Definitely one of the best sit down korean spots you can eat. Theres a simple menu but all cooked fresh with a lot of love. Theres 4 sets of tables (not for big parties) and a bathroom. Plenty of parking as its in a shopping plaza but i recommend calling in your order whether you are sitting or togo. It's a small mom and pop so you will need to be patient to be rewarded with great taste. There are definitely other korean places to consider but considering the price, location, and authenticity you can't beat it. I highly recommend taking a cupbap to Don Knabe for scenic lunch.

Stopped by K Food Express for takeout and tried their bibimbap along with an order of mandu. The bibimbap was definitely the highlight--great portion size for the price, and the meat was juicy, flavorful, and more generous than I expected. The mandu was decent --pretty average in terms of flavor and the filling-to-shell ratio. Still enjoyable, but I've had better from other restaurants. The staff member who helped me was friendly, and the interior looked clean with plenty of seating if you decide to dine in. The restaurant is in a small plaza, and parking wasn't an issue when I went at night. Overall, a solid spot for a quick Korean meal, especially for takeout. I'd come back again if I am in the area.

The return of a good experience. K-Food shifted back to its original restaurant, Tang 88. Same owners, revamped menu with some shift in the menu. Single items that were in the K-Food style are in the single portions while other home style recipes are added. The price range of the singles are slightly increased, which makes sense because the prices previously stayed the same for a while. With the restaurant style, banchan (sides) have been added. I am ready to explore the entire menu.

I'm glad they went back to their original restaurant with the full Korean menu. The ban chans (sides) were all so delicious and fresh with the service so very pleasant. We hope to see more customers come to dine here and support their business as the food is really good!

I'm so happy I found this place! I went with two friends this past Sunday, and everything was perfect. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant, and the service was above and beyond. We ordered the spicy stir-fried chicken with vegetables and the pork cutlet--both were incredibly flavorful without being too salty or sweet. The portions were huge, but we kept eating anyway because it was just so delicious. Plus, the side dishes were amazing! The prices are very reasonable, too. I'll definitely be back soon.

Tang is finally back! Used to come here way back in 2018 through when they switch to K Food Express in 2020. The bulgogi bibimbap is as good as I remember. We will definitely be coming back!

Tang 88 never disappoints. The foods are officially my favorite dish here. Crisp, flavorful, and perfect every time. 10/10 recommend!

    23. Spicy Chicken with Cheese

Hidden in a rural area, so I had no idea this place existed. I just wish I found it sooner! The portions are huge (1.5 times more than others), and the food is just as good as, if not better than, other places. Our waitress was super kind, and the whole experience was great. Definitely coming back!

After getting some coffee, I needed some food. This small restaurant is located in a large plaza. There's lots of parking. I was walking around the plaza, and popped in this shop just to see what they're selling. It seems like it's a mom and pop shop. Yay to supporting small businesses! When I first entered the shop with friends, I noticed how intimate it seemed. The dining area was clean, with catchy kpop music in the background. Also, the woman was pretty patient, while we took awhile to look over the menu. The food does take awhile, since it's only the couple working. She bought out a large water bottle for the 4 of us. When the food came out, I was a bit taken back by how much food there was. I ended up taking home half of my food. I ordered the bulgogi cup-pop. I took one bite, and I could taste how fresh and authentic the food was. The food was also delicious. The lady was nice enough to bring us an extra soup, even though we only ordered 3 meals. I definitely recommend this place. Even though it's in a dead plaza, don't let that deter you from going. The service was friendly and excellent. The food is authentic and tasty, with reasonable prices.

I am so thankful to have a neighborhood mom and pop Korean food spot where I can enjoy really authentic and delicious Korean food with my family! It reminds me so much of my childhood. The service is really fast and the owners are the best! They always recognize us and they really put their heart into the food. The vibes are nice and clean and it's a great place to come for a quick lunch or bring family for dinner! We asked for the egg to be well done and he delivered

Service is led by such a sweet korean lady who is extremely nice and adorable :) Please support this place it deserves all the love in such a cozy spot.

You need to try Tang88 immediately! Not only is the food amazing and tastes like a home cooked meal, but the owners are the sweetest people who really care about the meals they serve their customers. The interior is newly renovated and very clean and spacious. The menu is also the perfect size with lots of variety. We got the army stew and porkbelly to try. I can't recommend Tang88 enough!

Army stew!! Great portion and delicious!!

The owner is an excellent cook. Everything he makes is beyond excellent. I always enjoy the food, very clean environment and amazing service.

From the friendly service that made us feel like home, to the delicious food, everything hit the spot. We ordered the cold noodle, seafood pancake, bibambap, and short rib combo. All the dishes were so good! And all the banchan that came with it was the cherry on top. The only negative was the table was kind of small for all the dishes...though that could have been user error with us ordering way too much. Portions were surprisingly big, especially the seafood pancake. The whole time, our littlest one was making a mess and the ladies that worked there did not seem perturbed at all, and kept commenting about how cute he was and interacting with him. This type of service and response made us feel more at ease and able to "enjoy" our meal, and that makes a world of difference. I would recommend! Note the parking lot is a little small.

It was nice having a party where we can share a little with others and get a chance to try some things we normally don't. The big find for me was the mackerel, it actually looked like a huge flounder, perfectly pan fried. We also ordered 2 of the seafood pancakes, they came with 8 slices each, just a perfect appetizer for 15 (and 1 left for the one who missed the party). We ordered slightly extra crispy and everyone loved it. The background music was upbeat and contemporary, I loved every song.

Food: The soups were quite bland for our taste so we did a bit of customization with salt and pepper. Although they provided a decent amount of banchan, the proteins in their soups were pretty scarce, not worthing the $19 price tags. Their Hae Jang Guk was the only soup with the bone filled up the bowl. However, because there's no space in the small bowl, even a little nudge made its soup spilled all over my sister's body. The waitress just then gave her a bib but the damage had already been done. The Bulgogi and Katsu took the longest to come out but they were the highlights of our meal. Service: We were the only table at the time and our waitress only gave us 2 menus for a table of 6 so we had to go grab our own from other tables. She's not the friendliest and kept tossing things on our table. She also tried taking away a dipping sauce jar after I had already requested to keep it. Our water was never refilled and napkins were very skimmed out. Though she did check up on our tables, her attitude was what made us refrain from asking for help. We love to give smaller businesses a chance, but we're sad to say Jomaru is not one of them.
