    I ordered the you pick two shrimp plate with orzo rice and hush puppies. The garlic shrimp was swimming in what I can only figure is garlic and butter and the second shrimp entree was grilled. The shrimps were flavorful. The hush puppies were small but tasted good. My brother ordered the shrimp carbonara and he enjoyed it. The order portions were large and we brought some home. The ambiance was warm, inviting, and place was well lighted. My only complaint would be the prices. $56 for the two of us. ! I wouldn't eat here all the time but come into this establishment once in a while. Server was attentive to our needs and even brought us extra biscuits.

    Our first visit to a Red Lobster since 2008! Wanted to experience the Sea Food boil offerings and rehaul of operations/menu. Stopped by with no reservations on a Saturday 11:30 am lunch date. We rarely have time to ourselves as new parents, so it was a nice break and our server Ashley & manager stopped by to let us know it was worth celebrating haha! Gave us EXCELLENT recommendations of drinks (their signature pinacolada was yummmmm), appetizer of lobster dip and stuffed mushroom, and the mariners boil +1 level spice and old bay Parmesan on the side to dip was PERFECT. We were concerned if the seafood boil could be shared but we are sooo happy to split it. It was more than enough for a date and we couldn't even finish our mushrooms cause we were so full. Was delicious as a take home. Tables and interior was clean, bathrooms were kept clean including the baby changing table. Changing table works and was kept in order - this is important to me the next time I come with our little one. The welcoming staff as we entered and exit, the attention to detail and warmth of Ashley and the floor manager, and excellent food value. We had a wonderful lunch date and would come back.

    The Service was amazing. The staff working this lunch shift really went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were taken care of. In for a celebration lunch they made sure our food and drink were fresh and timely. The team even got together to create a custom Birthday card to present at the end of our meal. The ladies and gentleman at Red Lobster really made my day! Thank you for getting back to quality service and a friendly environment to bring my family to dine. Much appreciated!

    Haven't been here for a while. Stopped by today and was amazed. Great foods, great deals and great service!!! We enjoyed the special of shrimp and lobster, amazing... Can't pass up the old times memory

    If I can give it no stars I would. I went in and got seated very quickly and the waitress Katherine came a couple of mins later to ask what we wanted to drink we ordered 3 waters and 2 alcoholic beverages, the bartender came like 5 mins later with the alcoholic beverages and no Katherine with the waters and this was already like 15 mins later after ordering. I finally see her and waved her down and asked if I can get my waters she then replied oh yes sorry i had forgotten! Still another 5 mins passed by and no waters. Mind you the restaurant was empty with only 2 more tables occupied and I received water almost 30 mins later! Then we received our food an hour after sitting. We ordered seafood boil bag (mariner with roasted garlic butter and extra spicy) I saw the bag and noticed it looked plain like if it was only garlic butter and no spice (I'll add pictures) and I let Katherine know that the bag looked like it was only garlic butter with no extra spicey and Katherine tried to gaslight me by telling me that she wrote it down and that it was in fact extra spicey and I let her know that the bag looks other wise and she kept telling me that it was what I ordered and I kept telling her that it wasn't that it looked like it was only garlic butter and she told me she would ask the cook and I told her yes please! She then left and we were sitting there another extra 10 mins waiting on Katherine and when she finally came and said "I let them know and they said they'll bring out the spice if you guys would like but I don't know how you would mix it since I already did" and I told her it's fine we'll do it. another 5 mins later a guy comes with a plate of the missing ingredients and my wife goes and opens the bag so he can pour it in and he said "was she expecting me to pour it in" and laughs so I grabbed it and poured it in and we mixed the bag ourself! If I knew I would be gaslighted into my food being right when it was clearly not and having to mix my own food when it was they're mistake and having to eat like an hour and 20 mins later I would of never gone to that restaurant and I don't think I want to go back!     The setting is great and calm. Not crowded afternoon. The staff is receptive and check in on you consistently if you need anything. Food is delicious. Would recommend if you are in the mood for sea food and good drinks!

    It's been a while since we visited this place. The service was great with no complaints. However, the orders took too long to arrive. I noticed they were short-staffed, which seems to be the cause. Personally, I don't think it's the staff's fault but more of a management issue, which might explain some of the bad reviews. I'm giving 4 stars because I see the staff doing their best under the circumstances. My food was good, though the lobster was just okay. The biscuits, as always, never disappointed. If you're planning to visit, be prepared to wait for your food. The ambiance is super chill.

    Husband and I decided to try this after many years of not going, let me tell you they have the best Caesar salad ever, the food was very good. Hands down the best Customer Service ever from the host from the server to the managers amazing service

    Food was amazing, got the mariners boil. Clean restaurant. Josh our server was great. But for some reason the host sat my party of 4 in this big private room and it felt like we were separated from the fun vibes of the establishment. Oh well!

There is often a group of people at the station who are more interested in chatting with each other than greeting a customer. The main hostess during the day acts like you're annoying her with your request for a table, even though the restaurant isn't that busy. The waitstaff seems to get overwhelmed when it does get busy, so you often have to flag someone down if you need something. Despite the staff problems, I still like BJ's and will return.

Joel apologized for the unfortunate event, the manager just walked away. I have been here before, and had never encountered an experience like the one they had. My salad was ok, but you can't really mess up a salad. It was nice of the server to bring a slice of cake out, since she knew we were celebrating a marriage. Overall, I would not recommend eating here. The food was overpriced and service was ok. Also, the AC in the area we sat in, was not working. The front of the restaurant was cold, but in the area we sat in, it wasn't that cold. Unfortunately, Claim Jumper is probably going to be another chain that becomes forgotten.

I honestly rather come to here than Soup N Fresh (to avoid the line) and Golden Corral (quality vs cost) if I'm looking for something a bit more healthy when eating out. We had an 11:15 reservation and were not seated until 12:40. Throughout the wait, we were repeatedly told there were no tables available. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication from management. No one explained that brunch service would be ending, and we actually had to get up and ask ourselves whether brunch was still available. That was when we were finally told they had stopped serving it. At that point, it honestly made us question what the purpose of having a reservation was in the first place. A delay of over an hour on one of the busiest brunch holidays of the year should have either been communicated transparently or accommodated appropriately by honoring brunch for delayed reservation parties. The response from management was also disappointing. Rather than taking accountability or offering any real solution, the manager blamed staffing and "corporate." If this truly comes down to corporate policies or staffing decisions, then Mimi's as a company seriously needs to reevaluate how these holidays are managed. Longtime customers should not be left waiting over an hour with no communication, only to lose access to the very menu they made reservations for. Sadly, experiences like this are probably part of why so many longtime customers feel the overall quality and organization of the company has declined over the years. I was told that it is "the law" to show certification for my service animal, which is completely incorrect under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). There is no legal requirement for service dog certification or paperwork. Businesses are only permitted to ask two questions: whether the dog is required because of a disability and what task the dog is trained to perform. Being misinformed and treated this way made us feel uncomfortable and discriminated against, and we ultimately chose to leave. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures their staff are properly trained on ADA guidelines so this does not happen to anyone else.
