If you were into great music oldies, of course a classic feel of going back in time to the 1950s. This is your spot. The place was extremely clean. I love the decor. The ambience of the place was super retro. The Service was on point. Our server was kind, friendly and she gave suggestions and the food was good. We ordered two sampler plates to get a little feel of everything. Their zucchini is delicious. It's not overwhelming sometimes that's all you taste is zucchini and not what you're looking for. It had a nice balance. The wings were delicious. I would stick more to the American food. I didn't really care for the Mexican food. I'm very traditional when I wanna go for Mexican food but definitely worth a shot but like I say you try and then decide.

I had a Ham & Cheese omelette & my husband has eggs with sausage patties, also had a side of their biscuits and gravy. Everything was delicious & hot, and they kept the coffee poured. We never had to ask for anything. The salsa is very good too. We will definitely be back

I stopped in for the first time today for breakfast. I was not disappointed. I so enjoyed the bacon and eggs and the two sides I chose was pancakes and hashbrowns and all was very good. I look forward to coming in for lunch sometime. The service was excellent. The servers were on point, checking back frequently filling my drink glass. It's a nice quaint little diner with Route 66 as the theme. Lots of nice pictures and memorabilia on the wall very enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody coming through town or locals. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Ate here as I was at San Bernardino for a festival. The steak and eggs were so good! Loved the diner decor as its very retro and our server was so nice! He gave my friend orange slices since my friend didnt order any orange juice like the rest of us and jokingly said he felt "left out". So that was funny and sweet! Will come again if I'm up in San Bernardino!

The breakfast here was delicious. I ordered the huevos divorciados and my partner had the huevos a la Mexicana. Both dishes were fresh, flavorful, and tasted like a good home-cooked meal. My plate was served warm, and everything was well-seasoned. Our waitress, Stephanie, was the kindest and most attentive. She checked in at the right times and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service made the experience even better. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back.

All that to be said the food was delicious and service was great our server stephanie was very helpful and polite .. We also love how they play the music in the back ground very smooth not to loud . Me and my wife been coming here to Jovi's diner for a minute now we love it here we love the food we love the atmosphere the old School vibes the pictures on the wall and the great customer service. We almost tried everything from the menu and everything is fire. John G.'s review touched on the same sentiments I had about the country gravy -- it was mediocre. I would go a step further and say it was inferior. I make that statement with 45 years in food service and more pots of gravy behind me than I can count. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, and it was certainly disappointing. The biscuit was very flat, with no lift or life to it. The gravy had a grayish color and a chunky texture that wasn't pleasant to look at. It lacked flavor, richness, and the depth you expect from a proper milk‑based gravy made with a roux from sausage drippings. Even the enjoyment of finding bits of sausage just wasn't there. I did speak to the owner about these issues. With a friendly smile, she mentioned another place I could visit. I'm not sure what she meant to communicate, but it came across as, "If you don't like it, go somewhere else," just delivered politely. On the positive side, John G. was right -- the service was very good, and the place was clean, including the restroom. read more

I look forward to coming in for lunch sometime. The service was excellent. The servers were on point, checking back frequently filling my drink glass. This is a really cute diner. You can tell that someone really took their time designing the decor. It looks like a fifties style diner with red booths and old movie star posters everywhere. What's great is that the menu includes both American and Mexican food items, both for breakfast and lunch. They also serve breakfast and lunch all day. Their chicken fried steak and gravy was quite good, and so was the French toast. We also enjoyed the chilaquiles and taquitos. Our waitress was lovely and came to check on us often. read more

Our first time here and it was delicious! We came for breakfast. The kids had the pancakes and eggs. I had the menudo, was recommended by the yelp reviews. The food was excellent. Came here on a last minute whim. I'm so glad we did! The food here is absolutely amazing. My family ordered the carne asada a la mexicana, enchiladas suisas, chilaquiles, and camarones a la diabla. Each bite was so flavorful. Too top it all off, the salsa is authentic and the tortillas taste homemade. Would come again in a heart beat. The service was also very attentive and friendly. I recommend the pineapple spinach water it's very refreshing especially on a hot summer day !!! I always order 2 chillies torreados witch compliment any plate !!!!
