My old gel polish was not removed properly and I had to ask them to do a better job but still... Pedicure person did not apply the polish well on my toes. Manicure person had a very bad cough and wore a mask around her arm. She attempted to do French tips with the color at the top part of the nail (tip) and white below; I had to correct her, to put the white at the tips. Oops!! Still she painted the white tip almost 2/3 the length of my nail and again I had to correct her and ask to make the white tip narrower. Oops again. The UV apparatus was not set up properly with my hand resting in the towel and the towel rubbed up on my painted nails. Oops! In the middle of all this, a group of white women came in and were offered a drink (white wine). Nobody had offered me a drink - yep, I'm not white. When I asked about that, it seems the pedi person forgot. Oops, again. Apologies. $102 for this service and I still added a tip to be kind, anyway. Left with a conciliatory bottle of lotion and a coupon. But debatable if I will go back.

Now unfortunately the filling is was not what I had expected in quality and after a week my nails chipped. Although I had asked for the price for the set at the beginning before they got started on my nails I still got charged a $5 fee for long nails which it was explained to me initially that since I did not cut my nails or reshape them I shouldn't be charged so that took me by shock. Although the owner still made it up by offering us a discount at the end if we used an alternative method of payment of Zelle.

This place needs, yet again, new ownership and accountability because of it's location. They don't even have a streaming program on all of the TVs and the ambience is struggling at best. I'm not taking it personally, and I have good nails that are easy to pedicure. They have got to get this under control because the service is terrible overall.

I have brought my friends, my mom and my aunt, my patients at work even have asked me how can my nails last SO LONG (I'm a Dental Assistant, so I use my hands CONSTANTLY, and I'm always cleaning them and not being too careful with them) the cat eye glitter lasts SO LONG, they never break, they're amazing.
