After cheese pizza that is my fave however their pizza did not wow my taste buds. A bit underwhelming and their ranch is extremely runny. I like a lil thickness to my ranch but this was straight water that tasted like ranch not ranch ranch but ranch, u know... lol anyway. I feel like they have good food just not that pizza. I do like how they cut it. Not ur average slice but still can be folded. Plus they gave me an extra ranch on the house. Ngl that's one way to my heart!! Don't let my rating steer u away. We were looking for a happy hour spot near the market to get away from the crowds for a bit. Tucked in next to the gum wall was this dark and grungy bar, but hey their happy hour was pretty great. $5 beers and cheap apps paired with friendly service worked for us. Pizza restaurant and full bar located right in the heart of the Park Place Public Market and right next to the infamous Gum Wall Alley. Me and my friends were here during the heat wave of the 4th of July Weekend and all we wanted was a place to sit with AC! This was a the spot! You can smell the pizza pies being cooked in their wood fire oven and the smell brings you in. It wasn't too busy during the afternoon, we were able to get a seat and service was quick! We were in dire need of water and something to drink, I enjoyed my Moscow Mule, my other friend got a margarita, and another just a beer. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and the fococia and cambozola. The spinach and artichoke dip came with focaccia bread to dip, it was super creamy and good. The cambozola was a nice piece of cheese with tomatoes and a whole roasted piece of garlic where you combine your pieces of stuff on the focaccia. We devoured it all and was nice having a place to chill. There was some local wifi because phone service isn't really good out in that area. read more

A great place to eat when in the main hub of the tourist side of Seattle. I have passed by this restaurant many times on my several trips to Seattle and have never stopped by but so glad I did this time around! Came here after a coldplay concert. It was a rush of people that came through the night I went and it was extremely busy. The location is by the gum wall and it is a bit hidden from everything but it has a nice setup. I got the pizza con carne and it was going to be an hour wait so I got some beers as well. The alibi special was interesting with a scotch and miller lite which I didn't understand but it was still good. Miller then scotch is what I recommend. The pizza is really filling and his the spot especially if you haven't had food. Service overall is really good. Despite such a crowded night and the person next to me dining and dashing, the staff is very calm, probably, and respectful. They were very friendly and the food came faster than expected. Overall I would say it is a great spot to get a late night bite with great service. read more

OMG where do I begin. The authentic and original ingredients in making these pizzas is amazing. Since it was late we needed to find a place to grab a bite to eat. So we found this gem on a humble. And glad we did. We ordered a pizza and split it. And a few drinks as well. We watched the guy knead the dough. I found that to be very interesting. You don't see that too often. They close at 2AM and I got there at midnight to order a pizza because a girl had just ordered hers and left but the guy host was RUDE!!!! On a drizzly Saturday evening a companion and myself found that most of the boardwalk restaurants were closed at 10pm much to our dismay. We quickly found a place that could accommodate our hungry bellies in close proximity. The Alibi was a well hidden shining beacon. It's easy to kiss if you're not looking. Either at the foot of the stairs leading away from Pike Place Market or come down the stairs toward Bubblegum Alley. If you've made it that far there's a sign pointing you right to it. ID's are checked so be sure to bring that (21+). The lights are dimmed as there was no light offered by windows. The interior was well loved and the conversation--lively. We were sat quickly and I took what seemed like ages to choose my meal. I ended up choosing after the waitress pointed out I could do half and half for pizza. The choice was clear then. Half Pizza Con Carne and Half Chicken & Jalapeño. My companion absolutely enjoyed the Pizza Con Carne. All of the meat cuts tasted fresh and the ingredients were pies high onto a light hand-tossed crust. The Chicken and Jalapeño was very much enjoyable with the fresh tomatoes and arugula. I enjoyed my choices. My only note would be not to come here for an intimate dinner because that won't happen, but if you need a place with rockin' pizza after a night on the town--THIS IS YOUR PLACE! First thing, I got here, I got cut off right away! I'm in my vacation, the other bartender was gonna serve me till the male bartender interfered. Mans wanted smoke, I don't even know why he went so far to cut me off without having a conversation with me! That was ridiculous! The ambiance was nice but that one bartender just didn't give me a chance, I'm ecstatic like that, It was my one month anniversary visiting Seattle and he couldn't even receive my energy in the best way possible, mans just killed my vibe. Came to this restaurant because we were recommended the spicy Mac and cheese. That was the first thing we ordered and it was really good. Personally, I didn't think it was spicy at all, but that's because my spice tolerance is high. The mac and cheese did not lack in flavor though. It was cheesy and the crispy burnt cheese on top was my favorite. The mushroom pizza has 3 kinds of mushrooms and this filled every inch of the pizza. I was very excited for this pizza. It is a think crust pizza, so if you're into that, definitely get this pizza. It held its shape very well and it stayed crispy even after 10 min. The meatballs with lamb was good too, but not my favorite item here. The garlic bread that came with the meatballs wasn't too garlicky so I was kind of disappointed with that. But otherwise I think everything was good. I would come back to alibi when we visit again. read more

Okay so this is a bar! Dark and crowded and serving good strong drinks. Not much on view as it is tucked away in an alley by the Wall of Gum. However staff was great, drinks were very good and we ordered 4 of the Pizzas to go for our long ride back to Yelm. The pizzas were outstanding (and I'm a Chgo pizza snob). The only time I'm here is after an Improv show as it's right across on the same block, otherwise it's pretty hidden near the gum wall under Pike Place Market. That's probably part of it's charm. There's a variety of unique pizzas, it's actually hand toss, I saw it, I saw pizza dough flying in the air in the kitchen. I think one pizza should fill 2 people, it was way too much food for 1, great for leftovers. I like their creativity, instead of getting an actual pizza holder, the pizza lay on a wooden cutting board on top of a gigantic can of black olives, I dig it, why get an actually pizza holder and waste space when you can optimize and use the can of black olives for multiple purposes. Going to this restaurant very late at night felt a little sketchy. Google Maps gave me directions to walk from Western Avenue instead of the market, so I had to go through this dark alley. The restaurant also matched the vibe of that alley. Very dark but pretty cool place. Started with the Spinach Artichoke Dip and the Bruschetta. Both very good. We then shared the Truffle Tre Fungi pie. It was really, really good! As someone who's not a fan of veggie pizza, I devoured it! Great place for pizza in Seattle.
