The order in which post waxing cleaning was done (back to front with the same wet wipe) was completely unsanitary, and having gone to back to back appointments with a friend, (in the same room), the wax did not take any time to heat up, leading me to assume the same wax was used for both of us... while double dipping sticks. When doing the wax, she went fully over many sensitive areas with hot wax. That's sloppy. After finished, she barely tried to clean off all the residue left over. Along with that, a dirty fan was pointing towards my body that they used to dry the wax quicker. Way too many red flags when it comes to sanitation standards, things that could result in UTIs, Yeast Infections, and so on. I won't be going back and do NOT recommend it if you're trying to find a new place to get waxed.

The time frame in which I cancelled was well within their cancellation policy yet I still got charged a cancellation fee. I have tried COUNTLESS times to reach out to them to get them to refund this fee. I've been told the manager would reach out to me. It is March 6th as I'm writing this review and all I've been told is she's not there or she's busy. It seems to me that she's purposely ignoring my issue. She clearly doesn't know how to manage a business as a simple resolution would be to admit their mistake and refund the fee especially considering I've been a loyal client and always tip. Does a $25 cancellation fee mean more to you than a loyal client? I called today AGAIN and got told the same thing yet again- "she's not in today". It's annoying, inconsiderate, inconvenient and shows a lack of professionalism that I as the client have to keep following up with them and they hope I just forget about the fee. I work hard for my money and I'm not going to just throw it away especially when it's not a mistake on my end. I will NEVER come back to this location. I would rather spend a little bit more on my waxes at European Wax Center than deal with incompetence. Also forgot to mention that the last time I had gotten my Brazilian wax I thought everything went well. I made an appointment before work and left immediately after. When I got to work and used the bathroom was when I noticed I was bleeding and not a just a little bit either.
