Beyond that, Erika was sitting at the front desk and was the first person I ran into. Which is wild to me, since most car dealership GMs aren't that easily accessible or reachable. When I asked how much longer my car would be in service for a simple service, one of the guys told me the mechanic working on my car was on lunch. Almost 3 hours! The shop I used to go to was too far out since I've moved and would only take an hr or less. Second time I came in hopes of maybe having a better experience, I was wrong again! In 2 hours, they were able to do an oil change and suggested new wipers. Which I agreed to it, but found out... they never changed my wipers. My old ones were still on there. How do I know? Because they're mismatched when I replaced one, and both were still mismatched the same way I came out of the shop. Waste of time and money. Avoid at all cost.
