All About Pho in Cerritos absolutely delivered I ordered their signature Pho Xe Lua with the rib and beef belly, and wow... that bowl was stacked. The broth really stood out, it had a deeper, meatier flavor compared to other pho spots I've tried, which made every bite hit different. Service was on point too. Tyler and another server (didn't catch his name) were both super attentive and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. And let's talk about the unlimited noodles... yeah, they're feeding the big backs right ‍ no complaints here. Overall, amazing experience, great flavors, and solid service. I love this place. I've loved them since I tried them in Fullerton, and love them still when I tried their Cerritos branch. If you don't know what to get, get the nuoc mam (fish sauce) fries! Those fries are shoestring fries, with an umami flavor that is both so addicting in flavor and crunch. I kid you know, I could not stop eating them. They also come out very plentiful and mountainous, and believe it or not, my friend and I devoured them! I also got the pho khong, which is just the noodles and broth with the thick noodles. Y'all it was pretty good. We came around noon, so there wasn't a wait, but most of their tables were pretty full. Their service staff is really attentive, and always made sure to check in on us. Went here a couple of months ago and wasn't too impressed with the combination pho because the meat was too hard and it was a real hassle trying to get the meat off the bone but I decided to try it again - spring rolls were good! The fish sauce fries were addictive to eat! And the combination pho tasted real good! This time the meat was a lot easier to bite off the bone and it fell right off the bone! Yum! read more

Had their fish sauce fries and their signature pho. The broth on the pho was great and I love the balance between the meat and veg. I got all of the textures of beef belly, melt in your mouth rib meat, meatball, tendon, and brisket. While not everyone can appreciate all of these meats, I love that every bite is different. At close to $20, it's not cheap, but we think it's worth it for the rich flavors. My wife enjoyed her soup as well, but she stuck with beef belly and was perfectly satisfied. I would love to try more of their appetizers, as the fish sauce fries are not my thing. They are flavorful, so you should try them - they're thin and crispy fries with good seasoning, glazed with mildly sweet and very savory flavor. Overall, it's easily the best option for pho in the area and I'll be back. read more

I highly recommend coming here! Some hip places don't always hold up to expectations of quality or taste, but this place exceeds all expectations. Not only is it super clean and modern, but there were older Asian grandparents eating there which lets me KNOW the spot was going to be good!!! OG approved. Got the bone marrow to start with. It was about $20 and it was delicious. Comes with only 3 pieces of toast, but ends up being just enough. We got the regular brisket pho and it was delicious. The service was spectacular, the servers were attentive and they had a little robot bring out the toppings and extra plates. We will definitely be back! The food here was undeniably tasty, but the service was completely lackluster--especially if you aren't Asian. I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt, but we were repeatedly ignored despite sitting directly in front of the staff. From the start, our ordering was rushed; the server walked off without taking our drink order or asking what noodles I wanted. Meanwhile, a table seated after us had their order taken immediately and received their drinks right away. When our server finally returned, we explicitly asked for our drinks. They never arrived. I eventually had to get up and pour our own water while the staff stood right next to the station. Twenty minutes later, a server asked if we needed anything; I reminded them about our drinks, yet it took another 15 minutes for them to show up--right as we were finishing our meal. To cap off the night, it took 30 minutes just to get a takeout box and the check. When we voiced our frustration, management quickly dismissed it and insisted race wasn't a factor. I rarely bring race into an issue, but as a Hispanic customer, I was made to feel entirely unwelcome. Great food doesn't excuse terrible, dismissive service. read more

The service was great, but my party had to wait a bit before we got seated. I think this location had less seating than the Fullerton location, but other than that, everything else was great. Staff wad great, and help to accommodate for my large party. Food was also amazing as always. Even thought the portions are already great, make sure to get a portion of the unlimited noodles! The only con is that it was so busy on a sunday night so we had to make requests multiple times and it was really difficult to flag down a waiter. Pretty dang good pho and other dishes. However, weird thing to put emphasis on at a Viet restaurant, THE FRIES!!! I've never had Fish Sauce fries before, wings yes, but fries??? Nope. And oh man, those were delicious. If this place was next to my house, I'd be there waaaay too often, for the fries alone. Customer service is amazing as well. They even let you refill on noodles for free, even if you're full and just wanna take your food home. I definitely would recommend checking this place out if you're in the area! read more

I have been craving pho this whole week and I knew I wanted to go over here because they have UNLIMITED NOODLESSSS (the thin ones if you dine in)! The waiter was very friendly and super genuine!!! Amazing customer service if I may say. I got their basic beef belly pho (9/10) and it was everything I needed this week. I just got my braces tightened yesterday and their meat didn't hurt my teeth at all (if you know the pain , you know) which says a lot how tender their meat is. Unexpectedly found this gem with my family today and it was so good! Hangry kids were able to calm down quickly with their fish sauce fries and egg rolls. The fries has sweet taste with fragrance of the fish sauce. My picky eating kids loved the savory & sweet tastes. Loved the fresh vegetable platter with the fried egg rolls. You haven't tried all types of pho until you've been here. I have never seen so many different varieties! I tried the Phở Sườn Bò (2 Bones) which was described as short-rib, braised for four hours ($18.50). I've never had two huge ribs sticking out of my pho before. Really lends to the whole beef experience. Wow, it was like having a meal in a meal. Tender beef that fell off the bone with rice noodles and fresh herbs. We also got the fish sauce fries ($10.50) as a side and the chicken wings. However the fries were what stood out to me the most. Those were tasty! It was a nice accompaniment to the pho. Still the best pho place in California. Shout out to Peter! I haven't seen him in a while. All the servers there feel like family. They're all super friendly and hard working. If you get Peter though, you know you're going to experience out of this world customer service. You don't even have to ask. Peter already knows what you want and brings it to you before you even have to ask. Thank you Peter! Employee Of The Year Award! The food is still top notch. This was my 5th time coming back, and there's a reason I keep making the drive all the way from Marina Del Rey to Cerritos. We arrived and the restaurant was packed, which honestly says a lot. There's an iPad right at the entrance where you put your name on the waitlist. We stepped outside to wait, and less than 7 minutes later, they called us because our table was ready! Super quick and organized. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with two waters and all the pho sides -- fresh herbs, lime, and veggies. Our waiter Peter was awesome. He was friendly, attentive, and took our order really quickly. We already knew exactly what we wanted. And then came the food... in about 7 minutes! I always get the brisket pho with extra lime, and I can never come here without getting my Thai iced tea. Everything was absolutely delicious. The broth, the noodles, the meat, the freshness of the herbs -- everything just hits the spot every single time. But one of the BEST things about this place, besides the service and the food, is that you can get unlimited refills on the noodles. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Unlimited noodles?! This is beyond amazing, especially if you're someone like me who loves a big bowl of pho. Came in with a group on a rainy lunch and woww the place was packed with a long waitlist. Waited about 40 minutes, but seeing a pho spot THIS busy already told us it had to be good. It was our first time here and we were honestly excited just watching how hard everyone was working. I dont usually write yelp reviews, but absolutely had to for this one. Huge shoutout to the host, im pretty sure her name was tami. She went above and beyond. Even though she wasnt our server, she constantly checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, and was incredibly sweet to our friends' kids. You could tell it was a super stressful shift, everyone was literally running, yet she still greeted people with the biggest smile and the best attitude. Even though lately I've been eating meals from different regions(outside of asian foods) from a variety of cultures lately, going back to my childhood family foods, I do think this is one of the best Pho I tried other than the other Pho area that my parents usually take me to during my youth. (My parents are more picker than I am.) The broth was perfect and the meat just right. I ordered a combo Pho (all meats) with Thai Tea (more milk feel and a sugar just a tad sweet, but loved the contrast), and free water on the side. The waiter was very attentive to our orders for a simple date night and service was wonderful (including asking if everything went well or adding more noodles or meats) as well for handling leftovers to take back, and very lgbtq friendly too. I've been coming here regularly for quite a while, and this place has become one of my favorite spots whenever I'm in the mood for pho. Bathrooms are clean and accessible. Parking lot is small though, so it may be more convenient to park on the lot next to the Filipino market next door and just walk if you can't find any parking.
