I bought this Viking range off Jason back during height of the pandemic. The first photo is from his ad, the second is the one I received. Notice that the range I received is completely different...missing drip tray and cover the graphics are worn off and the oven door isn't set properly. I attempted to contact Jason at the time and was ghosted by him. I have spent 100's of dollars since I purchased this buying and replacing parts on this "fully refurbished" range. I felt compelled to finally write this review today because I just ordered a new igniter burner for the oven and have resumed my search for the missing drip tray assembly. I wanted you to know that the installers were unbelievably efficient yesterday installing an oven/microwave combo and a cooktop. This was a huge, intricate job because of the downdraft position and it was touch-and-go for awhile with the cooktop. They also had to cut the marble to make the cooktop fit. Their attention to detail was incredible. The fan was making a noise because the wall was uneven and they kept adjusting it until it was perfect! They worked on this job for hours. I'm usually skeptical when it comes to purchasing high value items found on Craigslist or without some sort of contract, but West Pro made this a reassuring process from start to finish. We purchased a refurbished refrigerator from Jason in Septemeber. As I was picking the unit up, it was discovered there was an issue with the freezer drawer railing. After determining it wasnt fixable with the parts on hand, I took the refrigerator home in good faith that Jason would follow-up to repair the issue. He was quick to get replacement parts ordered and communicated with me weekly as we waited for the parts. When the parts were on-hand, we scheduled a date to get them installed which was hassle free. Twice the price as quoted and sloppy granite cutting for the cooktop installation. True, our cooktop was an eighth-inch too wide for the opening, making the adjustment a requirement. But they charged an additional $450 to cut back the granite, which took about 45 minutes extra time. $10 a minute? Not a bad gig. Dishwasher hose was installed with a propensity to kink, which it did a month later. The dishwasher stopped functioning. After my wife googled the error code I managed to find the kink and straighten it out. I called to gripe and was politely received with gracious apologies, which makes me know that they DO care about reputation. Still, I wanted to LOVE this installation experience, and I don't. read more

Waited weeks for the installation of my appliance. I was guarantee a service window between 3-7pm; in the minutes before that promised window closed at 7pm on a school/work night I was informed that the install was delayed at least another hour. Not wanting to have a major appliance installation starting at 9pm, I asked to be shifted to the first slot in the morning. The office secretary became extremely petulant and offered to bumped me 4 days. She proceeded to complain about how if they shifted me to next in line it would ruin their geographical plan. When I asked for the manager I was told that they didn't need my business after all. This is every working families nightmare, especially at the rates being charged. Jason who is the preferred installation professional for Airport Home appliances. Came to the house to install our new microwave/oven combo. He and his staff were early and were very professional and efficient. They did an excellent job explaining what they were going to do. They did a lot of prep work in terms of laying extra towels on the hard wood floors to make sure nothing got scratched and walked around the house to make sure the new unit as well as the old had enough space to get in/out of. The installation was right on the time line that he said it would be. Perfectly done and he even helped me do a little extra work on my old dishwashing unit. He helped me tighten it up. We had a late evening appointment to get our built-in Oven and over the range Vent hood to be installed which we purchased from Freidman Appliance. I thought this would be an easy install and they would be in and out within the hour. I was wrong, modifications had to be made to our cabinet to get the oven to fit and the existing microwave had to be moved higher. We also found out that our original vent was not hooked up correctly which they fixed. I felt bad that they didn't leave till midnight but the 2 installers that came were extremely nice and knowledgeable and did an incredible job. I cannot recommend West Pro more! We recently needed to have a dishwasher replaced and were hoping to have the one we had in storage installed. Brian can out and spent about 40 min going over the old machine throughly explaining to us what could go wrong if we put this old dishwasher in. Never charged us for his time or his opinion. We ended up having to get a new one and we called West Pro to install it. Brian came back out and put the new one in. We are so happy we have found a reliable company for appliance install. They are VERY focused on customer service from my first interactions on Yelp until Brian was on his way at the end. I am very happy with their work. They did an excellent job of installation and haul away of my old KitchenAid refrigerator. I have explored around for to haul away of the old fridge and installation of the new fridge, but couldn't find anyone in the East Bay. West Pro Installation, owner gave me an estimate and successfully completed the work within the estimate. In fact, they didn't charge for the Water Pipe Line. They have gone above and beyond in making sure that the complete installation is done as per client's satisfaction.
