Warm, no. The server has gotten better over time, though. She used to feel pretty cold, but my last experience with her was much warmer and more pleasant. So this is a hard one. If you can ignore the attitude, the food is worth eating. But for me, the hassle around the experience has made it harder to want to come back. Good food can carry a lot, but it shouldn't have to carry the whole mood of the place.
