Both of my new adopted fur babies were spayed and neutered here on 12/7/17 and both are currently sick with an upper respiratory infection. Luna my sweet baby girl should have never been spayed with as small as she was. Yes she was 2.12 lbs ans 9 wks old, but she is all bones and no substance at all. She not only has an upper respiratory infection, but she started with an infection internally in her surgery site. She has been to two different vets due to needing to be seen right away. They both determined she has this infection starting here as a result of something inside either being contaminated during surgery, something rupturing, or a few other things. She is currently fighting for her life and I just called the vet on call because her stomach is spreading. She has a horrible internal infection and won't survive the surgery she very well may need to love. She is currently on all the meds she can be...IV fluids, antibiotics, food/water via a syringe and going to the bathroom when and wherever she can. They keep saying this was more than like a pre-existing condition manifesting after surgery..I say this is because you chose to do surgery on a kitten that wasn't strong enough for an upper respiratory infection let alone whatever you did to her in surgery. I've enclosed pics of my post on their site that they removed and then blocked me from and pics of her belly earlier and now. I pray my sweet baby girl makes it. I would not trust them to touch your animal. 12/18/17 ... update on Luna and Sparky... It is with so much sadness that I am updating this review to let you know I had to have Luna put to sleep Saturday morning. The infection in her surgery sight was spreading too aggressively for her tiny body. Surgery to remove the infection was our only option and... 1.) she was not strong enough 2.) they weren't sure if they would be able to close her back up since they would have to take so much tissue. It went all the way to her bone wall. My poor sweet baby girl fought so hard to live. If she only would have had an upper respiratory infection she may have pulled through, but this infection was too much for her poor little body. She did not deserve this and they should own their mistake. I will fight to get justice for Luna! Sparky is doing better after lots of fluids and antibiotics, but he is so sad after losing his best friend. I am going to reach out to anyone that will listen ... there are many reviews on their FB page similar to mine. read more

I found 6 kittens abandon outside my home. They were a week old and were dehydrated. I have never owned a cat in my life. I took them to a vet close to home to ask what I can do. He said they were very weak and undernourished and they were not going to survive. I refused to turn them over to him and took them with me to Meijer's grocery store at 2:00 AM in the morning. I used droppers filled with warm kitten formula to force their little mouths open every 2 hours and used warmed wash clothes to rub their little bodies. This went on for about 5 days, I even took them to work with me to not miss a feeding. This was the most challenging job I have ever had. They all survived. Someone recommended All About Animals. I was worried when I first arrived because it didn't look like a typical Vet hospital. I won't judge anymore. I have had them all fixed at different times and the work was beautiful, the kittens did excellent, and all recovered. I called both times during the kittens surgery to check on them and the staff could not have been more kind. The doctor even called me because he had heard how concerned I felt about them getting surgery. Thanks to all the staff that took care of China, Piper, and Lefty. Will NEVER go to this place again! Quick and inaccurate weighing of the animals and wellness checks... CHARGED ME for a wormer I did not ask for, nor did I want it given to my dog. I do the deworming on a set schedule for my dogs and this vet took it upon herself to do and then charge me, now throwing my dog's schedule off track. They are mouthy and you will constantly hear their opinions on spay/neuter. Not EVERYONE agrees to have their dog's surgically ALTERED!!! My CHOICE :) I did not like the way my dog was roughly handled by this vet either!!! She hurt my dog's ear by the way she was stretching so hard on it and pulling it... Geezzzzz.... I will stick to the professional caring real vet. I see now why it is worth to pay a little more to take your pet to well trained respectable and professional vetinary office.... You get what you pay for in these dive set ups.... No thank you, never again will I go back to a place like this, my dog's are worth better treatment than this assembly line - robotic like place!! I've been using their services since before they came to this location. I have no complaints. I have brought many cats in for neutering/spaying as well as a feral colony. I've not had any problems following their chaotic system at 7 a.m. I was happy with all the results. Even for a sick animal which take a long time to get an appt. (better off going to a vet clinic if your animal is in dire need) But I've found the vets knowledgeable and friendly and caring. Whats more they dont try to sell you OVERPRICED goods and services that may not really be needed and that you cant afford like my other vets.I have more vets than personal Drs. I've referred many people to this facility. And I call them first when I hav a problem with my cats. read more

The name says it all.......they really are all about the animals! They offer classes for people who want to make a difference but are not sure how. The one that sticks out in my mind is the class on how to best help a feral cat population. I was very impressed with the discounts given to the owner's of Pitt Bulls and Pitt Bull mixes and the huge number of owner's (including myself) who are participating in this program. Thank you for making medical care affordable for my furry daughter! As much as we love our pets, it is sometimes an expense that we can not afford. Good Place !! About a month ago I found 2 abandoned feral kittens, BOTH with numerous issues : malnourishment, upper respiratory infection, cough, fleas, worms One of the kitten also had eye ulcer and damage to lip and tooth- they needed to get to a vet ASAP - I took them to AAA Flint: The GOOD: Short wait time - good doctor The vet is knowledgeable, compassionate, and she takes time to listen now have 2 happy & healthy kittens am so GRATEFUL- They charge a fraction of what other clinics and Vets do - I would not have been able to save them otherwise Thank You AAA Flint read more

We come here often. We typically use their wellness services for our animals, however this time we had to get a couple of our animals fixed. Everything was going great until I had to explain to my child why the man who took our dog for surgery was kissing and rubbing all over some green haired women when we walked into the room. I brought it up to a couple staff members who just laughed it off. Crazy their higher ups allow this behavior at work. My visit to the veterinary office was a complete disaster. After shelling out $150, I never even saw a vet. Instead, I wasted two hours waiting just to be told that blood work takes 48 hours. What's worse, they couldn't even provide medication on the spot. It's clear they don't care about animals or customers. Save your time and money; this is the worst place I've ever been. Oh, and they pull blood from your dog's neck, which seems unnecessary and cruel. read more

All About Animals are primarily volunteers so they truly love animals and the treatment of my current pup has never been more efficient, cost effective with the highest quality and care. I drive 45 minutes to take care of my pup. The suburban vets take advantage of people and I refuse to go there anymore. I won't take him anywhere else for surgery, shots, nail trimming and general care. read more

I took my dog here to get spayed and she healed with no problem. The way they have everyone come in all at once to drop of their pet is a little weird but you will get it once you are there. Their prices are e great and affordable. read more

My cat almost died after being neutered there. They had no compassion, were rude & the place had a very bad odor. They are sacrificing quality for quantity & that it very sad to see. I would never go there again! read more
