Hired this company to move some things when our house went on the market. Next day I noticed one of…read moremy doors upstairs was taken completely off of the hinges. I contacted them informing them of the issue and i added that the house had a viewing later the same day. I was assured they would make it back out before the end of that day to assess the mishap. 5 days pass. I reach back out and was then told they would make it that day, but wasn't sure of a time frame. The door remained leaned up against the fame as they left it. I was never contacted again from the company, and ended up having to do it myself. I only leave honest reviews. Being a business owner, myself, reviews are a very big piece of the pie when it comes to growing and maintaining a solid foundation for your company.

Chandler (the owner) & his team completed our move from an apt to a home -We were so impressed by his performance & prompt response. We scheduled him later to move our furniture from Texas to Huntsville. He & his team flew to Texas, arranged U-Haul's& local mover help -then drove our furniture back and unloaded it while we were out of town. The rates for in-town and a cross country move were cheaper than other quotes we received. This company is professional, movers are polite & I highly recommend them.

Worst moving experience ever! Unprofessional engagement by Office employees, including making false statements about the process and threats to not deliver furniture. Driver and movers documented damage by Karr employees yet Karr has not responded to claim despite paying over $600 for "valuation coverage" for zero deductible on damaged items. Despite a few of their packers and the long-distance driver being polite and conscientious, I would not recommend using Karr Relocation.

My furniture was carefully wrapped when needed and many boxes moved, all with great attention and care. I highly recommend them for such a large move, and also for a smaller move they did for me. Prior to my big move, they also moved furniture for my mom into her new assisted living location. This was done quickly and with complete respect for the facility move-in requirements. I recommend Karr Relocations for any type of move.
