I brought my Honda Accord in and I was really pleased at the job they did and the time they did it in. They really did an awesome job getting my car back to looking like new. George was really helpful in explaining the work to be done and they made working with a slow-poke insurance company much less stressful. They have a Hertz on site which is very convenient as well. This is the worst autobody shop ever. I took my car 4 times so they can fix the bumper that kept popping out everytime I would go over a speed bump. They did not hesitate to take my money as soon as they had the chance. Everytime I took it back they did not care to fix it. The person that handled my case was Larry. He was trash and did not care about getting my car fixed. I'm really disappointed and would never go back to these liars and theifs. Please people this is my first time writing a review. We had a broken side view mirror which was something of a safety issue because it has one of those blind spot indicators built into it. I took the car in to All Car in the afternoon. Larry immediately ordered the part and then had the new mirror installed by noon the following day. Terrific service at a fair price. These folks are GREAT!! I had to get the roof of my car painted as it was all ugly and old looking. Also got it detailed since it was there. These guys are awesome! While an accident is never a good thing, it is good to know that you have a neighborhood repair shop that you can trust. The estimate process was very quick & easy (and accurate... whoa...), they had a rental car waiting for pickup on the drop-off day, gave updates throughout the entire process, and even stayed late since we forgot to fill up the rental car with gas. The repair work was well done, with original Honda OEM parts no less, and the car was immaculate when we picked it up. Wow what a great experience! I got in a fender bender, so of course I was having a rough/stressful day. All Car helped make fixing my situation a breeze. When I arrived they were ready for me, polite and were able to get me a rental car delivered right to the shop. (I thought I was going to have to walk a mile to the car place). All the staff I encountered were friendly, even though it was the end of the day near closing time, they made sure I was accommodated and taken care of. After my car was dropped off, Larry emailed me updates the next day and periodically until my repair was finished. When it was finally complete he called me and let know, they also communicated with my insurance company (AAA) and handled the entire process taking it off my hands and relieving me the stress of doing so. When I arrived to pickup my car, it looked like new! Larry even had the team remove some old sticker residue that had been on my vehicle since I had purchased as a finishing touch. Again the staff was friendly, polite and helpful through and through. Hopefully my car wont need anymore work, but if it does, I know where I am going. All Car does a great job, I felt I got a complete and comprehensive job as well as being well informed throughout the whole process.

Minor rear end damage during stop and go on the 101. Got two other quotes with one being double that of All Car and on top of that, the "doubler" included a written comment that repair costs may be significantly higher if there was any structural damage under the car. I could understand how that would be possible for a moderate to severe collision, but my bumper was clearly only barely damaged. Any way, my wife collected all three estimates and I visited All Car to go over what they would plan to do. They kept it simple and it made sense to me. Friendly and straight-forward service. They said it would take 2 days and they came through. They even washed my car. I love my beautiful bumper! read more

For some reason, my silver Passat is a target and has now been hit by others at least 3 times! Someone told me about All Car, and they have done a great job on it, each time working with the insurance of the people who hit me. The last time I needed to take it in was due to my son pulling part of the bumper off while pulling out of a parking spot. We paid directly and Larry worked with us to fix it at a reasonable price. All Car strung me along for a MONTH! Needed some body work done to my 1970 Cutlass. All Car informed me that they worked on classic cars and had tons of experience doing so. So, Rod (owner) instructed me to have my car towed there and expect an estimate within two days. I received my estimate 2 weeks later! OK, a bit slow on the estimate...no big deal. To make a long unhappy month long story short...after a month of waiting, Rod informed me that they did not "want" to work on my car. Rod said that they usually preferred the 2-3 turnaround quick jobs like Honda's and Toyota's and did not want to bother with doing the work on an older car. When I asked why I wasn't informed of this during our initial conversation, when I was instructed to have my car towed there, Rod simply said, "I'm sorry I don't want to do the job." This could have easily been communicated to me during our first conversation or the day I had my car towed there. He even did a walk through of my car, with me present, explaining everything that had to be done. Additionally, the estimate provided was outrageously overpriced. To add insult to injury, when I went to pick up my car it was completely filthy! Covered in dust and debry from all of their other jobs. No customer deserves to be strung along for a MONTH! I couldn't even have my car completed in time for the summertime. Complete waste of time and poor business.... read more

Had to bring in my commuter car after an accident. On the positive side, I thought they did a very good job with the repair, and once they started, they were done in a couple days. They worked with my insurance company, and it was pretty painless from that aspect. The big negative to me, was that it took forever to get the repair work started. I think it was at least 3 weeks between the time I first got the work approved, to when the work actually got started. I guess I was lucky the car was still driveable during that waiting period. Granted, there were issues with getting parts, and apparently there were issues with them getting the right insurance approvals, but it felt like I had to keep after them to figure out why things weren't moving. I thought their customer service/communications was lacking. All in all, however, I'd rather have a mechanic who knew what they were doing and did a good job (as these guys did) with some communications/timing issues (of course I say this in hindsight now that the work is all done, and probably not what I would have said a couple weeks ago when I was frustrated and wanted to get my car back and take it to another shop - thankfully I didn't). read more
