It's an older house with some problems, and the old AC units are a couple of the issues. There's a unit that's central for upstairs and one that's central for downstairs. Honestly, the units need to be replaced, but since my dad can't afford that, Tanner has done a great job at maintaining the units over the years. The ACs keep running with the multiple repairs he's done. Very easy to work with and helps stay within our budgets; highly recommended!
