I will also note: wanted me to make appoint "online" (I called) it was like I was "bothering" her to make the appointment over the phone.. Im older and dont do much "online" or "emails".. was not happy! even though I tipped well (over 4O%) and never recieved a thank you.. I do try to be generous so they will remember me for next time, you know, how I like it, the kind of cut, etc.. but the thing about haircuts is you (well me) never really know until you (me) style it yourself.. my 2 stars is being highly gracious for what I paid (over $8O) for a trim. UPDATE: SLANDEROUS, MALICIOUS and DEFAMATORY response below is baseless in their claim(s).. seems all negative reviews are attacked until they are removed but I am choosing not to be bullied into doing so.. hence, they will hav to be made to correct their LEGALLY DAMAGING AND PERSECUTORY REMARKS.. Once you enter though, just find her suite, which is to in the hallway going left. The suite numbers are listed atop the doors. I am glad to have found her and will certainly be back.
