It's Chipotle-style, so you can pretty much put as many toppings as you want. I also chose spicy mayo as my sauce. I'm used to poke places only mixing the fish with the sauce, but they mixed all the veg with the sauce. Not bad, just different. The food was a lot! Very filling and it tasted fresh. The sauce was a bit off, which is why I'm giving them 4 stars. Again, not bad, just different than what I was expecting. Then I was able to choose 3 proteins plus whatever other additions and sauces I wanted to my poke. Then they mix it for you right before your eyes. They also offer seaweed salad and imitation crab for free, but charge $1.00 for avocado. The only reason why this place isn't a 5 is just because they use styrofoam boxes instead of paper boxes and I hated the way my salad rubbed against the styrofoam because it would squeak! My older daughter had been looking for a good poke place since the one walking distance from our house closed, and she liked everything she had in her small bowl.
