First, this place is genuinely beautiful in decor and presentation and if you love BTS and weird friendly delivery robots and the good fortune money cat and but blue vases, this is going to be a whole thing for you. SECOND! The fish sauce fries are exceptional. Order them immediately. I CANNOT stress this more than anything meaningful in existence: it might be better than breathing. Ignore the ketchup they bring with them -- it is presented as an option but using it is a mistake you will only make once before the flavor tells you to stop. Ketchup bad. Eat the fries. They're sticky, use the chopsticks. Or don't, I'm not your dad. I carry hand sanitizer. The pho itself is good. Tender brisket (that's what I had, there are other options), decent broth, and they offer unlimited thin noodle refills which is a genuine differentiator. My palate runs on the refined side and I have had stronger broth elsewhere at a place with a name that was a very bold pun, but I can see how this place earns its rating with a broader audience. The fries however are transcendent and are carrying significant statistical weight in that star count. I think I would die for those fries. I accidentally dropped one and I'm sure I died a little inside. It fell out of my mouth and I never felt so betrayed by my lips before. The menu is surprisingly constricted for a restaurant that presents itself as a destination pho experience. I was expecting more range. I mean, there's options. Don't get me wrong. There's an option that has all the meats and one that has none of the meats, but it felt weird that it was a single sheet type of place, ya know? I was not expecting Thai tea. You do you. Cashless. Phone-based payment. Fine operationally. The delivery of this information at the table after getting water and settling in has a particular energy to it that I will leave to your own interpretation when you arrive. We told our waiter we were new to the restaurant. The experience was slightly off in ways that are difficult to isolate individually but consistent throughout the visit. I will leave that there. The broth is the foundation of pho and it was okay. The fries are not okay -- they are the reason to return. I am well aware that the only picture I shared is of the fries. If I never take a picture again, I am glad the last photo I took is of the fries. But the noodle refills are a genuinely good deal.

Peter was attentive and the herbal drinks and matcha drink were good - he gave me an extra cup to dilute with water because both were too sweet for my taste. The Wagyu beef pho was tasty. Love their fish oil fries and the bone marrow was great and comes with a side of pickled onions.

The Pho had good broth, and the meat consistency and abundance! Meat was so juicy it fell right off the bone. Service was prompt and courteous although the location was busy. Ambience and surroundings both warm, appealing and pleasant. A full compliment of veggies to place in the soup was a welcome addition. My friend said it was the nest Pho he has had so far. Must try!

Fave pho spot! We ordered beef brisket pho, rare beef pho, garlic parmesan wings, and fried egg rolls. All of it was excellent! Broth is very flavorful and they give you a good amount of meat. The smell is hypnotic walking in, dancing on our senses to lure us in. The environment and staff welcome us by guiding us to our table. Presenting us with our beverages that appease they eyes, nose and tongue. Our pho.... welll damn. This is great.

Nothing bad to say about this restaurant. We came in earlier today because the weather was a bit gloomy and we were all craving soup. We searched for a nearby pho restaurant to where we were and found this spot on Yelp. We were seated immediately upon arrival. Most of the people in my group got the pho xe lua (combination pho that comes with a huge beef rib) and my boyfriend opted to try the pho wagyu carpaccio because it sounded intriguing. We also got a Vietnamese coffee and spring rolls as an appetizer. The pho broth here is on the sweeter side. Most of us prefer to eat a saltier and more depth broth, but it's okay because we remedied it with the sriracha and hoisin sauces on the table. I like that they don't skimp on the meat here, but some of the meat cuts were different than what I'm used to at other pho places. I had a lot of fatty pieces I ended up giving to my boyfriend. The beef rib itself is tender and flavorful making it a wonderful addition to the combination pho. I would give it a 7/10. The pho wagyu carpaccio was a 7/10 for my boyfriend. He felt like the meat could've been fattier and that the Wagyu he had tasted on the leaner side. I like that they gave our veggies and pickled onions right after we ordered. I do wish that they gave us more veggies because they gave us one plate to disperse between 4 people eating. The spring rolls were good. It was 2 spring rolls cut up into 6 pieces. Their peanut dipping sauce is on the thicker and nuttier side. The Vietnamese coffee here tasted more milky and watered down. Most of us finished our food. Seems like the appetizers would be good here for next time.

Upon recommendation of a friend, we had to check out this place. Let's start with the food; the eggrolls were above average. They were crispy/flakey and crunchy, which I like. The pho- the meat portions and quantities for both bowls were delicious and generous. It was a perk that noodle refills were free. The broth was solid, not the most stellar but decent. It hit the spot because it was a cold day. The service was quick, the hosts were courteous and helpful. There is decent amount of parking and tables. One downside was the indoor space itself- the ventilation is not good so it felt pretty congested and smoggy (especially when the cold fried foods) indoors.

Found this place on Yelp and decided to come on by (the fish sauce fries picture caught my eye)! I've always been to Broth Shabu and never noticed this gem! I got the pho tai bung, pho chin, fish sauce fries, and the eggrolls. I may have over-ordered, but didnt regret it because each dish had its own unique flavor. You can definitely taste the differences between both the pho broths! The fries came with a spray bottle (fish sauce) that added a yummy taste and complimented the fries. Lastly, the eggrolls were fried in a different way than most eggrolls I have tried. Not only was the food amazing, but also the service! I love how clean the restaurant and restrooms were too. There are outside sinks for you to use as well in the back (don't want ur fingers smelling like fish sauceee)! Don't forget to check in for the free herbal ice tea!

Earlier dinner for a change, no waiting, not waitlisted today. Family friendly, Menu is as comforting as you want , or you can fancy up with more of the seasonal meats : prime rib or prawn noodles. Premium pho features filet mignon or wagyu beef. Vietnamese pop music in background. Very efficient and courteous servers. Robot still in use for some non hot entrees. It looks friendly but it freaks out my little one.

We ordered their signature beef bone pho, egg rolls and the must order truffle fries. Everything was so good. I also love that they offer free noodles refills. The service was excellent, and the robot that delivered the food was super cute. The restaurant is located in a large plaza, so I thought parking would be easy, but it was actually still pretty hard to find the spot on the weekend. Other than that, I would still highly recommend this place.

Holy pho! Initially I was a bit apprehensive about this place because it feels like a modernized Vietnamese restaurant and usually those can be hits or misses. Let's just say All About Pho is definitely a hit. Starting off with the service. We came for dinner on a weekend and there was a line with several large parties. Unfortunately we also had a large party so the wait was a bit longer. During the meal itself, the service was great. Our servers checked in with us multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. I truly appreciated that as the restaurant itself was packed and I'm sure our table with 3 kiddos was a bit chaotic. For the food, the fish sauce fries are a must. It's the first time I'd come across ngoc mum fries and boy did I like it. What made it even better was that they were shoestring fries, which is my favorite type of fries. The portion is HUGE and we ended up with leftovers. Usually fries aren't the best when they're not fresh, but these were still pretty good the next day. I personally would say the chicken wings can be skipped. While the sauces were good, the flavor of the wings were too light. Finally, we have to talk about the pho. I ordered the Pho Xe Lua which seems like their special since it comes with a variety of different meats. They absolutely knocked it out of the park with this dish. Highly recommend. It had tons of flavor and texture. Definitely the perfect dish to order on a cold day. I felt like I was embraced with a cozy hug as I was eating this dish. Please note that the short rib that comes with the pho xe lua is MASSIVE! I was shocked when the dish first came out. The bone was literally hanging off my bowl. I had to set it aside to be able to eat the rest of the items in my bowl first. If you order the Pho Suon Bo, it comes with two of these massive bones. Lastly, for anyone who has a baby, they do have a baby changing station in the restroom! That was a nice plus for me. read more

Really Delicious! If you are ever by the Cerritos mall and are craving a pho , make sure to try this place out. Very clean and waiters are always there to help. Might take a while to get pho as place is always busy. You are always greeted with a cup of water which is great. I'll definitely be back, about $20 per person which isn't bad. Be aware that there is a clanker working here too if u care bout that. read more

All About Pho seriously knows all about pho. The food here is so flavorful and tastes good every single time. I've been to two of their locations and it is just as delicious at every restaurant. For drinks, I would get the thai tea for a milky drink and a coconut matcha if you want something more refreshing. The service is pretty quick and they will bring your food out in an orderly fashion- drinks, appetizers, entrees. Their advertised food item is the french fries with fish sauce "spray" and it is really tasty. I definitely recommend coming to try them out! read more

Eggrolls + Meatball Pho were great! Haven't been to an All About Pho in a while, only went to the Fullerton location, so this was my first time at the Cerritos location. Had no clue about a "kitchen fee", however, it is placed on top of their menu. What an experience!!! My heart (taste buds) have not had to change direction like this before. When it comes to Pho', All About Pho' is my new location. I will find ways to come back and to bring others to experience this meal. Absolutely fresh and crunchy spring rolls. Such a clean taste and the sharp was so fresh. The star of the show was the pho'. I always start with the broth, and to have a broth not overly sweetened was such a refreshing experience. My 15 year old first words after the broth taste were "yo bruh"! The noodles were on point and the tenderness of the beef showed evidence of careful cooking procedure. It wasn't overly cooked or tough. All veggies were clean and crispy. Service was great and our bowls spilled because of the generous portions. And really? Free noodle refills? Who does that? The coconut matcha drink was delicious and not just overly sweetened. Similar concept to Sup Noodle bar, but better and no crazy unjustified hype line out the door with neglectful slow service. Negatives: -price, it can be a little pricey for your standard pho fare, but there is unlimited noodles which makes up for that. Positives: -flavor, the flavor is so bomb?!??? We got pho with beef bone, pho with waygu, and fish sauce fries. The broth was mild, not overly salty nor did it have a heavy beef smell which is similar to northern pho style. The beef bone was plentiful and waygu was crazy tender (no fake stuff like some other places). The fries were so good a random lady from the neighboring table asked us to try some and we gladly let her try them. -ambiance, the outside can be deceiving as there's plenty of room inside. -service, our server was very attentive and I got my three extra orders of noodles no comments and no extra charge. Overall 5/5 We will definitely be back to try additional items. read more

First time coming here and All About Pho did not disappoint. I ordered their best seller Pho Xe Lua and the Fish Sauce Fries. The pho had everything including the beef belly, beef tendon, beef balls, brisket, and one short rib. The meats were good and the short rib was super good and fall off the bone delicious. The fish sauce fries were also a unique dish and worth trying. This place gives unlimited thin noodles. The portion size is pretty big and there is plenty of broth, so I got one extra order of noodles to take home with my leftover pho. Basically got two meals for the one bowl of pho. read more

Visited on a Sunday for late lunch and there were more than 10 groups ahead of us, but we only waited about 30-40 mins for a table. Not bad! We ordered: Garlic Chicken Wings- these were soooo good! Perfect light crisp on the wings, not overly greasy, and great umami from the Parmesan sprinkles on top. It came with 3 different sauces (ahi verde, spicy mayo, honey sriracha). The ahi verde was my favorite. Would get these again 100%. Pho Xe Lua (combination pho)- This is their best seller for a reason. Comes with beef belly, tendon, brisket, meatballs, and 1 short rib bone. This was so comforting and filling for the gloomy day that we visited. Loved the variety of meats with different textures and flavors. Their soups have a hefty price tag, but they offer unlimited noodles for dine-in!!! Would recommend. Herbal Iced Tea- came complimentary with Yelp check-in. It was so refreshing! Loved the pandan flavor and light sweetness from the monk fruit and rock sugar. I can 100% see why this place is so popular! The portion sizes here are huge and you can get unlimited thin noodles when you dine in! We came on a Sunday afternoon at 3PM and it was packed. The restaurant is fairly spacious though so it did not feel cramped. Here's what we got: Phở Xe Lửa ($19.50) Must get! This is their all-in-one combo that includes thinly sliced beef belly, beef tendon, beef balls, braised brisket, and one short rib. The broth was light, but rich in beef flavor. They were generous with the toppings - my favorite was the short rib which was huge and fall-off-the-bone tender! Fish Sauce Fries ($10.50) Unique appetizer, but I personally would not get this again. The fish sauce was savory and a bit sweet, but fries were thin and skinny so they didn't have a satisfying bite. My roommate and I were craving soup for dinner and decided to try out All About Pho. There was a waitlist on arrival with a short queue of 3 parties ahead of us. The waitlist tells you how long the parties ahead have been waiting, so we were worried we would not get accommodated since the first party had waited 30 minutes and we arrived 30 minutes before closing. Luckily for us, it seems like the host that day was updating the list 1 party behind so the waiting time wasn't completely accurate. We each ordered a bowl of pho, as well as the fish sauce fries and garlic wings to share. The appetizers were incredibly flavorful and came in large portions! The pho arrived quickly after and we also ordered extra noodle refills during their last-call. The pho was good - I'm not sure I can say it's the best I've ever had, but I can confidently say that this might be my new go-to spot! The cherry on top is the service. All About Pho is hands-down one of the best and most consistent pho spots around. For drinks, we tried their Thai Tea and Matcha Coconut--both were delicious and reasonably priced. For our entrees, we had the Pho Chin, which featured perfectly tender brisket and flank, and the Pho Suron Bo (2 bones), which was fall-off-the-bone amazing. The flavors are always spot-on. I just hope they expand the space or open more locations, because it's always packed! read more

This has become our go to Pho spot. The pho broth is super clean and always hits the spot. The egg rolls are nicely double fried. You can get unlimited noodles when dining in which is a nice touch. I also really appreciate how kid friendly it is. As soon as you sit down, the servers without asking bring iced water cup with lid, little bowl with fork, spoon and scissors. There is also a robot server for additional entertainment for your little one. Service is quick so if there is a line it's not terrible to wait it out. read more

The plaza Soup Shop is located in is usually super crowded, but if you go after 9pm when most of the other restaurants and shops are closed, you'll find plenty of parking. Write your name down on the waiting list at the front podium and then wait for your name to be called. They have a few seats to wait right outside the door. Once we were seated, we were given menus. I really like that their menu has a lot of large photos of the dishes, so you know what you're getting! Once we ordered, the food came out pretty quickly despite being busy. For appetizers, we ordered the Crunchy Pork "Bao" since it sounded unique. Inside the bao is pork shoulder, mushroom, Vietnamese sausage, and quail egg. There's nothing quite like eight creepily beautiful fish judging you while you're sipping pho and recovering from a cold. Pho Pioneer has become one of my go to spots, and I'm grateful I found it.

My son ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and gave it a 10/10. We also shared the Pork Belly Oshi, and wow--it was amazing. Honestly, y'all are missing out if you haven't tried Umaya Ramen. I'm surprised there isn't a line out the door! Another huge plus: they're open late until 1 a.m. and the music creates a great vibe. We'll definitely be back!

Came in with a group on a rainy lunch and woww the place was packed with a long waitlist. Waited about 40 minutes, but seeing a pho spot THIS busy already told us it had to be good. It was our first time here and we were honestly excited just watching how hard everyone was working. I dont usually write yelp reviews, but absolutely had to for this one. Huge shoutout to the host, im pretty sure her name was tami. She went above and beyond. Even though she wasnt our server, she constantly checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, and was incredibly sweet to our friends' kids. You could tell it was a super stressful shift, everyone was literally running, yet she still greeted people with the biggest smile and the best attitude. So impressive, especially from such a young team. Amazing energy all around. The food was We ordered the 2 bone pho, wagyu, pho xe lau and fries, and everything was so good. The broth was deep, rich, and flavorful, not watered down like a lot of other pho places.
