The chicken steak breakfast was amazing. Served with fresh biscuits and gravy. Coffee always pipping hot. Country style potatoes a great side to cater to over easy eggs. A must try here.

***My Review**My opinion**IJS***All I can say is I've been going here for the last 7 years and the only thing that has changed is my age. The Food is still as delicious as the first day I came in to the restaurant . The customer service is amazing.. Everything is fresh, tastes so amazing, hot, and flavorful..I love the way they cook pancake. Cooked all the way through, the grits are amazing. I accidentally put sugar and omg... But I love them with a/p..If you're in the Inland Empire stop by and dine in.. The baconYou will Thank me later.. Real food taster.. My review**My opinion**IJS

L to R: country fried steak, eggs, potatoes. Pancakes & homemade biscuits and gravy. over easy eggs, bacon, and potatoes.

Gives the hole in the wall type of feel with a family vibe. Some of the waitresses, waiter, and manager are related and I love that! The place was pretty packed in a good way so we sat at the counter where all the action was. That was great. Everything is made to order and homemade according to one of the nice waitresses that served us. She resembled my Tia so that definitely added to the family vibe. Lol. Food came out hot and was super bomb. Not a large amount of food, but just the right amount. The biscuits and gravy are homemade and taste amazing. My wife loved all the food as well. We will be coming back to try other items on the menu.

Came here for Mother's Day and am soooo impressed! The food is beyond delicious, the service was spectacular, and the prices were more than fair. Amazing amazing amazing!!

About half the side dish I'm not even joking.

This place was amazing! The fries were delicious, the eggs were great, the waitress was so nice and really took care of us. This cinnamon roll was delicious and enough for all three of us!

My husband's Steak was cooked perfectly & my Ham & Cheese omelette was delicious! Really good biscuits and gravy

A Route 66 style diner with a lot of seating & a big menu. We had breakfast, generous portions on the food. Delicious biscuits & gravy! Waitresses checked on us a lot and made sure we had everything. It's a diner, so depending on how many people are dining, it was loud inside but not to where you couldn't talk. We will definitely be back to try more of their options

I see "French Toast Combo " in down!

On my way home from SB Toyota service and wanted breakfast. Always looking for places that serve the traditional French toast on the thin white bread instead of the giant, thick Texas toast. Small café in a neighborhood street very clean cozy. The staff are very pleasant and helpful seated right away. Coffee was strong and hot. Just the way you'll like it with the flavored creamers. I noticed they had French toast. I asked the waitress if it's on the thin white bread and to my surprise, she said yes that's the only way we serve it! so I had to try it and it didn't disappoint. They got my order in and back to my table quickly the food was hot and very tasty. I had the French toast combo would definitely come back here again to eat breakfast.

The latte was decent, it would've been perfect if it wasn't watered down (the ice hadn't melted at all, so it wasn't due to the ice). The employee at the register was unwelcoming, appearing very bored throughout our entire interaction. She was somewhat helpful when I asked for a recommendation and what ingredients were in the sandwich, however, she seemed irritated that I even asked. The cafe was quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated showcasing local artists and events. It was chilly due to the AC, however, it was tolerable in a T-shirt; I would recommend bring a jacket inside. Unfortunately, I had to minus 1 star for the service (which was surprising due to the positive reviews... maybe today was an off-day?) but otherwise it was a good experience!

Comics display everywhere the cafe to browse for in house reading as well as purchasing them !!! The croissant was deliciously toasty which never had it served that way ! My hot drink was awesome with the right sweetness and lukewarm chocolate flavor ! This place was voted Yelp's People Loves Us in 2023! I would surely come back when in the area!

By the time we were leaving the restaurant was completely full, so we definitely got there at the perfect time. Service was amazing from the start. The staff, especially our server, were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Our order was taken within about five minutes of being seated, and the food came out impressively fast -- less than ten minutes. Everything we ordered was really good. One small tip: I'd recommend asking for the potato wedges well done and maybe a little lighter on the seasoning. My favorite dish was definitely the French toast -- it had a slight crunch on the outside while still being soft and fluffy inside, which made the texture perfect. The red chilaquiles were my second favorite. They had great flavor, and next time I'd probably add avocado to take them to the next level. Overall, this spot is definitely worth checking out for breakfast. Great service, quick turnaround, and really satisfying dishes. I'd happily come back again.

Our waitress was tentative and on point. She moved quick and was accurate. Today, I tried something new. I ordered the Carne Asada Torta and substituted my French fries for home fries (order them extra crispy). I prefer them extra crispy because they're a little under done for my liking the regular way they cook them. The accidentally added bell pepper and onion to them and the waitress let me know ahead of time. I told her it was ok because I actually like them like that. My torta was good. It's huge! Definitely a meal for 2 people. The bread was soft - it could've been toasted a bit more for me because it wasn't able to support the beans and meat and started falling apart. It comes with lettuce, tomato, avocado, beans, mayo, and cheese. The meat was flavorful and even had a nice char and the refried beans were nice and creamy. Even though it was good, it wasn't my favorite. No matter what you order, make sure and get their salsas. They have a green and red and I think it's best to mix them... The ambiance is full of life. There's music playing in the background but it's not too loud. Definitely a cool little spot to dine in.

The ambiance has a charming old-school vibe that I absolutely adore, and the cleanliness of the place just adds to its appeal. The standout for me was the perfectly cooked eggs and the fluffy pancakes--definitely a must-try! What truly sets Goody's apart is the delightful service. The staff is not only respectful but also genuinely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you step in. While they close for dinner, their focus on serving a fantastic breakfast and lunch is evident. This place is a gem for anyone passing through or looking for a quick bite. I was told that it is "the law" to show certification for my service animal, which is completely incorrect under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). There is no legal requirement for service dog certification or paperwork. Being misinformed and treated this way made us feel uncomfortable and discriminated against, and we ultimately chose to leave. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures their staff are properly trained on ADA guidelines so this does not happen to anyone else.

It was a World Cup game day, and she seemed to be responsible for an entire side of the restaurant by herself. The service delays felt more like a management and staffing issue than a reflection of her effort. We were seated at 6:04 PM, and our drink order wasn't taken until 6:32 PM. While I understand restaurants get busy, it seemed like management should have anticipated the increased demand and staffed accordingly. Unfortunately, there were several issues throughout our meal. The chips brought to the table tasted a bit rancid, and the napkins wrapped around our silverware appeared to have some kind of dried residue on them that looked like tamarind paste. I ordered the birria plate, and roughly 40% of the meat was fat, making much of the portion inedible. I also waited over 15 minutes for limes and never received the cilantro I requested. My husband ordered the carnitas plate and was surprised by the appearance of the meat--it was very pale and almost looked like chicken. He said it lacked flavor and was disappointing overall. My parents ordered the molcajete, which arrived without the shrimp that was supposed to be included. At that point, we knew it would likely take another 10-20 minutes to flag someone down, so they decided to just enjoy what was served. They actually said the flavor was quite good despite the missing ingredient. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing, especially considering the long waits and food quality issues. I don't blame our waitress, who was clearly stretched far too thin. My frustration is directed more toward management for not properly preparing and staffing the restaurant for such a busy event.
