Our car was brought there by a towing company, (may or may not be affiliated with the shop - very close to same name, but shop swore they weren't the same AND we were charged for the tow), to have the wrong fuel pumped out. Had we known at the time that it was being brought to THIS shop, we would have argued with the tow truck driver... The initial estimate was for appx $100, the final bill, without any additional estimate given, was over $900! At no time were we contacted about the additional costs prior to completion of the repairs. HORRIBLE business practices! Do NOT take your car here! Employees are disinterested in you, as though you're inconveniencing them, and have no ability to communicate between each other. The mechanic operates in terms of generalities. This is a terrible business. The place is a scam. My car is in worst shape then before I took it there. The work they said would be done was not or very poorly done. I came with a simple problem, which they mostly fixed, but left with two others and a car missing half of its bolts. They literally hijacked my car starting with a tow job. I asked them to tow my car 2 miles to a shop in Seattle. First, they were 12 hours late getting to my car (I was working so I didn't care at the time). They said the intended shop was closed, so instead of calling me they took my car to their own Federal Way shop some 30 miles away. Then the sweet talk started. They enticed me with a low price that ultimately ended up 4x the original quote. They are nice until you pay, then every possible problem "was there before we got the car." The worst though is when they deny reality. I brought my car back because it was leaking fluid REAL BAD (fyi, the original problem was a cooling problem which they supposedly fixed). After looking at the car for about an hour he said there is no leak. When I came back to pick up my car I had to put fluid in it because it had all leaked out on to the ground and there was a huge puddle... Not leaking eh? The front guy (Mike I think) said they can look into it, but the shop warranty doesn't cover any problem that was there before they got the car, which was his way of saying I am about to charge you a second time to try and fix your car.... I left with my car leaking fluid and setting off the check engine light. I am calling the BBB, but that probably won't do a thing. DON'T GO TO THESE GUYS. read more

First of all I took my truck in because it wasn't running. They changed the fuel pump module, fuel filter, and a new battery. This cost me $925 and did not even fix my truck. They tell me to put a MAF sensor and change the spark plugs and wires, "that should work" they said. Well, it didn't! Buyer beware, they rebuilt our transmission and did not put our wheels back on properly, We got a 2nd opinion and our wheels were almost off our car. We are lucky that a major car accident was not caused by their lack of repair. When we asked them to remedy this situation they got defensive and did not want to fix our car properly. After we brought our car in to get the rack and pinion fixed we had to wait 2 weeks for them to get back to us. In the mean time the price quote kept ranging from $1500 down to $600 and back up every time we talked to "big mike". We get the car back, 2 days later the 2 front tires are flat (probably unrelated) and the steering is making the same noises and locks up. Take it into Firestone for the new tires and they tell us not only in the rack and pinion still broken (they originally pointed it out) but it looks as if they welded the old part back together. We paid for all new parts, and 3 or more hours of labor, we recieved no new parts and maybe 15 mins worth of welding. Why weld a broken high stress part, idk? Either way we paid for services not rendered. Now we try to have them pay the tow costs to get this unsafe to drive car to them, they wont. They also want us to pay for another diagnosis of the car lol. Now that the car company we purchased the car through is paying for the tow they will not answer or return any of our calls. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My dad broke down on I-5 north at exit 163. His destination was exit 169, five miles away. He called a tow truck and they arrived and said he could take it to a full service shop they had a partnership with that was 10 minutes away. Not being from Seattle my dad agreed, although he originally wanted it towed to University VW/Audi about 5 miles away. The tow truck driver drove my dad and his car to Kent, WA to All City Auto Repair about 30 miles away in the wrong direction. When we arrived there the office manager said he can have the car looked at in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later the car had not been looked at and we asked again. He sternly told us to be patient than rather harshly said "Can you guys wait 5 minutes?". At that point we said, call the tow truck and take it to University VW/Audi. The office manager quoted us another $130. When we arrived to University VW/Audi the tow truck driver charged us $160 and wouldn't budge. These guys are liars and cheats and I would not go there. I checked there website and they have the BBB (Better Business Bureau) logo on the webpage, I visited the BBB website and confirmed they are not accredited with the BBB but use the logo. I don't know anything when it comes to cars, but this place doesn't even deserve 1 freaking star. If only I knew, but at the time I was panicking about my car and didn't care where my car got towed too. The guy quoted me 2,500 for a new engine so I asked if I can do monthly payments. He told me that I can without saying any fine print (which I didn't know about until I got my car back) so I just gave them the go to get started because he said I can pay monthly. From there, I called everyday to check up on my car and then everyday became 3 weeks and they couldn't give me much info on my car! Absolutely redonkulous. The day I went to pick up my car, the total was almost 6gs. I was stunned!!!! But of course they would jip someone like me. Anyway, they wouldn't let me take my car until I paid on the spot! What about monthly payments you ask? They wanted me to pay $2500 that day and $900 for the next 3 months. Wow, you got to be kidding me! So we paid the whole thing on credit. Took my car and drove all the way home when I noticed my steering wheel was hard to turn. Apparently the steering fluid was leaking after they fixed it so I called and they told me to come back in. I did and all they did was pour more steering fluid which only lasted a week. My car never had this problem before it broke down so it's their fault because it happened right after I picked it up and drove home, but now they are telling me that it can't go under my 1 year warranty? Oh and BTW my air conditioner no longer works either! They already charged me enough! I don't think I need to pay anything!!!! Please don't come here, it'll save you from trouble. read more
