I have used this place many times for alignments, and their prices are less expensive than other alignment shops. I really liked this place. My recent experience was disappointing. I went in for a 4 wheel alignment, but when I picked up my car it indicated they only did a two wheel alignment. So I asked the fella who was checking me out, who said he had no idea what they did. When pressed, he said I'd need to call to find out what the issue was, instead of offering to find out for me. I pointed out that If I called back then, the same person would've answered the phone so that wouldn't work. I instead left a note for this random, unavailable person to call me back to confirm if I got a 2 or 4 wheel alignment. They never called me back. Such a bummer. 3 stars. read more

Just spent A thousand dollars in this shop for rear breaks an e break cable and a new radiator. Within hours of leaving the shop my back wheel is grinding. I bring it back in and they say they'll call me back after they look. I get a call only to pick up my vehicle. I was told what it was and that it was fixed. Nobody told me I was charged 300 extra dollars for them to fix there own mistake. Glen the owner personally operated in this manner, he is who I deal with directly. Nobody called to even say they were charging me, and ask if I agree. I have been driving my vehicle with a bad e break cable since January. No issues, no springs "popping". I personally just don't believe its a coincidence that within hours of them replacing my e break cable and rear breaks this spring and kit "just popped because my car is a 2003" as he put it. You really get a feel for someone when you hear them talk while they think they are alone. I had the pleasure of sitting in the unattended lobby for 20 minutes while listening to the owner have personal phone conversations and I'm disgusted. I got exactly what I expected to get after hearing him while I wait. To charge me without even asking before hand is BS. To charge me to fix YOUR mistake is also BS. I work so hard for my families money. I won't be coming back. I came here for free work from discount tire snapping my e break and decided to add on 1000 dollars more of work and business for them and they do this to me. They didn't even seem like a cut throat place at first impression. But after the first time I came in I had a bad feeling. The guy at the front, Ben, is telling me cheaper prices on the phone than what I was charged in person to pick up. He said he knew he quoted me lower but the owner "changed it in the computer." Thanks glen. He said next time just ask for Ben and he'll make sure the cost is down if I pay cash and he'll make it up to me. That's special, thanks. I truly feel so cheated now. I should have stuck with my shop. Now I'm sitting here reading other peoples similar stories of scandalous situations where this shop does not accept any responsibility for their bad work and bad business practices. This used to be a reputable shop, but seems kind of shady now. The last time I went in for an alignment, the guy asked me to pay him cash for a slight discount. Got my 'mild collision damage' car in their a day after calling. I pre-purchased the new part to realign the wheel since I knew what was tweaked. I brought my truck in for an alignment because this shop was recommended by the Discount Tire down the street, from which I treated my truck to a brand new set of tires from last week. My truck's steering was a bit out of whack considering she just turn 180k miles old. The entire job took about an hour, so I just waited in the lobby. Nice variety of Road and Track magazines, 425 (local magazine) and some other high end accessories for high end home mags as well as some good tunes playing courtesy of KZOK. I only took off one star because everytime the door to the shop opened up, I would get a waff of exhaust, motor oils, and other chemicals and my head would begin to spin. I had scheduled an appointment over the phone for an alignment over the phone, when I came into the store he stated I had no appointment, fine whatever. I then scheduled an appointment and when I came back they took my car for an alignment and they could not get the wheel centered to save their lives, I had them re do it and it's still not straight. WOMEN BEWARE I have always had a good experience at Alignments Plus with the team. This visit, there was another service person I worked with. Going in, I knew that my alignment needed to be fixed and that my right wheel was bent due to that alignment issue. The agent told me that the lower tie bar needed to be fixed instead. He quoted me upwards of $800 for repair. He also asked me if it had ever been changed. I said I wasn't sure. He smirked and said it was the original. Why would he need to ask me this question if he already knew the answer. Overall, he was very patronizing and it bothered me. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of my wallet. I had another mechanic at another company take a look at it. They said there was nothing wrong with the bar and said that it was simply an alignment issue. I'm glad I did not let Alignments Plus touch or fix anything beyond the alignment. I recommend that you get two or three additional opinions/people to take a look at it. I was able to get two confirmations that it was simply an alignment issue and that the wheel was bent due to this issue. Stand your ground. read more

Completely Dishonest Company My husband recently took my 2008 Honda Accord to Alignments Plus to have the alignment done and the tires swapped for studded snow tires. After breaking a lug stud, Instead of owning up to it, the technician lied to my husband and tried to blame the broken lug on Discount Tire, where our tires were previously rotated. We understand that this can happen but didn't appreciate the dishonesty. We have been bringing our vehicles for Discount Tire for years and never had any issues and hoped to save some time by bringing it here for one stop service. The broken stud is going to cost us $200 now at Les Schwab (a much more ethical company) to repair. They tried to charge much more than quoted on the phone and when professionally bought up to the manager, he was completely inappropriate and ended up slamming the door on my husband's face. Another issue was timing. They told my husband it would be 45 minutes and they ended up taking 4 hours! Be advised if take your vehicle here unless you are ready to pay for further repairs and wait around all day. read more

Recommended by the Discount Tire, Alignments Plus is not a bad place especially when they let me make a same-day appointment so that I could get my good ol' Toyota's alignment checked up. However, I felt a bit neglected for awhile when I got to the shop. Even after I filled out the paperwork, nobody came out and explained what they would do, how much it would cost, or how long it would take to check the alignment. I was left with no information but CNN on TV (which was a bit loud). However, those mechanics who (finally) came out and asked me if I had been helped were friendly. I did actually have to explain to one of them that I had been sort of helped, but my car was still parked right outside the door and not being serviced. I am usually patient and don't mind waiting. I'd just like to be informed! Once my car got brought in, I did not have to wait forever. After $80 or so, my car is now aligned perfectly! The nice mechanic who worked on my car suggested I have it inspected for other issues, but unfortunately, they offer no shuttle service (to where I work anyway), which is a bummer. I'd consider returning there if they offer either shuttle service or better selection of magazines. read more

I called and set up an appointment to replace 2 rear shocks on my Ford Transit. Still can't understand where I went wrong. Facts are as follows: 1. Speaking with them on the phone they appeared knowledgeable and provided a recommendation for an upgrade to a Monroe coil shock , based on our conversation I stoped by the shop and Ben took a photo of my VIN so he could pre-order parts. 2. Arrived for my appointment, shocks were installed. It appeared that they were having trouble installing them. 3. Driving home van was creaking were shock coils were rubbing on frame. 4. Returned next day to have issues addressed, and while they tried to address the issue they concluded that the shock won't work for the application. The old OEM shocks were retrieved from dumpster ad reinstalled. 5. I asked for a refund $344.85 but was told I needed to talk to the owner who was not available. 6. I called several times, each time not available, no call back. When I finally got hold of the owner, I was told he need to investigate and he would get back to me or send me a check. Still waiting. The experience still makes angry, I did not follow up further because each time I called it would ruin my day. It's not a lot of money, but I worked hard for it. read more

I was referred by Adam at Mercedes Garage on a suspension problem. Scott diagnosed the problem and did a temporary fix so we could drive the car without having to replace some very expensive parts. Scott was professional and courteous, got us in right away, did the work promptly, communicated with us, and made picking up the car easy. Work is $75 an hour which is a lot less than the dealer ($125/hr). I checked his parts prices against the dealership and they were the same or lower. I am very satisfied overall. read more

They had just pulled a car in when I arrived, without an appointment, but took me instead and pulled my car right in. I walked over to Starbucks for a quick lunch while I waited. I was recommended here by Bellevue collision center. I gave them an alignment correction paper that Les Schwab gave me from a week ago. Les Schwab wasn't able to do the full alignment on my car and told me to go to my dealership. My dealership did an inspection and couldn't find anything. Thus, I was recommended here in the end. The guys at Alignment Plus set me up with a next day appointment right away. They got in me pretty quickly, asked me a few questions about my car, did a quick test drive and started working on the alignment. Quote was 80 plus tax. I had a few problems with my car where I needed additional parts so it did take over an hour which costed me about 138 in total. But I am so glad that they were able to find the problem in my car which three other places couldn't. The guys here so nice and very knowledgable. The paper they gave me reviewing the work they've done was way make professional and sophisticated than Les Schwab. I will be needing extra parts which are a bit costly but they are willing to give me a free alignment the next time I come in to install the parts. read more

I had a 10:30am appointment and got my car pulled in at 11:45am. The staff was being dishonest about timing that when a lady who had a 11:30am was told to come back at noon to get her car fixed. But duh my car got pulled in at 11:45am. My friend has a 1pm appointment on the same day and when he called ahead the shop told him they were on schedule. Hard to give a rating when no work was done. I made an appointment to have my alignment checked and the source of a "clunk" in the front end checked. This was several days ago. Today I arrived 15 minutes early and there was NOBODY there to greet me. I knew I was early so I walked around for awhile. Came back and an older guy shoved a paper at me to fill out my name etc and he then left never to return! The shop was full of cars and a radio was playing but there was NOBODY there! a parts delivery guy came and left after waiting around and so did another customer! Took our car in for an alignment after getting new tires from Discount Tires. A good price, quick turn around and conveniently located (notice they have moved near Kinder Care in Redmond on 152nd Ave NE). Paperwork showed the work and they also let me know how my brakes were doing. They are only 2 weeks in this new location so they still need to make the waiting room more comfy (maybe add some magazines and a few more chairs, etc) and better signage as to where the front door is, but those are minor issues which they will address soon I'm sure. I took both of my vehicles to a different mechanic. They did a terrible job and created new problems (for example they did not plug my cooling fan in). When I brought the vehicles to the crew at alignments plus they were welcoming and listened well. They fixed all the problems I knew about and a few I did not. They were busy when I got there, but a tech came out to greet me immediately, and let me know the counter guy would be with me as soon as he finished with his current customer (and he was). **READ BEFORE USING THIS SHOP** I was referred by Tire Discount who I've been using for several years. I felt comfortable with their recommendation for brakes. I wish I would have read the yelp reviews though. Alignments plus was able to get me in very timely and the work seem to be done. Two days later while driving back from Corvallis Oregon I started experiencing a strange noise on the Front driver side tire. I first thought it was just road noise then possibly a flat tire. I pulled over to check out the problem. No flat tire. Unfortunately it was on a Sunday and no repair shops were open. Being stranded several hours away from home I was able to reach someone for help. With just having the front and back brakes done two days before I felt that this had to be related. After going over every possible thing that could be wrong it was noticed that my front tire lug nuts were completely loose. It was a miracle the tire did not fall off. As it seems when I had my brakes done they must have forgotten to tighten the Lug Nuts. When the rest of the tires were checked all the Lugnuts were loose on all four tires. Unbelievable lack of attention! This could have been a serious safety issue for myself and my son driving in this vehicle. When I called the next morning to alignments plus and spoke to Justin who did the work I received no explanation or apology. I would seriously not recommend this shop for service. read more

This is by far the worse place I been to they are only nice when you are about to pay them. I recently got something done problem still occurred after a month set up an appointment to get it fix no problem NOT.. They gave me a bunch of run around and told me they did the best we could and there's nothing else we could do for you. If you have a nice expansive car don't bring it to them they know nothing about higher tier cars they only work on beaters. They don't follow their moto customer satisfaction 100% so don't bother and they will tell you to pay more for something they couldn't fix. read more

If I could give minus stars I would. The owner is extremely arrogant and has no concept of customer service. When I let them know they had not installed a lift properly I was met with hostility and claims of "do you know how long I have been doing this". It was impossible talk with them and the owner explicitly said that he can't please everyone. Judging from the reviews here it looks like he only pleases about half his customers. I did provide a chance to fix the situation where some parts were left off the job and they let the car sit two days without touching it. Even though he had committed to get the job done. Life is too short to deal with service providers who don't care about the customer. Highly highly discourage anyone from going here You can't have someone work on your car who you don't trust.
