West Pro Installation, owner gave me an estimate and successfully completed the work within the estimate. In fact, they didn't charge for the Water Pipe Line. They have gone above and beyond in making sure that the complete installation is done as per client's satisfaction. The West Pro Installation folks have also negotiated a delivery date based on my convenience and pulled in delivery date by a few days. Throughout the installation, they were extremely careful that wooden floor is not scratched. I had already had a repairman out from another company and they didn't know what to do. Eduardo was professional and knew what was wrong with my fridge. He told me ice has built up in the pipe and to allow my fridge to defrost for 72 hrs and then plus it back in and I would be good to go. He did try to defrost it manually but to be on the safe side we did the 72 hours. Worked like a charm and has been going strong for the last two months with zero issues.
