Been dealing with tows and I understand it takes a bit for them to respond/arrive. With that being said I needed a simple tow and they still failed. I waited an hour n half to call dispatch and ask where my driver was, I was told 20 minutes. An hour later I called back to check the update and dispatch said he's stuck in track he'll be there in 15 minutes. No luck. So if you enjoy spending all day waiting for a tow to possibly arrive this is your place. If you need someone reliable go somewhere else. read more

This company sucks. Got a towing truck through my Allstate insurance. So I got a text message saying the driver was here (I am parked in big parking lot at autozone) so I go in the road to see if he's somewhere on the road. I see no one, so then I call the towing company to tell them I don't see no one and that the app shows he's somewhere else. Then the guy on the phone tells me he'll be here in 20 minutes. So I went ahead and trust him. Next thing you know, my Allstate app tells me my ride was cancelled because he couldn't find me, knowing damn well he wasn't even in the right location. I called back, then he says he will send another driver asap, 15 min later I tried calling back again just to get my calls rejected. read more

Got stuck due to car not starting, Geico sent these guys and it was fast, simple and easy.

I have a brand new 2018 vehicle which I have found out the hard way (doesn't have a spare tire). I called my dealership & they arranged roadside assistance "All above towing" to tow the car to them. I was given a 90 minute window which ended up being 4 hours and that was after I waited 2 hours before I called to ask, what was taking so long. I was then told they tried to call, which was not true and it would be another 30-45 mins, which actually was another hour. My family was home when the tow driver arrived and they had asked the driver for his name and he said "no". Um...wow. Poor customer service & if there was a language barrier on the drivers end , you should know enough English to communicate with your customers. Terrible. read more

If I could give a review, i can give 0. my insurance provided this towing company, they said there gonna be here for 1to 1hr and a half. we waited, and suddenly cancelled, so I called them, sp and they said that they've been calling me for "many times", for "petes sake many times???" i checked my call log and saw 1 missed call, and said that the driver is already in the vicinity and just left. what a waste of time!!! read more

My car did not start and it is needed to be towed for repair. I called my insurance and Yuvani (Towing company)responded right away. Yuvani called and promised me to reach my place in 12 minutes. He arrived on time. Yuvani is polite, good manner, hard working and professional guy. He checked with the battery and alternator with his testing device. My car needed to be towed to get serviced. I waited hours for a different company to come then this company was sent after that request had been cancelled. I told the tow truck driver my car won't start, to which he asked for my keys and fidgeted around with the start button and shift knob(which he did not know how to work in my Leaf). I was already upset with how he clearly did not believe me. Then I explained to him how to work the shift knob and he did not listen then told me to show him. After he finally jumpstarts it so that I can put it in neutral for him, we move it in position to be put onto the truck. He begins to dig around my car, so I asked why he was doing so. He says "I'm looking for a jack every car has it". I said I dont have one but he ignores me and proceeds opening up compartments and digging around my empty trunk. My friend had walked over to her car to give him hers and he LAUGHS and says "I dont need that". We knew he wouldn't need that to begin with....my car is not low at all.... So difficult and condescending! I've loaded my car onto a tow truck before, he made it 10x more difficult with his attitude and EGO. read more

THEY ARE THE WORST!!!! My insurance company uses them as a vendor and after 3 hours of waiting late at night in my car, with my baby, they finally arrived. They kept delaying the time and every time I would call for a follow up they said they would be to my destination in 5 minutes which turned into 3hours. Not to mention how RUDE they were, telling me "I'm not going to take your bullshit" after I expressed how frustrated I was because I was waiting in the cold with my baby for THREE HOURS. After another towing company cancelled on me without telling me, my insurance company contacted All Above Towing and they came to my rescue. Super friendly and above and beyond service, especially considering I was stuck in the parking lot at the gigantic Facebook campus. The tow truck driver even got out to ask for directions to the parking lot I was at, and stayed on the phone with me the whole time. I was expecting a tow truck when my insurance sent this tow truck company out to help me. I had gotten a flat and instead of getting a tow truck, I got a man who arrived in what looked like his own car and didn't know where anything was in the car. The guy arrived and was completely clueless on what he was doing. A tow company should already be prepared and bring everything. To make matters worse it was raining and he asked me to hold the umbrella while I stand and get wet. Horrible service. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

Worst towing experience in my life, waited 2 hrs for them to show up, ( This is thru Geico car insurance) A very young inexperienced driver showed up and loaded my car onto a flatbed. when we arrived at my mechanics shop it took him 1 hour to unhook my car , ( honest to gods truth) He was pulling and yanking so hard I had to tell him to stop as I thought he was going to damage my front end, I had to suggest that he should jack up the car and unhook the tow chains, he agreed and started to put the jack under my front end ( it's front wheel drive) I yelled at him to stop before he ruined my front end, I showed him where to install the jack on the " Side" of car and finally released cable , He got his boss on the phone who was just belligerent and completely unprofessional and asked me not to tell "Geico "about the incident..If you like your car stay a mile away from this company and remember the name read more

They delivered my car to the wrong destination and lied to me!!! I experienced a coolant leakage issue this Friday evening. I called Porsche roadside assistance and they scheduled All Above Towing to tow my car. Initially I was satisfied. They arrived in time and towed my car. The driver also confirmed with me where is the destination, which is Carlsen Porsche. But the next morning, when I call Carlsen Porsche, they said they didn't see the car. Then I called All Above Towing, they said they delivered my car to Fremont Porsche last night (which is ridiculous, because I have confirmed the destination with the driver last night). Then I called Fremont Porsche, they said they didn't see the car either. Then I called All Above Towing again, but they didn't answer my call anymore. After a while, Fremont Porsche called me, saying the car just got arrived, which means the towing company didn't do the delivery last night. But they updated the towing status to complete and lied to me in the morning call. This is astonishing and unacceptable. I would give zero star if there is an option, and I would recommend everyone to stay away from this awful towing company. read more
