This review is long overdue since this is the second job Mike and his team did for me. In June they removed 8 large, full grown palm trees from my property. They did a great job and were very careful of my pool and pool cover. As far as his price quote, he gave me the best offer and out bid 5 other tree service companies. I had them come back out this month to remove and grind the stumps to the jungle of Brazilian pepper trees in my back yard and on the property adjacent to my house, plus a hideous stump with lots of yuccas sprouting in my front yard. We called All Access Tree Care to come to our home and take down a medium sized China Berry tree. The work was completed in a timely manner. The workers did a great job taking down the tree being careful of the the fence line. They cleaned up during and after cutting down the tree. They even cleaned up the neighbors side yard and driveway from the cuttings. The price was competitive with the current market. I contacted All Access Tree Care for an estimate on removing a large melaleuca tree in our backyard and trimming several of our palm trees. Mike contacted me immediately and set up a time to provide an estimate. He arrived at the promised time and provided a reasonable estimate. When I decided to have the work completed, Mike contacted me again to give me a date for the work to be done. On that day, his crew arrived promptly and began removing our melaleuca tree. I took note of how careful they brought down each large limb, taking care not to damage anything on our property and being very safe at each step of the removal. Once the main trunk was down, the crew began shredding our stump, removing it completely. Our palm trees were well-trimmed, probably the best that had be done by any other company I had hired. The site would not allow for machinery to lift the workers; every piece had to be tied up, cut, and lowered to the ground. After 11 years in our house without ever having any substantial trimming done, we had a melaleuca tree that was dangling precariously over our neighbor's driveway. Before it could destroy his truck and our insurance premiums, we had Mike come out and give an estimate on that, as well as two other trees that were in desperate need of taming. The estimate seemed very reasonable compared to others I'd gotten in the past, so we had him come out and take care of all three. Mike and his assistant (I want to say his name was Matt, but I have unfortunately forgotten) were both courteous and professional, and they spent several minutes discussing options with me for how much and where to trim. Then they went to town on the shrubbery. All told, they spent about 3 hours on the 3 trees, and did an incredible amount of work for the money. Frankly, given the effort put in, I think I got a steal. But they'll probably make it up on repeat business, because they've guaranteed that I'll call them again next time I have arboreal needs. If I were to have one minor criticism, it was a little hard to schedule a date and time for them to come out. They apparently have periods where they get very busy, and it seems like it's only Mike who is managing the scheduling, so I had to wait a while and play phone tag a bit before he could pencil us in.
