If you were into great music oldies, of course a classic feel of going back in time to the 1950s. This is your spot. The place was extremely clean. I love the decor. The ambience of the place was super retro. The Service was on point. Our server was kind, friendly and she gave suggestions and the food was good. We ordered two sampler plates to get a little feel of everything. Their zucchini is delicious. It's not overwhelming sometimes that's all you taste is zucchini and not what you're looking for. It had a nice balance. The wings were delicious. I would stick more to the American food. I didn't really care for the Mexican food. I'm very traditional when I wanna go for Mexican food but definitely worth a shot but like I say you try and then decide. read more

We were out in San Bernardino this morning and decided to try this cute little 50s inspired diner. Decorated in black white and red, oldies playing and a very friendly & tentative waitress. I had a Ham & Cheese omelette & my husband has eggs with sausage patties, also had a side of their biscuits and gravy. Everything was delicious & hot, and they kept the coffee poured. Ate here as I was at San Bernardino for a festival. The steak and eggs were so good! Loved the diner decor as its very retro and our server was so nice! He gave my friend orange slices since my friend didnt order any orange juice like the rest of us and jokingly said he felt "left out". So that was funny and sweet! I stopped in for the first time today for breakfast. I was not disappointed. I so enjoyed the bacon and eggs and the two sides I chose was pancakes and hashbrowns and all was very good. I look forward to coming in for lunch sometime. The service was excellent. The servers were on point, checking back frequently filling my drink glass. It's a nice quaint little diner with Route 66 as the theme. Lots of nice pictures and memorabilia on the wall very enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody coming through town or locals. I don't think you'll be disappointed. read more

The breakfast here was delicious. I ordered the huevos divorciados and my partner had the huevos a la Mexicana. Both dishes were fresh, flavorful, and tasted like a good home-cooked meal. This spot was amazing, the old school dinner was an experience for our 3 girls and brought back so many memories for my husband and I. This is a really cute diner. You can tell that someone really took their time designing the decor. It looks like a fifties style diner with red booths and old movie star posters everywhere. What's great is that the menu includes both American and Mexican food items, both for breakfast and lunch. They also serve breakfast and lunch all day. Their chicken fried steak and gravy was quite good, and so was the French toast. We also enjoyed the chilaquiles and taquitos. Our waitress was lovely and came to check on us often. read more

Our first time here and it was delicious! We came for breakfast. The kids had the pancakes and eggs. I had the menudo, was recommended by the yelp reviews. The food was excellent. If you're cruising Route 66 or out this way for any reason, give Mitla's a try! Pro tip: if you can't find street parking, they have a lot on the street by their south side.

He raised his voice and repeated it a couple of times. It was completely bizarre that he chose to speak to me as if I was the one who'd done something wrong. It's very childish to do a subpar job and then get upset and frustrated when you're called on it. An adult apologizes and pledges to not blow it again. Anyhow, I don't tolerate disrespectful people so I'm done. I won't spend another penny there.

Even though we were strangers, there was an instant connection. Best of all, the Niners won! I won't credit Red Fox for that, just the pinpoint arm of Brock Purdy. But the fun ambiance certainly buoyed the celebratory mood! The building is surrounded by a huge parking lot with a plethora of spaces. Why are we so devoid of real estate and parking in NorCal? The Red Fox is a great place to watch any game or just hang out. If I lived in the community, this would definitely be one of my regular haunts.

Deluxe Cheeseburger & Fries: Ordered with grilled onions. Burger was decent, fries were fine, nothing standout, but satisfying. The ranch, though, leaned heavily into a blue cheese flavor, which didn't work for me. Drinks: Sierra Mist came in a surprisingly large cup -- props for that. I also tried a strawberry margarita, and I wouldn't do that again. Tasted like cheap mix, watered down by crushed ice. Big glass, but not worth it. Dessert: Grabbed a slice of apple pie to go. Forgot to ask if it was homemade, but it tasted store-bought. Not bad, just average. Ambiance: Definitely retro. Old-school music, classic diner feel -- if you're into that, it delivers. Service: Great. My server was kind and actually recommended the deluxe cheeseburger, which I appreciated. This diner has been open for a lil over a year and I come in here at least once a week and they are pretty busy but they still go out of there way to please you. I recommend the pineapple spinach water it's very refreshing especially on a hot summer day !!! I always order 2 chillies torreados witch compliment any plate !!!! My wife and I are regulars here so this review is long overdue but our favorite things to order is the Chilaquiles Verde with steak and a Chorizo Breakfast burrito with beans. It's delicious and always fresh especially with their house salsa. The servers here are always friendly. Today Stephanie served us and she's always cheerful and provides a great service. I have been eating here every Saturday for almost a year. I always have the Huevos Rancheros. The best in San Bernardino. The service is always good and the staff very friendly. We had breakfast there this morning. Food was fresh and hot. Service was with a smile and very quick. Prices were very reasonable. I had the Chili Verde Omelet, so far my favorite meal.
