When in good company, pochas are the go-to late night food spots. LuvDduk in Cerritos always has me covered with their massive portions featuring all the classic Korean comfort foods and happy hour deals. We always get their tteokbokki which comes in a super-sized bowl, and you can customize toppings and add ramen, sausage, fried seaweed rolls, and so much more. In addition, we tried their garlic chicken wings, bulgogi hot stone, and bulgogi cheese fries. Everything is so affordable considering the portion size, making this perfect for groups + families! Will need to come back next time for more of their combo menus
Ordered giant chicken katsu and corn cheese. It was so good. Chicken katsu is crispy on the outside with tender meat inside. Such a comforting spot with generous portions. We got our order pretty quickly. Great place for a group to come and share food.
It's a lively place with neon lights. Good for a younger crowd but I did see families with younger kids. The girl had been wanting to try this place. A lot of cheesy items and there are no substitutions. This establishment has a 2 hour time limit. We ordered combo C which states it's GIANT for 49.99. Yrs it was a lot of food especially the chicken katsu. I dislike this dish but I did try it and it was full of flavor and crispy. The girl liked it I will most likely not return but my favorite restaurant is right next door so I will gladly bring the girl back here. If you like cheese, fried foods, and alcohol come here.
My favorite dish that we ordered was the army stew. It was very comforting tasting and had all the right toppings that we loved. The tteokbokki was a close second, I loved how bouncy and soft the rice cakes were and how the sauce was a perfect balance of sweet and spicy. To be honest the fried chicken is an honorable mention because it was so crispy, light, and juicy. Not oily at all, and I couldn't stop eating it. I did enjoy the loaded fries, corn cheese, kimchi fried rice, and the garlic noodles, but they weren't as tasty as the other menu items. The service was amazing as the woman who took our order was kind and patient as we were making up our minds. We had two young kids with us and they were very accommodating! The restaurant itself had music playing, cute decorations, and so much seating. I enjoyed our experience here and would recommend to others!

This place is as good as I remember it. We got the Combo A with spice level 2, which is halfway between buldak 1 and x2. The portion size is huge, so don't go ordering more food if there are only two of you. The music was blaring and they played my favorite songs, but it was between lunch and dinner so it was unnecessarily loud with just the two of us in the restaurant. Check this place out when you get the chance. I bet it gets really packed at night!
Okay service is great. It's the first time I've been to a restaurant where I don't need to ask for refills of water because the lady kept replacing our carafe! Thank you for that! It "looks like a typical burger joint inside with Booths. There's a side door for to go orders. Food service was quick and the portions are big. For their price, I would hope so. We ordered the following: Bulgolgi Fries Garlic Steak Noodle Egg Cheese corn Ranking in best to so-so, I'd have to say is the steamed egg. Yes, I was surprised too. I thought the Bulgolgi fries would be number one. Sadly it's not. If you mess up steamed egg, ima gonna say no to the rest of your menu. I would order two next time and just stick to that. The cheese corn was okay, but compared to PaDak and other local Korean spot I say skip this. The cheese tasted weird to me and I did t like that it was also a kraft American cheese. As a cheese lover, I only expect that square cheese to be on a burger or cheese melt. The Bulgolgi Fries could serve 3 people. But it was drenched with sauce, and spicy sauce. Not enough Bulgolgi to pay $20. The cut of fries were this nd tasted like sweet potato. It just didn't fit my taste buds. The Garlic noodle okay. That's Al I have to say about that. I'm glad I finally tried this place, but I don't know if I would come back for anything on their menu. I would rather go next door or across the street.
I recall being absolutely stuffed after coming here for the first time. I had seen so many TikTok's of this place and I was so excited to come here to try it! I was not disappointed at all. The chicken katsu is so massive and delicious, all crunchy goodness with an amazing side of curry and tonkatsu sauce. The tteokbokki had a nice spicy kick to it and it's perfect paired with the cheese. And the garlic noodles were so garlicky and I love all the onions in them. The lady who took our order was super sweet and the vibe is really nice! They play a lot of K-pop music, which I enjoyed. Highly recommend this place if you enjoy giant portions of food. Expect to take it home with you!
A friend had been recommending this place a lot! I hadn't had the time to stop by. My husband found a TikTok that showcased their best dishes. We ran here from LA lol we had the orange dumplings 2 out of 5. They were okay. But get the COMBO C! Worth every penny. We had regular spice teokk bokki with ramen noodles and the katsu chicken. It was amazing! A must try! Service was fast and good! The ambiance was chill. Very small space so if it's full you could be waiting a bit. But they were rocking Celine Dion so it was very homey! Adding this place to one of our go tos!
Great pocha-type establishment! This place definitely gives off a fast casual vibe with quick service and upbeat music. It's great for any occasion and open late so it can be good for food after late night events. We got the katsu and army stew and both were great! The katsu was huge! Super crispy and great with the includes curry and katsu sauce. The army stew had a good combination of ingredients and was good for the cold weather. Recommend to those in the area looking for a late night comfort bite!
Cool little Korean spot if you're looking for a quick bite. I love the vibe inside and the service is really good. They were quick to seat us and take our order. I got the bulgogi garlic noodles and these were amazing 10/10. I just wish it came with more meat because it was really good. The garlic amount is perfect and they really get the noodles saucy which I love when eating garlic noodles. My girlfriend ordered the spicy rice cakes, I'm not the biggest rice cakes fan so I can't say much but from what I ate it was really good and it definitely has a kick. But overall this is a really solid Korean spot but there are definitely better in oc.
Came here late after a concert in LA with a group of friends. The venue has a great party ambiance with the lighting and electronic music. I felt like I was ready to party again. The service was fast and to the point. Set A Combo (LD + Tempura Rice Balls) - The rice balls were pretty underwhelming because it had a neutral flavor. Set C Combo (Katsu + LuvDDuk) - I am a fan of their thin katsu. It was well seasoned and had the perfect crunch and crispiness to it.
After trying out this spot, I will for sure be making my return. Everything we ordered was delish, and it wasn't an unbearable level of spice. I've been to other Tteok spots and mild was already too much, so this was perfect. We also had an order of garlic chicken wings and those were good as well. Service was good, and there were a lot of seats when I went. I wouldn't say the are plenty of tables, but we went a bit early, so I'm assuming we happened to beat the crowd. I definitely see the restaurant getting packed during peak hours though.

My friend and I came here and ordered the Set #2. The portions were huge, so we ended up having plenty of leftovers, which made it feel like a great value for the price. The spice level was just right--not overwhelming, but still flavorful and satisfying. Everything paired well together, and we really enjoyed the meal. The service was friendly, and our food came out in a timely manner. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would definitely come back the next time I'm craving tteokbokki. read more

The best thing was probably the fried chicken!! The picture on the menu showed pickled veggies which we didn't get /: I also didn't like the ranch with the chicken but it's ok, don't have to use it The service was really good too! Always on top of refilling the water so that was nice. The space is actually quite small and it was busy on a Friday night! Probably waited 20-40 minutes to be seated! read more

This is a great late night spot if you are craving Korean comfort food, especially tteokbokki. Parking: The restaurant is in a shopping plaza with plenty of free parking. If you're coming here at night, the adjacent businesses are also open late so it feels pretty safe. Food: We ordered the Combo A, which comes with tteokbokki, tempura, and rice balls. It was a good value for two people, with generous portions that left us full and leftovers to take home. The tteokbokki was flavorful, the tempura was crispy, and the rice balls paired well with the spicy sauce. Overall, the food was solid. Service: The staff checked in on us regularly and were nice. One thing I really appreciated is that they are open late, which makes this a great option when many other places are already closed. And we're back! My boyfriend had been craving their Army Stew, so we finally came back to try it. It was packed with flavor and truly felt like a complete meal on its own. The portion size was generous--we even had leftovers to take home. I'd say it's perfect for a group of 3-4 people, especially if you're ordering additional dishes. We also ordered the Garlic Fried Chicken because I had to let him try it, and it did not disappoint. Another satisfying visit, and we'll definitely be back again. read more

Luv Dduk is hands down one of the best spots for late-night eats in the area. It's my go-to place whenever I'm craving tteokbokki, and they never disappoint. The flavors are bold, comforting, and exactly what you want, especially late at night. I also really love their fried chicken--it's crispy, well-seasoned, and pairs perfectly with the rest of the menu. Everything feels indulgent in the best way. I also have a lot of appreciation for them staying open for pickup during COVID. It was super busy--there was even a line to get in! I totally understand why though. The portions are huge, the prices are affordable, and everything is delicious. The Spicy Chicken with Cheese and the Love Dduk Tteokbokki were both cheesy and so addictive. They're pretty similar, so I'd say ordering either one is a must. The fried chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Since it's fried to order, it comes out fresh and hot. This is the perfect spot for a party or a fun meal with friends! read more

We were sat immediately and the servers were very attentive. The food was fantastic. We got the shrimp fried rice and the bulgogi noodles and also cheese corn. The rice and noodle dishes were very fresh and flavorful. The corn cheese was good but the slice of American cheese in the middle was a little odd. We for sure will go back read more
First time here and throughly enjoyed it. It was busy for a Wednesday night but service was friendly and fast. You should definitely come here with a group because the portions are huge! The dishes are flavorful and delicious. The chicken was so crispy and did not feel oily, and the soy garlic sauce is 10/10. They even have a great happy hour and combos. read more

The place is bigger than it looks and it has an almost bar like vibe without the bar part. It was probably the choice of music and lights that gives it those vibes but it was nice nonetheless. The service was the best it could be for a busy evening and if it wasn't for the good company the wait might have felt much more than it was. The food was delicious but I couldn't help but feel like they could have added more cheese. But maybe that's just me cause I like my rice cakes cheesy. I also could have added more cheese but I don't think it would have been worth the $5. Adding the ramen noodle however is definitely a must. It for sure enhanced the meal. I suggest pregaming with your own bottle of soju, it'll save you money for sure. read more

this spot is FIREEEE i ordered teokkbokki, whole fried chicken with sweet & spicy sauce, cheese steamed egg, kimchi fried rice and a bottle of terra beef ofc for the teokkbokki we ordered it with level 2 spice which is the highest spice level and BOI WAS IT SPICY it highkey burned my mouth and my bootyho but it was so fuggin worth the rice cakes were perfectly chewy, lots of fish cake, the cabbage was so crunchy and a perfect bite for relieving the spiciness the cheese steamed egg was yummy! paired perfectly with each bite of spicy teokkbokki the kimchi fried rice was rly tasty too, loved the bits of veggies tossed in there plus the sunny side up egg the whole fried chicken was the star of the show. the fried chicken was so fkn sexy like the crispness... the juiciness... the flavor.. the cronch!! the sweet and spicy sauce was so delicious, i loved dipping my chicken in it! like HOOOO MA GAWD I ATE THAT HOE UPPPPP LICKED MY FINGERS CLEAN TYPE SHI asked for a side of danmooji (korean pickled radish) and it was the perfect side hehe service was great! the servers were fast, attentive and nice ambiance is good for date nights or group hang outs pairing everything with somaek or beer, super fun! they play some crazy ass edm mixes too xD read more

Finally tried this place out because we kept seeing it on social media. We got there 30 minutes early and there were already people waiting with us. Service was great, we got seated right away and the food comes out pretty fast! The food was super yummy! I really liked the garlic bulgogi noodles and chicken katsu! Their portions are great for a big party, very shareable, just try to go early because I can tell it could get pretty busy! read more

When there's a restaurant that you drive by all the time and have always wanted to try it but never do, until the time you finally get to and that's when you realize, you've been missing out. Luv Dduk has been here for quite some time and just recently got to try their food. My son who's been here before was my dinner companion and we decided to go with the combo tteokbokki and Chicken Cutlet and added the two beef ribs. What a lot of food. The teokbokki was cooked perfectly. The beef ribs were super tender and the gigantic chicken cutlet. Everything was perfectly cooked. read more

I loved almost everything we ordered! The fries were surprisingly crispy and crunchy even after over an hour! Usually fries get soggy and gross, but these were great! Crunchy fried chicken skin was so good, and I love that they have the sauce on the side. The tteokbokki was yummy! I do wish there were more corn dogs. Good, spicy flavor throughout! The corn cheese was good, but there was a curry flavor I wasn't used to. It was sort of odd but still yummy to me! Space is clean and lively and the service was quick! Everyone was friendly. Luv duk People say this place has the best viral Korean pub food. So let's see if they're pretty good eh or ew. I got their corn cheese, boneless cheesling chicken, bulgolgi garlic noodles, and katsu to try. The corn cheese was on the sweeter end, super gooey and cheesy with pops of juicy corn. It was a bit mayoy tho. The boneless cheesling chicken pieces were pretty big, juicy, really crunchy, and was coated in a slightly sweet seasoning that kinda reminded me of the ones you can get on your fries at the mall ya know? The bulgolgi noodles came with some broccoli and onions, and plenty of sweet, tender meat that was perfectly balanced by savory, garlicy, springy noodles. Pure deliciousity. The katsu came with TWO MASSIVE pieces that were legit bigger than my head and were amazingly crispity crunchy, surprisingly juicy, and paired well with the curries that it came with. The yellower one tasted more like your savory classic curry while the brown one tasted kinda like a mix of curry and ketchup? Hate to admit it but TikTok was right. This viral place did not disappoint. Luv Dduk is one of the most popular Korean pub restaurants that will always have a crowd of people waiting outside the door. Pro tip: Come between 4-6PM and you can usually get seated right away! We got the combo set B which comes with a ginormous serve of army ramen soup that has sausage, rice cakes, ramen, even cheese, and will feed 3-4 people easy, and rice balls. Would someone with a severe seafood and shellfish allergy be able to eat here safely (can't be cooked in the same oil as fish, not shared equipment, NO fish sauce or oyster sauce)?

All foods will have a spicy level option from mild to hot! Thankfully, mild isn't too bad but you can still request for no spicy!
