Mike let me know right at the start when he came to give me a bid, that he was very busy. But let me tell you, he was very much worth the wait! I am a very picky person and I expect a lot from any contractor, after all, I'm the paying customer. Mike, the owner, was very impressive -him and the crew showed up on time, he went over everything with me to confirm the requested work, and Mike remained onsite and supervised the work being done. I was very glad Mike was here for the job, just in case there were any mishaps. About the job: 25+ foot tall liquid amber removed, including stump removal and large roots. Small Jacaranda tree removed. The jacaranda tree was never really established; therefore, the roots were small and shallow, so no stump grinding needed. The liquid amber was cut down and in the chipper in less than 25 minutes -impressive! During the stump grinding, the guys put up two large boards to prevent chips from flying at my house or into my yard. They filled-in and raked every inch of my lawn, and took all of the shavings and chips away that were on top. They cleaned everything and left it as beautiful as when they arrived. I have 3 largeish trees that were badly in need of some TLC. Based on yelp reviews, I had Mike come out for an estimate. I did not get any comparison estimates but I felt his was a fair price for the work the trees needed. His two guys showed up right on time. Very impressed with the customer service and professionalism. I had just recently got a puppy and of course every tree and plant that I had in my backyard was toxic to dogs. The little pup would of course find everything that she was not supposed to have. I had two large palm trees that needed to be trimmed as the nuts kept falling to the ground and finding their way into my pups mouth. Also had two oleander trees which to this day I dont know why people plant them (came with when we bought the house) as their are so poisonous. Sadly, it was time to get rid of the palm trees in front of my house. They had grown too tall to maintain, and were blocking my solar panels. I needed help, but was concerned I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to remove them. I'm so glad I found All Access Tree Care! Mike and his crew were absolutely fantastic! When we met him he was very knowledgeable which left a good impression. I met Mike at the property early in the week for a bid and was very happy with the price, so he scheduled the removal that Saturday of two 61 year old liquid ambers from the front yard of my parents' home in the San Carlos area. Mike provided a great quote, and was easy to communicate with. His crew came on time and did excellent on a difficult and dangerous job. I had 2 large (foot thick) eucalyptus branches in my back yard which had extended over the utility and power lines coming to my house. They were able to successfully cut it all back with no damage to those lines, my fence, or other yard plants. I had a tree fall on the steep, back slope of my property. The tree was perched above a sidewalk and a street. When Cesar came, he talked about how he was going to tie off the tree to keep the passing pedestrians and cars safe. He also explained how it would be tricky, because his crew would have to stay upslope to keep them safe. His attention to safety convinced me I wanted to work with him. He rearranged his schedule a little to come sooner to eliminate the safety hazard the tree posed. I also asked him to trim a few other trees that were partially blocking my view. He gave me a very nice discount on this additional work, because he was already going to be here. We had a couple of very hard to reach, very tall Italian cypress trees we needed to have topped. They came in and very professionally were able to top the trees without damaging any surrounding trees or the roof and get the job done. Mike and his All Access Tree Care team did a fantastic job with our palm tree removal! Mike was responsive and timely from the quoting process through completion of the job. His team showed up early on the day of the job, worked very hard throughout the day and completed the job that exceeded our expectations. As you can see from the pictures, we had seven very large/tall palm trees that we had removed and their stumps and roots grinded down to below the ground level. The stump removal and grinding were key as we needed a level starting point to grade the slope of the yard for our renovation. The All Access Tree Care team brought out all the machinery and toys necessary for a great job. A cherry picker, multiple chainsaws, wood-chipper, a very large stump grinder and multiple trucks to haul away all the remains were used. They also did a fantastic job with the clean-up that I know we, and the rest of our neighbors, really appreciated. Because of positive reviews and competitive pricing I decided to use All Access Tree Care to remove a large carrotwood tree, and do stump grinding from the front yard. My situation is somewhat unique as my disabled sister lives in the Lemon Grove house we co-own, and I live in the SF Bay Area. Mike and his men showed up promptly at 8:00 a.m. this morning and spent the next 6 1/2 hours pruning my 50 year old pine tree. This was our first Christmas tree when we moved in and it had never been pruned. Just watching these guys made me need a nap. They really know what they're doing. All Access did a GREAT job cutting and removing a big Silver Maple (it was dying) in our back yard plus three other trees that were either dead or in troublesome spots. The price was very reasonable. They cut the maple (and a fallen apple tree) into lengths we could handle when we split them for firewood in the future. And even stacked the wood!
