First time and last time i will be coming here . They gave me the wrong bagel and when l called to complain . I spoke with alex and was rude and demanding she needed my receipt . The place is on the corner with 2 views of the streets, small shop but cozy and very clean and very organized. Not much of bagel choices left at 9:40am on Friday so that is a good sign. With only a week since the grand opening, I've already become a regular! Everything I've tried on the menu has been outstanding. The location is incredibly convenient and fits perfectly into my daily routine--whether it's grabbing a protein shake after the gym, a coffee and bagel on the way to work, or a fresh sandwich or the delicious Chipotle Panini for lunch. The smoothies are some of the best I've had, and it's quickly become a favorite spot for my girls as well. They love the kid-friendly options, especially the Nutella bagel and pizza bagels. I also love how easy and convenient the online ordering process is, making it even simpler to stop by and pick up a meal on busy days. What makes this place even more special is that it's a family-owned business. I checked out the soft opening last week, and it was a big hit. The place has all new staff, but the owner's got lots of experience and nailed the menu. I went for the Pastrami Sandwich on an everything bagel, and it was. I didn't snap a pic of my Strawberry Iced Matcha Latte, but that was a solid 10/10 too. I ordered 7 bagels, 3 cream cheese bagels, 3 specialty bagels, and 1 bagel thats just a bagel with turkey breast, cheese, and bread. From ordering until receiving my order I waited over an hour. When I communicated my frustration to the staff, one member said my order was just big, the other said that I can just go get a refund. Multiple people who ordered long after me got their orders and walked, while I was waiting many came back with their orders wrong. When I got my order I was told that the bagel type I chose for my cream cheese ran out. Mind you it was still there when I ordered the hour prior. I get my order and 3 items were completely wrong, the plain turkey didn't even exist, and one of the items I ordered (chipotle chicken panini) came out as the chicken pesto with only the pesto, chicken, and bread. The only positive thing I can say was that the drinks I ordered were tasty. But until whatever is going on is fixed, I would recommend proceeding with caution. Came here with our family and wow! It was delicious. My kids said they give it 1million stars. We got plain bagels with Nutella and cream cheese, Mexican bagel with cream cheese and a lox bagel. We also got the strawberry matcha and americano. We have been traveling in California from out of state and own a cafe back home... I was so pleasantly surprised by the matcha recipe, it was excellent! The whole family finished their meals which is always a feat with little boys. The anticipation and the hype for this place to open was done really well. I was super excited for it to open. My first time visiting them today, I was a little underwhelmed. The coffee was nothing too special and the bagels were good, but the prices were too high. Unfortunately, I would rather go to Shirley's bagels because they allow you more add-ons, substitutions (such as egg whites) and for a cheaper price. At Shirley's all bagels and pastries are made in house and the ones from Ali seem to be from Costco. The eggs on my breakfast sandwich also seemed to be poached in the microwave as opposed to cooked on a stove top. The service was great! They were super friendly and I love supporting mom and pop places. Overall, I really wanted to love this place, but I don't think I can justify the quality to price ratio. If something doesn't change, I can't see them lasting longer than a year. read more

Love it here! A nice spot that has a lot of character without trying to be too trendy. They were playing some chill Kpop that was very relaxing, at a low volume that wasn't distracting. Some seating outdoors and inside, plenty of space to sit comfortably for a while, but only a couple near outlets... so might not be ideal for camping out all day to work or study. I've been waiting for months for Ali's to open and I finally had a chance to go today. I will only be reviewing based on what I ordered, so keep in mind this rating only covers the following: toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, lox, capers, onion, and tomato with a large iced latte to drink. The bagels don't look bad but don't look like anything special. However, I'd say I enjoyed it as the outside had a nice crunch and the inside was decently chewy. The amount of lox was not enough to justify the price, but I will say it was a decent quality lox. The onion and tomato were given to me on the side to place on the bagel myself, good quality as well. Overall, the bagel, despite not being mind blowing, was decent enough where I'd get it again. The large latte was not ideal, however. They pour the espresso directly over the ice, which dilutes everything down. Then the ratio of milk to espresso was way too high, so I basically was drinking milk (for $7). My recommendation would be to ignore the lattes and just go for the bagels. read more
