Diane and I had a very good dining experience here recently. I ordered a mixture of old and new offerings, beginning with two starters that I am fond of. One is Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms that were hot and cheesy. The other is Crab Queso with Tortilla Chips. I received no help from Diane in eating either appetizer, so had to finish them myself. For that reason, I ordered a lighter than usual entree: the Crunch-Fried Flounder with a House Side Salad and Mashed Potatoes. The salad, with good Honey Mustard Dressing but not even including any pieces of tomato, was very ordinary. And the Mashed Potatoes were just okay. But the lightly breaded flounder was superb, and several pieces were put on my plate. Cheddar Bay Biscuits were also a welcome addition. Diane enjoyed her Lobster Au Gratin and Baked Potato with Chopped Bacon. Service by Joshua C. was excellent, and we were able to apply three Red Lobster Rewards to our bill. We visited this location on 08/29/26 it was around 6:30 pm. Place was really dirty, from the front door all the way to the table. Dirty lobster tank, dirty trays on top of it. Floors were really messy and dirty. Tha place seemed like it hasn't been touched up or maintained in a long time. Service was really slow. Drinks took a long time. Food was good. But zero prebussing. Server didn't offer dessert, just gave us the check , didn't pick up any plates from table. Overall, a very mediocre service, dirty place. Never going back to that specific location. read more

Today we went for lunch. The cheddar bay biscuits are always a big hit. So soft and delicate their savory and buttery texture absolutely melts in your mouth. Though they are a bit smaller than many years ago they are not stingy with their servings. I had the crab and shrimp Alfredo. I ordered the light side which is 1/2 an order. They made the full order and compensated me. Still brought half home. my daughter had the Sailors platter. It had 2 pieces of flounder, garlic shrimp scampi, popcorn shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our hostess was the best. Very sweet young lady by the name of Airianna. She made our meal complete. We had iced tea. Before we could ask any questions she had covered everything we needed. She definitely is an asset to the staff. We asked her about a gift card situation. My daughter had figured it out. Apparently the card has to be activated on the website first. Pretty bad gift idea for a senior citizen. Apparently I'm not the only one our hostess says they can be a bit confusing for some customers. The place was a cool break from the nasty humidity outside. Craving for the lobster feast so met daughter for dinner !! Thomas gave a stellar service! He has sense of humor plus excellent in anticipating our table needs!! I ordered the you pick two shrimp plate with orzo rice and hush puppies. The garlic shrimp was swimming in what I can only figure is garlic and butter and the second shrimp entree was grilled. The shrimps were flavorful. The hush puppies were small but tasted good. My brother ordered the shrimp carbonara and he enjoyed it. The order portions were large and we brought some home. The ambiance was warm, inviting, and place was well lighted. My only complaint would be the prices. $56 for the two of us. ! First time coming here and let me tell you it did not disappoint. I wanted to come to try out the sea boil and it did not disappoint. You guys. The flavors are all there and a big shout out to our waiter Tyler she was very helpful. Oh my God she made the whole experience even better. We also ended up getting The. Our first visit to a Red Lobster since 2008! Wanted to experience the Sea Food boil offerings and rehaul of operations/menu. Stopped by with no reservations on a Saturday 11:30 am lunch date. We rarely have time to ourselves as new parents, so it was a nice break and our server Ashley & manager stopped by to let us know it was worth celebrating haha! Gave us EXCELLENT recommendations of drinks (their signature pinacolada was yummmmm), appetizer of lobster dip and stuffed mushroom, and the mariners boil +1 level spice and old bay Parmesan on the side to dip was PERFECT. We were concerned if the seafood boil could be shared but we are sooo happy to split it. It was more than enough for a date and we couldn't even finish our mushrooms cause we were so full. Was delicious as a take home. Tables and interior was clean, bathrooms were kept clean including the baby changing table. Changing table works and was kept in order - this is important to me the next time I come with our little one. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our experience at your restaurant on June 14. This is specifically for the 195 E Hospitality Ln San Bernardino, CA 92408 United States Location. Our family had planned to celebrate our daughter's graduation from nursing school with a dinner reservation for 13 people at 6:30 PM. This was a very special occasion that represented years of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication on her part, and we were looking forward to celebrating this milestone with family and friends. My daughter initially made the reservation for 13 guests. A few days before the event, I called to confirm the reservation and add two additional guests, only to be told there was no reservation on file. Concerned, my daughter called the day before and made another reservation. To ensure there would be no issues, she also called again on the day of the event and was assured that the reservation was confirmed. We arrived at approximately 6:15 PM and were informed that we could not be seated until at least six members of our party had arrived. Once more than half of our guests were present, we were then told that another large party was occupying the space and that we would likely have to wait until around 7:30 PM to be seated--an hour after our reservation time. As more of our guests arrived and a manager became involved, the explanation seemed to change and we were suddenly told that something could possibly be worked out. Unfortunately, by that point we had lost confidence that our party would be accommodated appropriately. Given the confusion, lack of communication, and repeated issues surrounding a reservation that had been confirmed multiple times, we made the difficult decision to leave and find another restaurant for our celebration. As people who know many restaurant owners and understand the challenges of the hospitality industry, we genuinely try to be patient and reasonable. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, what was most disappointing was the lack of communication and the conflicting information we received despite confirming our reservation multiple times. What should have been a memorable evening celebrating our daughter's nursing school graduation instead became a stressful and frustrating experience for our family and guests. We left feeling embarrassed, disappointed, and saddened that such a special occasion was impacted in this way. My hope is that you take steps that prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. read more

My wife and I went on Monday evening to enjoy the endless shrimp special. Our waitress was Ariana. She was everything a waitress is supposed to be. We had a discrepancy in the pricing. On the app it said all you can eat was $24.99 but on the menu it said $29.99. Ariana quickly got her manager involved and for the better sake of business he gave us a 20% discount to bring the price back down to approximately $24.99. It was nice to see that the manager immediately resolved our issue. We enjoyed our shrimps and Ariana made sure our plates were never empty more than a few moments. It's been a while since we visited this place. The service was great with no complaints. However, the orders took too long to arrive. I noticed they were short-staffed, which seems to be the cause. Personally, I don't think it's the staff's fault but more of a management issue, which might explain some of the bad reviews. I'm giving 4 stars because I see the staff doing their best under the circumstances. My food was good, though the lobster was just okay. The biscuits, as always, never disappointed. If I can give it no stars I would. I went in and got seated very quickly and the waitress Katherine came a couple of mins later to ask what we wanted to drink we ordered 3 waters and 2 alcoholic beverages, the bartender came like 5 mins later with the alcoholic beverages and no Katherine with the waters and this was already like 15 mins later after ordering.
