I came to All Car to get my bumper repaired after it was hit in a parking lot. It only took a couple of days to fix it (they even called me earlier than expected). I was very impressed with the customer service and I couldn't be happier with how my bumper turned out! To top it off, they cleaned my car (which it really needed!), including the tires. They are conveniently located down the street from an Enterprise Rental Car so it was super easy to walk there to get my rental car. Great start but things turned ugly quickly! Short version: Got rear-ended, they fixed the rear but there was noise coming rear-right. After spending a day not finding the issue, they said the noise is not related to accident and accused me of lying that the noise started after the accident... Long Version: My brand new BMW i3 (~1000 miles) got rear-ended and Mercury suggested me All Car Auto. Larry from All Car was accessible and helpful during the process, they quickly ordered parts and fixed the rear. The car seemed brand new again and I was happy. After driving the car for a while, I couldn't help but notice there was creaking noise coming from rear-right. If the road is smooth, the noise wasn't there but when it's bumpy it was easy to hear the loud annoying noise. I called All Car Auto again and got appointment. We drove the car with Larry and he agreed that noise was there so I left the car to him for a day. Later the day, I returned to pick up my car and Larry told me that they removed some parts and put them back again which didn't help with noise. He suggested me to call BMW and make an appointment, since it's a new car they should fix it. However, this wasn't right, why would BMW fix the issue connected to accident under warranty? He told me to not tell BMW anything about the accident, so they fix the problem under warranty. He basically suggested me to lie to them because of their incompetence to find the issue. After arguing more and saying that the noise wasn't there before the accident and it's there now, he even accused me of lying by saying "we don't know the noise was there before the accident". Then he called Mercury to close the claim because the noise wasn't connected to the accident! Luckily, BMW service found the issue which was in tailgate (and obviously connected to accident) and fixed it! So think about it, if BMW didn't fix the issue. I was going to end up living with annoying noise in my brand new BMW i3 unless I pay for the repairs out of pocket for the damage caused by an accident that I had no fault in. I am really impressed with this facility. I recently took my truck in for a repair, recommended by my insurance company. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Truly. I picked my vehicle today, they did an excellent job with the repairs AND they cleaned my whole truck. Inside and out. How wonderful!?! Once when someone backed gently into the back of our car and made a few scrapes, which were not bothersome enough to bother insurance; once to apply permacoat on a new car; and recently, to repair the back fender after someone backed into it, an insurance claim. After shopping around, All Auto gave a better quote, so I went to them. The car was fixed on time and no problem. A year later, someone ran into my car, Took it back to All Car again. I have used All Car Body Shop for several years now. My mechanic recommended the shop to me. I also rely on Yelp to give honest reviews for any given company when making my decision. Knowing how busy car repair shops are, I called ahead to make an appointment for the estimate. After the owner Larry, evaluated the damage, I was given a printout for the repairs plus costs. I found it acceptable so I made an appointment to have the work done. The body shop has a Hertz car rental agency in the building so I was able to rent a car for the day while my car was being repaired. My 2010 Prius was smashed up a bit by an illegal u-turner (bummer) and I knew to take it to All Car as they had helped me a few years back with another car, and I had a great experience. This time was no different. I came in without an appointment and Larry happily gave me an est. When it was time to fix it, they kept me in the loop and took care of me as though I were a friend. When I picked up my car, it looked like new and was perfect then a few weeks later it had a bizarre electrical issue that no one could figure out. The car door sensor wouldn't turn off, so I was driving around with a beeping that nearly drove me insane. I went back to Larry and despite it not being an issue that was their fault, they went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong. The dealer was going to charge me 180$ an hour to try and determine this mystery and Larry did it for free. He even had his expert car electrician come out to help and again did not charge me. Thankfully the beeping has stopped but my appreciation for Larry, Amy and the whole crew at All Car will keep me referring them and using them for any auto-body issues that I have in the future. I had some damage to my door and a few other spots on my Nissan 350Z. I was worried about seeing remnants of the repair job after it was done, but it was flawless, perfect curves like new... They are definitely a bit pricey, but were very straightforward/helpful and worked with my insurance company, so if you want a job well done, I would recommend these guys! WOW!! ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My new 2017 Mazda CX-5 in a special Red color got hit from behind in August. I went to Chilton Auto Body and they could not get the color correct when re-painting the bumper. I decided to try All Car and I am so happy they were able to match the color perfectly! Rod and the paint team took the time to practice different techniques to adjust the manufacturer color code in order to more accurately match the rest of my car. They painted a small section of the bumper and scheduled time for me to come in and give my input on what I liked and did not like about it. They then created a custom color for me, knowing the insurance company would probably not pay for it. I came in a second time to look at the custom color and gave it the stamp of approval. They then painted the new bumper that color AND gave my whole car a wax! WOW! I have been starring at my bumper for a couple weeks now and it is perfect!!! Great customer service! I really like their mannerism, attitude, and professionalism and that goes with all their staff. I had a bad experience with Chilton a couple of years ago both with the quality of work and customer service so I was not sure about this place - thought all auto body shops would be the same.
