Realizing I wanted to replace all the windows and patio doors, I delayed a year and contacted Frank when I was ready. First of all, Frank is a joy to work with. He was always communicative, prompt and friendly. He offered for us to come out to the showroom and see the windows and doors in person. I went with the Milgard Trinsic Windows and Doors. Second, the install team was excellent. Every day, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. Having a number of contractors for projects over the past 5 years, this team has been the best. I moved out of the house during the project, but I stopped by daily and everything was always cleaned up and in order. Third, I really appreciated the effort and thoroughness on the last day of cleaning the exterior and especially the interior of the house. The team takes great pride in their work and you can tell that is 100% employee owned. If I had to say there was a down side, its you may be in for a wait when placing your order because their work is in high demand (the first year quote, I would have had to wait 4-5 months). Finally, the windows and doors are beautiful. What a difference this made in regards to temperature, sound, and clarity. Not to mention, the ease at using the doors and the contemporary narrow frame modernized our home. We could not be happier.

Your time has a value however $25 for gas in the four minutes that he was at my house should've been sufficient enough. As well, there was no informing me that I would have to pay a service fee when I called just to come look at the recliner. So Note To Self if you ever need this gentleman for his services and I'm sure he would've fixed it if he could have, you're going to have to pay a service fee. I then went to their website link. I filled out a form requesting service and described my repair. I have an electric recliner that was coming loose. I could tell that nuts needed to be tightened and it was to the point that one had worked its way off. I received a text on my phone, fairly quickly, that said we do these kinds of repairs all the time. When would I be available on Friday (the 20th) which was the next day. I responded and they said the repair would be $150. I thought that was very expensive, but it needed to be done and I did not know who else to contact. So I agreed. Yesterday morning the young man who came was a little late but did get to my house, within the appointed hour. He was respectful and well mannered. He was well prepared with tools. He was Ukranian and spoke little English. He did have a translating app on his phone. He quickly did a good job, tightening all the nuts and I paid him in cash. I do think it was a bit of a pricing gouge, but the work seems well done and quick. And in comparison to the money spent on my chair and the life I will get out of it, it is a small price. It required some very complicated planning. John replied to my message immediately and we set up an appt for him to come look at the space and find out what my vision for this space was. He returned a reasonable bid and started the job shortly after our original meeting. I found John to be incredible at communication and being on time. He and Dillon were very respectful of my living space while the project was being constructed by cleaning up daily, laying a protective barrier on my floors to avoid any possibility of damage and they did an amazing job completing this project far beyond my expectations.
