

Lovely spot for a snack and afternoon drinks!! We popped by here because we weren't sure hungry and in the area. Got a table for 2 around 5pm with no issue. We got some ciders to drink and shared their cheesy bread which I know is so simple but was divine. And then of course the cider was enough and they had this delicious deep eddy ruby red vodka drink which was so refreshing. All of the staff were incredibly kind. Great casual spot!!

Late night gem, serving your favorite pie till 1AM and drinks till 2AM. Flew in late to SEATAC and needed some food downtown. Friend recommended the Alabi Rm. I had a really good pizza and some top drinks. My three things: 1) If you need a buzz the Alabi special is Jaemo shot and a Miller High Life for $12. 2) Pizza crust is thin with a good snap on the bite. Had the goat cheese, prosciutto, and arugula pie. The earthy goat cheese matched with the sweet gravy was great. 3) Played cocktail roulette with the bartender and had some great drinks.

Stopped here just before. Show at the Showbox on 1st. Pizza was fantastic. It especially nice that we can split the pizza with two different flavors, which was nice. They also have an option to have hot honey on the side so that you can drizzle them yourself, which was nice. The service was very quick even though the bar was very busy. Very much appreciated the waiting staff: The vibe is always cozy and immaculate. It's such an iconic Seattle place in the heart of Pike Place Market with the grungiest vibes. It also helps that it's a little hidden just steps away from the gum wall. I strongly recommend taking someone from out of town to experience the true Seattle vibes here! Cheers!

We only got to have drinks but the pizza looked soooo good! If we hadn't of had dinner plans with family we would of been ordering it! As such, we had to be content with drinks. I had a hot buttered rum which not many places have and it was good. Tasted like a a butterscotch candy. The other drink, a hot toddy, was ok, it was strong! Will put hair on your chest. Lol Ambiance is cool. Has a great laid back feel. I got a kick out of them using big olive cans as the pizza stand at the tables

Wow... Seattle, you've completely spoiled me with this pizza! I live in Florida and I'm so sad I haven't found anything down here that comes close. This place instantly won me over with its speakeasy-style vibe... You walk through tunnels and alleyways to get in, and it just feels like a hidden gem. Loved everything about the atmosphere! Service was a little slow at first, but I loved the place so much, that I wasn't bothered after the fact. Now the food... INSANELY GOOD!! I tried the grape and blue cheese pizza and the fig, goat cheese and prosciutto pizza (without the prosciutto) and holy sh*t!! Both were out-of-this-world delicious!! Easily some of the best pizza I've ever had. I started with the cheese bread (so good) and paired everything with a nice glass of wine. Perfect combination. The vibe, the food, the whole experience... Just unforgettable. Next time I'm back in Seattle, this spot will be a must. Florida seriously needs to take notes because pizza back home just isn't hitting like this!

Came here for a late night pizza craving. I tried the meatballs and pepperoni pizza with mushrooms. Meatballs weren't all that good to me, kind of bland, but the pizza was delicious. The ambiance is more like a dive bar/restaurant. The bartender who helped me was very nice and helped me with my order. Overall positive experience.

I've been here 2 times in two different years and it's been A1 both times. They have amazing pizza and it's what they're known for. But they really excel in other foods without really being recognized for it. The waiters are very nice and it's easy to get a drink quickly from the bar; even when seated in the restaurant

Their pizza dough is SO good! Soft and chewy but also crispy! I tried to prosciutto/goat cheese/honey/fig pizza and the toppings were good (though I'd prefer pepperoni honestly) I loved the sort of secret vibe. It's almost hidden near the gum wall and Pike Place Market.

I really like this restaurant. We came here based on yelp recommendations, as well as looking in a few other websites. It is in the middle of the public market at Pike's Place. Had to go to look for it since the entrance to this place is down a long, dark ramp alley with walls full of chewed bubblegum. Lol! Kind of a restaurant/bar with a cool field and laid-back vibe. Great pizza and food. Recommended!

5 star service - 5 star atmosphere. It's slightly tricky to find this spot - almost hidden from Pike's Place hustle and bustle. I got a 10 inch pizza and when I got it the crust was pretty burnt. So I asked for a replacement which they gladly did. The next batch was really well made. But what stood out was not the pizza itself but their gesture. They gave the pizza on the house - I think it was a solid gesture and I would want to now come back again.

TLDR: happy hour pizzas are a steal. Came in on a whim after visiting the gum wall; cute little spot inside with delicious pizza. So glad we saw the pizzeria sign! The staff inside was so kind and refilled our waters without having to ask. Quick service and cool tunes playing. Would come again after visiting the wall (and pasting my own hehe).

We arrived in town and were in search of a quick late night bite- and this spot did not disappoint. Oddly enough, we've been to Pike Place Market more times than we can count, but we've never ventured down the alley and subsequently had no idea that it was legendary. We had to do the tourist thing and take a few photos outside. We were greeted as we entered by the friendly staff. It's a fun spot, with a small bar, reminiscent of a bar you'd find in Europe. There was an eclectic mix of patrons, and it was quite fitting that they were blasting Nirvana. We eyed pizza and salads on the tables nearby and decided that was the way to go. We ordered some drinks and a pepperoni & mushroom pizza and a wedge salad. Perfect late night choice before calling it a night. The thin crust pizza held up nicely to the toppings, sauce was great, ingredients were fresh. Some may find it a little pricey for the size, but it is Seattle and it is solid pizza. There were a lot of fun pizza choices on the menu worth checking out.

Is this place good for large groups like around 7-8?

I wouldn't bring that big of a group since they have limited seating options. But if you call ahead they might be able to move two tables together?

Do they allow people under 21 for lunch in the restaurant?

    Yes

    Do you take reservations?

    Yes they do!

    Is there outdoor seating?

No outdoor seating but the indoor tables are placed far enough apart to allow for social distancing and it doesn't feel too crammed.

Are there any gluten free options available?

Yes! All the pizzas can be made on gluten free crust.

In the evening is the place kid friendly?

    Nope

Hi, I'll be in the area soon, wondering what type of music they play? Thanks!

White Stripes and Cake so far. Bluesy, funky rock. Edgy rock with horns (musical and devilish variety).

Unlike other speakeasies that feel truly hidden, you actually just walk into Tavern Law, check in with the hostess, and let them know you have a reservation. They then guide you to a telephone where you repeat your reservation name before being let upstairs. It's a fun concept, but not especially secretive, and they're pretty strict about not letting you up early unless it's very empty. Once seated, we actually waited almost 20 minutes before being served with no acknowledgement. We ended up having to flag down the manager just to bring attention to our table, which was disappointing given the experience they're aiming for. The waitress asks a series of questions about your preferences--likes, dislikes, and flavor inspirations--so the bartenders can create custom cocktails for you. If you're knowledgeable about alcohol, this is probably a dream. If you're not (like me), it can feel a little intimidating, but our waitress was patient and did her best to guide us through it. The drinks themselves were excellent. Even the shots were customized, which was a nice touch. The vibe upstairs is chill and relatively quiet, making it a great place to relax and talk. Food is the same menu as downstairs at Tavern Law, so nothing new there. The only downside--and unfortunately a noticeable one--was an interaction with the female bartender (not our waitress). Based on the questions we were asked, my friend gave a mix of savory and sweet preferences, since we were told these were just inspirations. However, the female bartender came over sounding visibly annoyed and said, "So do you want savory or sweet? You're giving contradicting answers." The tone felt unnecessarily rude, especially since we were just following the process as it was explained to us.
