I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our experience at your restaurant on June 14. This is specifically for the 195 E Hospitality Ln San Bernardino, CA 92408 United States Location. Our family had planned to celebrate our daughter's graduation from nursing school with a dinner reservation for 13 people at 6:30 PM. This was a very special occasion that represented years of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication on her part, and we were looking forward to celebrating this milestone with family and friends. My daughter initially made the reservation for 13 guests. A few days before the event, I called to confirm the reservation and add two additional guests, only to be told there was no reservation on file. Concerned, my daughter called the day before and made another reservation. To ensure there would be no issues, she also called again on the day of the event and was assured that the reservation was confirmed. We arrived at approximately 6:15 PM and were informed that we could not be seated until at least six members of our party had arrived. Once more than half of our guests were present, we were then told that another large party was occupying the space and that we would likely have to wait until around 7:30 PM to be seated--an hour after our reservation time. As more of our guests arrived and a manager became involved, the explanation seemed to change and we were suddenly told that something could possibly be worked out. Unfortunately, by that point we had lost confidence that our party would be accommodated appropriately. Given the confusion, lack of communication, and repeated issues surrounding a reservation that had been confirmed multiple times, we made the difficult decision to leave and find another restaurant for our celebration. As people who know many restaurant owners and understand the challenges of the hospitality industry, we genuinely try to be patient and reasonable. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, what was most disappointing was the lack of communication and the conflicting information we received despite confirming our reservation multiple times. What should have been a memorable evening celebrating our daughter's nursing school graduation instead became a stressful and frustrating experience for our family and guests. We left feeling embarrassed, disappointed, and saddened that such a special occasion was impacted in this way. My hope is that you take steps that prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. read more

I ordered the you pick two shrimp plate with orzo rice and hush puppies. The garlic shrimp was swimming in what I can only figure is garlic and butter and the second shrimp entree was grilled. The shrimps were flavorful. The hush puppies were small but tasted good. My brother ordered the shrimp carbonara and he enjoyed it. The order portions were large and we brought some home. The ambiance was warm, inviting, and place was well lighted. My only complaint would be the prices. $56 for the two of us. ! Our first visit to a Red Lobster since 2008! Wanted to experience the Sea Food boil offerings and rehaul of operations/menu. Stopped by with no reservations on a Saturday 11:30 am lunch date. We rarely have time to ourselves as new parents, so it was a nice break and our server Ashley & manager stopped by to let us know it was worth celebrating haha! Gave us EXCELLENT recommendations of drinks (their signature pinacolada was yummmmm), appetizer of lobster dip and stuffed mushroom, and the mariners boil +1 level spice and old bay Parmesan on the side to dip was PERFECT. We were concerned if the seafood boil could be shared but we are sooo happy to split it. It was more than enough for a date and we couldn't even finish our mushrooms cause we were so full. Was delicious as a take home. Tables and interior was clean, bathrooms were kept clean including the baby changing table. Changing table works and was kept in order - this is important to me the next time I come with our little one. My wife and I went on Monday evening to enjoy the endless shrimp special. Our waitress was Ariana. She was everything a waitress is supposed to be. We had a discrepancy in the pricing. On the app it said all you can eat was $24.99 but on the menu it said $29.99. Ariana quickly got her manager involved and for the better sake of business he gave us a 20% discount to bring the price back down to approximately $24.99. It was nice to see that the manager immediately resolved our issue. We enjoyed our shrimps and Ariana made sure our plates were never empty more than a few moments. If I can give it no stars I would. I went in and got seated very quickly and the waitress Katherine came a couple of mins later to ask what we wanted to drink we ordered 3 waters and 2 alcoholic beverages, the bartender came like 5 mins later with the alcoholic beverages and no Katherine with the waters and this was already like 15 mins later after ordering. I finally see her and waved her down and asked if I can get my waters she then replied oh yes sorry i had forgotten! Still another 5 mins passed by and no waters. We ordered seafood boil bag (mariner with roasted garlic butter and extra spicy) I saw the bag and noticed it looked plain like if it was only garlic butter and no spice (I'll add pictures) and I let Katherine know that the bag looked like it was only garlic butter with no extra spicey and Katherine tried to gaslight me by telling me that she wrote it down and that it was in fact extra spicey and I let her know that the bag looks other wise and she kept telling me that it was what I ordered and I kept telling her that it wasn't that it looked like it was only garlic butter and she told me she would ask the cook and I told her yes please! She then left and we were sitting there another extra 10 mins waiting on Katherine and when she finally came and said "I let them know and they said they'll bring out the spice if you guys would like but I don't know how you would mix it since I already did" and I told her it's fine we'll do it. another 5 mins later a guy comes with a plate of the missing ingredients and my wife goes and opens the bag so he can pour it in and he said "was she expecting me to pour it in" and laughs so I grabbed it and poured it in and we mixed the bag ourself! It's been a while since we visited this place. The service was great with no complaints. However, the orders took too long to arrive. I noticed they were short-staffed, which seems to be the cause. Personally, I don't think it's the staff's fault but more of a management issue, which might explain some of the bad reviews. I'm giving 4 stars because I see the staff doing their best under the circumstances. My food was good, though the lobster was just okay. The biscuits, as always, never disappointed. The biscuits here are good; same as any other Red Lobster. The staff are kind, and energetic. They work hard too and are very quick to help. However, I ordered a side cesar salad to go, and found the lettuce wilted, some of it black and/or slimy. I was able to pick out 10 pieces of lettuce that were fresh enough to eat, and the croutons and salad dressing were tasty I did take a picture just before throwing it away and after having eaten the good bits but a lot of it was just really wilted. Idk if it's cause I ordered it to-go but it was a bummer to have to throw out a $6 side salad. Oh and btw, it is cheaper to order online via their website instead of yelp. read more
