This company is awesome. I had a motor problem with one of my AC units last May 2016. I had three companies come out to give me an estimate of the needed repair. The other two companies tried to get me to replace the unit. About $7000. Luis Jones with All Around Heating and Cooling told me the unit just needed a new fan motor and a couple of parts. The bill was just under $200 which included added freon. He also recommended that I have the units inspected a year later for a yearly check up. I just had him out last week for that yearly inspection. He said the freon levels were good and all was well, nothing needed. I asked for the bill for the inspection and he said no charge because there was nothing to do. He just said tell your friends about us. Well I'm telling everybody. These guys rock! I received services one year ago from this company, price was good, response time was fantastic. Not to mention that my air conditioning issues were fixed. Shy of one year, I experienced a problem with my upstairs unit. I called the owner back to see if he could make time to come back out, to see what my problem was, being that I still had the receipt for services not quite the year before. Unfortunately, he made promises to call me back, to schedule a time, was very defensive saying that "if the problem had anything at all to do with his work" then yes, he would repair it, etc. I "never" received a call back from him, advising of his plan to come back out to my home to even take a look at my air conditioning unit. One year later, not only is my upstairs unit not working, but again, my downstairs unit as well. Back to square one. Obviously, this company does NOT stand by their product or reputation AFTER they've received your money and seem to either use parts that are not as brand new as they say they are, or simply repair for the short term. I am extremely disappointed that initially, I received NO interest nor response from this company, regarding coming out to even LOOK at work that very well could've been faulty on his part. We just bought a house in North Las Vegas a few months ago. Everything was great for a while. Then every week something else would break and set us back. sprinkler system, garbage disposal, microwave and then on one of the hottest days this summer - 115 degree day - one of our A/C units stopped blowing cold air. I went on Yelp and called All Around H&C. Luis gave us the best advise - "Turn Off the Unit Immediately!". Thank god because the next day when he came to our house he found that it was just a fuse and the capacitor. If we would have run the unit all night it would have burned out the compressor. My AC broke down yesterday. After reading reviews I selected this company. Louis came the next morning, and after 1 minute diagnosed the problem for free. He explained everything, and gave me the estimate for repairs. He advised me to call for few more estimates before selecting the best one. I selected him, and he came the next morning, installed brand new ac fan motor, inside blower motor, blower wheel blade, and added safety switches that I did not have before. Gave me 5 year warranty for parts and labor. AC works like brand new, blows at least 15%-20% cooler. I will be using this company for all future AC tune ups. I chose this company based on the good reviews, unfortunately I didn't have the same experience. Luis was a very nice guy and showed up on time the first day to look at my AC unit and give me a quote. He just never showed up to actually repair the unit. The first appointment his truck broke so we set up for the following day between 12-2. Around 5 I finally got ahold of him to ask if he was still coming out. He said yes, just running behind due to his truck breaking down the day before but he never showed. We then set up an appointment for a couple days out. Said he would be there at 9 am. Well after trying to reach him without success I finally called about her company at 2:00. They were there in 30 minutes and my unit was fixed a hour later. We were having an issue with our heater. We called super early because the temperatures were really cold and we had just brought our newborn baby home from the hospital. Luis called us back within 10 or 15 minutes. I told him to come on out and he arrived in the next hour. I wish all service techs were this honest AND quick! Unfortunately, as often is the case - when he got here the stupid heater started working. I assured him it was broken before and he said, it was probably the sensor. He cycled it through a couple of times to see if he could repeat the scenario we were experiencing. On the last time, the sensor failed and we knew he was right. He quickly replaced the sensor. And, by quickly, the entire appointment including the diagnosis probably took 25 or 30 minutes and it was repaired! We will be using All Around Heating and Cooling for any HVAC issues that come up in the future for sure. I wholeheartedly recommend them. read more

I have used Luis Jones and his company three times so far to perform $49.00 annual checkups (special on Angie's List with 1 free pound of Freon) of my AC system in 2015 - 2017 and was extremely satisfied with how knowledgeable Luis was and his low-key, no-pressure, try and keep your existing AC unit as long as you can approach to air conditioner repairs and maintenance. He is a rarity in the HVAC business - a truly honest man. With many years of experience in this line of work, he is clearly interested in saving his customers money which is in direct contrast to some other air conditioning serve providers (e.g., One Hour Air Conditioning, etc.) who are primarily interested in selling you a completely new HVAC system at a cost of about $5,000.00 or more every 10 years or so. When the fan above my compressor finally stopped rotating after 13 years of continuous use while initially tripping my breaker a few times, Luis was just man to install a new motor of somewhat higher capacity and durability (0.33 versus 0.25 horsepower on the original installation). I had called him the previous evening (06/22/2016) when my AC had unexpectedly shut down and my room temperature had inched upward into the low 80s, Luis always has the time to give advice and help troubleshoot the problem that you may be having. When my AC breaker had tripped once again the next morning, he came by around noon time that same day to restore the much missed cooling capability of my now idle air conditioner. Today (12/18/2017), I had Luis come by in the morning to check my now 23-year-old furnace and everything checked out fine, no need to purchase anything. Many - if not most - HVAC companies likely would have suggested that I consider purchasing something based on the age of my furnace. According to Luis Jones, the useful life of a furnace here in the Nevada desert is about 30 years and maintenance (a checkup) is really only needed once every 2-3 years. It's the air conditioning system that requires regular annual maintenance to avoid more significant repair and/or replacement costs. There was no charge at all for my furnace inspection today so I gave Luis some Christmas cake and wished him a very Merry Christmas instead. It should also be mentioned that Luis is a very enjoyable person to have around (apart from the fact that he is providing a service at a reasonable cost); he's a most interesting conversationalist. Luis, the owner, picked up the phone immediately, and after explaining my problem, drove over within 30 minutes. Bad news: I needed to replace my entire system (approximately 19 years old). It was brutally hot in my home and getting hotter by the minute. Luis contacted his team and made an appointment for them to come over four days later (the soonest available time). The repair guys had a 6 a.m. appointment time. They arrived exactly at 6 a.m. and spent the next 6 hours replacing my unit. My AC (1 of 3) went out on Thursday night. I sent a text to the guy who fixed my moldy bathroom, and asked for a referral. He referred me to Luis, and gave me his contact info. I text him right away and he got back to me surprisingly quick. He was at my house on Friday morning by 8am, and diagnosed the problem right away. I needed a new compressor, $2800. He was very patient as I took all day trying to find a way to afford it. I finally figured out a way to pay for it at around 9pm.
