I've called several called several times and it goes directly to voicemail. I've left several messages and no reply back. I've sent an email and nothing in return. When looking up their address, it doesn't give the complete address. It says "Real Road". I'm looking for someone who can fix my ice maker. My friend had this company come and fix his, which is exactly like mine. It's hard finding someone who specializes in ice makes. However, they are unresponsive. I'm only giving a bad rating in hopes someone would reach out and I can change my rating. Help! read more

When your washer floods your laundry room, you really appreciate the appliance business that not only does the job, but also does not hesitate to come back the next day for a MINOR adjustment. I really thought I was going to have to buy a new washer & despair started setting in. It's only when something stops working properly do we begin to appreciate our household appliances after we took them for granted. And this was a MAJOR inconvenience when not running at all. Laundry started piling up & I was happy they were able to help me get my house back to normal. My 92 year old dad is grateful too. read more

Do NOT fall for these reviews. This company is a total scam i scheduled a dryer repair for this past friday they sent a tech out by the name of Pedro Mauricio Morales. He came to my house & gave me a total price that was different then the price i was given over the phone which was red flag #1 however i really needed my dryer repaired so i ended up agreeing to having the repair done on Monday. On monday Pedro stated he fixed my dryer i stupidly paid him $110 cash for his service before checking if my dryer was working.. once he left i turned on the dryer & same issue i originally had. He told me i had to wait 24 hrs for it to "reset" it has been 2 days & the tech does not answer nor will this company return my phone call. Total scam do not trust these people in your home. Monday Pedro also mentioned that paramount appliance repair IS NOT LICENSED & that they are operating illegaly without a license. Wish i had know all of this before contacting this company to begin with. Do not trust this company sending a "professional technician " to your home save yourself the money & headache. read more

Excellent service!! My dryer and refrigerator died on me the same week. Raul was on time for the first appointment and early for the follow-up appointment! He was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Really affordable! My primary cost was parts, not labor. Dryer is working as good as new! I had to get a new fridge though. Raul was able to repair it, but he explained that the compressor was going out and it would be cheaper in the long run to get a new or used fridge, than invest $200+ for a part in a 10 year old fridge! Needed my dryer fixed. The dryer was very old and this was probably the 3rd time in its lifetime I had to have it fixed. He was very honest in saying that it would be cheaper to buy a new dryer than to fix the underlying issues. I asked if he could just fix it to get me through the end of the month, when I could get a new one. He was able to do that. Service was speedy. Appointment was made quickly. Roman scheduled a date and time to be at our house for a repair on our dryer. He never called or came. I called him several times and he would not answer and his phone was not set up to take a voice mail. After calling their office I was told he would call me and never did. I called their office back 30 minutes before they say they close and there was no answer. They can keep my $65.00 for the call out. I will go to a real company for repairs. read more

Great service! Friendly people and FAST repair. I had messaged Paramount through Yelp for a quote on repair and got back a very nice message suggesting we try one thing first before having them come out. Our refrigerator had been leaking water on and off and we didn't know why. We tried what they suggested and it didn't work so we called them and they came out the very next morning! The repairman was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the parts we needed with him and he was done in less than an hour! Very very affordable and we haven't had a problem since!! When I first texted about service & pricing, I got an instant response. The technician, Raul, came right on time for the appointment....and you all know how rare THAT is when you need a repair done. He was extremely friendly and pretty cool to chat it up with while he was repairing my dryer. He was out of the part it needed and had no problem racing downtown to pick another one up during rush hour traffic. Just as the previous review, this company is bounds and leaps above others I've used in the past. I too had the pleasure of having Raul as my tech. Not only was he on time he was professional, but he was explaining things along the way. I had several problems with my Maytag fridge, but he went through it pretty quickly and fixed it all in a timely manner. We had to order a whole new unit for the ice maker but only took a day to come in. He came and in about 30 minutes was done and has been working flawlessly the past few days. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely have them stored on my phone for future repairs. Had issues with our Dacor wall oven. Contacted several appliance repair places, and only Paramount works on Dacor appliances. The sent out a technician, Jonathan, to investigate and figure out what was wrong. He did a fantastic job! He was very friendly and professional. And more importantly, a very good troubleshooter. He went through piece by piece until he found the issue. Got online and ordered the part and came back 2 days later to install it and get the oven working. He did such a good job, we contacted Paramount again a few weeks later when our garage fridge went out. He had it fixed in less than an hour. My fiancé and I are impressed. We hired Paramount to fix a double oven from the 1970's. The technician was fast and friendly. When the replacement part finally arrived, the we missed the call and they left a voice mail telling us: 1) the part came in, 2) we'd like to schedule you for tomorrow at 10am, and 3) if you don't have time to call us back, text us at 661-XXX-XXXX to let us know if that time works for you. When it was time for my appointment, the technician called 20 minutes before arriving and then arrived when he said he would. Also, the technician would not take any money, he very kindly excused himself to take care of his next call and told me that I would receive a bill by email... The bill arrived within 10 minutes. This company is fast, efficient and knowledgeable. They use technology like text messaging and email billing to make my life easier. I will absolutely be using them again! read more

I was directed to Paramount by my warranty company. The repairman even came out on a weekend, he repaired our two wine refrigerators that we're having the same problem. When the warranty company needed more information than what I had I called the office and they worked with the warranty company to get them what they needed. I was reimbursed one o e of the claims and when I contacted the office again they took over working with the warranty company to get the claim settled. They are one of the easiest companies to work and will go out of their way to help you. read more

Well I can say a few good things about Paramount Repair. They arrived right on time and fixed my problem with the dryer. The repair guy was very knowledgeable about the problem with the dryer. I would have fixed it myself but I am recovering from leg surgery. This was a 12 dollar fuse on the dryer. The total cost was $100. Now I don't mind paying for the amount of time it took but for 30minutes, come on. I felt like I was taken. I could see paying $60 at the most. The work was completed and my dryer works. All I can say I was over charged for a $12 dollar part for the install. read more
