My experience here was okay, nothing particularly bad or good. The women working there were very nice so it was a pleasant visit. The manicure was fine and outside of some uneven filing, my nails looked good when I left. However, they started chipping after a few days and by a week they didn't look good anymore. (I'm used to my gel manicures lasting over 2 weeks.) I was a little concerned that the tools they use were pulled from and then put directly back into one of those little UV phone cleaner boxes. That didn't make me feel very confident in the quality/cleanliness of the service. This would probably be my biggest reason not to go back and I'm glad I didn't get a pedicure. read more

I had a great experience at All About Nails. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. I booked a gel manicure with Jenny, who did a wonderful job. She took her time to make sure each nail was perfect. Jenny was also super friendly and patient with me! She helped me pick a color that matched exactly what I had in mind, and tested all 3 colors for me. My nails turned out shiny, smooth, and beautifully shaped. I don't know what to say if you want to feel like a fool you can go here. Because today they made me experience this, the lady who does nail treatments treated me like a fool. I went there for a UV gel manicure (full set). The lady who did the treatment there treated me like a fool, she only glued the fake transparent nail to my nails from the bottom and only applied the nail polish without using uvu liquid. This treatment which is normally done from scratch should take more than 2 hours but she finished the whole treatment in only 1 hour because she only applied it to the fake nail and never did the uvu gel treatment. And even though I clearly stated this many times, she continued as if nothing happened. When I asked her many times, she said 'this is the new system' ( for UV Gel) and tried to fool me like a child, I don't want to say anything else, I have never seen anything like this in my life, I have had this nail treatment done in different places for years but I have never felt so fooled and treated like a fool. If you are smart, you should not go here and waste your money.( and they charged me full price $80) read more

The owner is awesome and she does a really great job, but unfortunately not all of her staff works as hard as she does. Not sure of her name, but there is a woman with partially green hair who rushes through your nails. Unfortunately, I had a gel fill-in with her and she didn't actually put any uv gel at the top of my nail. Instead just filed it down really thin and painted over it. My nails ended up lifting so I took them off and went back to get a dip powder manicure instead. Well, it's now 3 days later and the dip powder,which usually lasts 2 weeks, is lifting off of my nail. Update: Two of my nails fell off within days. The way she did them originally she assured me they would last 6 weeks even! lol. They didn't even last 6 days. Then I go back in to have her fix them and change the polish. She charged me $30!!!!!!! I get it you charge me for the polish change but how can you charge me for your product that clearly isn't the quality grade you say it is. So not only did I pay but they look AWFUL. Every nail is shaped different and they all are different length and width. They are crooked and sloppy. They were much better the first time she did them. I don't know what happened!!! Ugh. The ladies here are super sweet first of all. They always remember my name! Pedicures here are really nice they use a hot stone to massage you and the work has been good! I am doing UV gel nails right now and Amy has made mine look better each time I see her. UV gel takes a lonnggggggg time be prepared to spend at least one hour getting your nails done. However they are super nail looking and feeling and strong. Lots of good colors at this place. Amy has taken my requests well and done a great job on my nails! This nail salon is cheaper than others in the surrounding area with equal to or better service. It's not usually super crowded when I come but making an appointment is always a good way to go. I started coming here regularly in July and saw Mena. She is really amazing and does a great manicure and pedicure. A few weeks ago, due to frequent business travel I decided to do gel manicure. Mena doesn't do gel manicure so the owner suggested I go to Amy who apparently does a great gel manicure. She is incredibly rude and only is nice to certain customers who she seems worthy. Not only was she aggressive while handling my nails / hands, she had a bad attitude and I gave her a good tip too. I decided to try again because maybe the tip had made her happy and she was just having a bad day. I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. Sure enough she was working on someone else and the owner started my nail process. As time passes I realized she would be another hour and the owner finished my nails. She did an awful job and within 2 days, the gels chipped. Not only do they not honor gel appointments here, they are nice to who they chose. It's a shame that I won't come back her because Mena is great but I won't give my money to a business owner / staff that don't respect clients. Great pedicures. But, I've had gels done a couple times & every time a nail broke within a couple days & I was stuck going back at least once, sometimes twice to have it repaired. I still get pedicures there. But, I won't waste my time or money getting my nails done. No frills salon which is okay so this review is not on their shop or location. Pros: The foot bath was clean, their equipment was clean and tools were in a sterilized package that they opened in front of you. Girls were Spanish and very pleasant but had a hard time with English. An Asian woman is the owner and also there and she was very nice. Cons: My woman did a great job on soaking my feet and used warm rocks to go up and down my leg but my daughter's lady did not do a great job and used no rocks. (When I got home I my dry, cracked skin was back so the exfoliating was minimal at best). My nail polish that I chose (I did not know when I picked up the bottle) was old and thick resulting in very thick nail polish on my toenails. They look horrible. She put on 2 coats but it looks like 10 coats. My daughter's polish was better and her toenails look better. Before the manicures began they insisted we pay before they start. I was shocked. My nails were completely dry before we left so I could have gotten my wallet out with no problem so wet nails was not their reasoning. My fingernails was done by another person and she did a fair job but better than the toe lady. My daughter's fingernails were fair. The price is reasonable but I would have gladly paid more for a great job somewhere else. Bottom line is I will not go back to this nail salon nor recommend. read more

Called in the morning and made a 5pm appointment. Arrived on time and didn't like the fact that I had to wait 45 minutes. I'm assuming because the two Spanish nail techs there couldn't handle what I needed ( to remove an old tip/gel set and get a new gel mani). They literally just sat there painting each others nails. I started with Sarah, ended up with Amy and she did a very, very good job. I am extremely pleased with my nails. They were all very friendly. And prices are reasonable for that area. I really like this place! It was very clean and the workers are very friendly. My most favorite part was the pedicure! It included a hot stone massage and a paraffin wax for your heels. I was literally in heaven! I also wanted to get a special manicure for my birthday, and my nail tech (I believe her name might have been Maria) was very sweet and gave me a really pretty design. I am in love with it! I got my gel mani pedi about a week ago and they still look perfect.
