I can say that the sales people and technicians I dealt with have all been very respectful and considerate of the homeowner. These visits were all related to the same issue - the system did not function properly to maintain the desired air temperature, particularly in the summer months. As the HVAC system installed was still malfunctioning, and we learned that the warranty was held by Bosch and did not require us to use our original installer, in May 2026 we decided to call another company we located due to their familiarity with Bosch systems to come look at the system. This new company was so appalled by the mess of the state of the wiring of the system and our prior experiences trying to have this issue resolved through Superior HVAC and Tank Removal that they did not bill us for their initial diagnostic visits. This new team immediately determined that the main power board on the inverter was fried and ordered a replacement part, which they recently installed. The system has been working perfectly ever since. What we're left wondering is why it took another company 45 minutes to immediately diagnose and correct (what seemed to them to be) a clear malfunctioning part in our Bosch inverter, when Superior HVAC and Tank Removal not only installed the system, but then also visited our property no fewer than 5 times (and we have been billed for 4/5 of those visits) and and failed to diagnose nor fix the correct issue? We do not wish to continue business with Superior HVAC and Tank Removal in the future given these experiences.

On January 30, 2026 I had an oil tank service company inspect my system where there found a drip coming from one of the oil burners. There was no "active" dripping indicating that it was a very, very slow drip that had soaked the absorption pad placed under the burner by the J.P.Parks service technician three months earlier. After contacting J.P.Parks regarding this, their response was less than satisfactory, blaming me for not regularly inspecting their work for proper performance, and telling me that there would be a $160 charge for them to correct the leak. (See text message screenshots). Apparently, if this company is used, the customer is responsible for assuring the work has been properly performed, and is responsible and liable if it has not. This company also scheduled an oil tank service appointment with me and then blew me off with no explanation in the middle of the worst weeklong cold snap we've had in years. UPDATE: 1/31/26. So I had to have another company come to service the burner to fix the leak. The technician showed me the "gun" which is where oil is atomized for ignition, and is the most important part that needs to be properly cleaned when maintenance is oerformed. We had what I now learned from a non-local family friend was a simple backflow preventer failure. The friend ball parked it around $500-600 max, and that was with up to 2 hours of time taken. This company charged me $1300 for an hour of time with a single part being replaced. Similar parts are available online for $150 (and I assume they get parts even cheaper). My family is leaving town this weekend and I wanted to ensure this got fixed (but it was not an emergency call), so I didn't take time to vet out other contractors.
