Love, love, love All Clean Maintenance (and Edwin and Carlos). They came out and spent all day -- 9am to 5pm -- on my normal suburban house, cleaning the gutters, power washing the exterior, cleaning the windows (inside and out)... even wiping down my window sills and stopping to clean a giant mirror in my bedroom streaked with kids' fingerprints. Not only does my house look like it is newly painted, but the windows are crazy clear. I've already had two neighbors walk past and compliment their work and they only left earlier this evening. They came when they said they would, were extremely detail-oriented and conscientious, and just very pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend them and will use them again. read more

He never contacted us & never showed up. He sounded nice on the phone, the reviews were good, yet no follow through. We arranged our entire day around this. Disappointed. read more

Edwin & Carlos did a great job washing the exterior of the house and installing bird spikes. It was a difficult job because of the height of the house -- not only did they break out the big ladders, for hard to reach nooks, they rappelled from the rooftop! I contacted Edwin to clean debris from a few gutters that I could not reach and our roof. He picked up the phone the first time I called him on Thanksgiving Day, no less. Luckily, he had just finished another job, and came over within 15 minutes. He was able to squeeze us in right then, and while in the process of cleaning my gutters found that my downspouts were clogged. He thoroughly cleaned them unlike the guys I had used last year. We really presented Edwin and his crew with a big challenge. Huge 8'x4' windows on three sides of a room, that hadn't been cleaned for at least ten years-and they're four stories up! Also included were a number of stained glass clerestory windows-even higher up. I still don't know how they did it. Somehow Edwin and his outstanding crew made our windows look brand new. They far exceeded our hopes, and the guys not only did a great job at a very fair price on a very difficult job. I still often do a double take when I walk into the living room, thinking that the glass must have fallen out of the frame. The All Clean crew was a delight to have in our home. They treated everything with respect and were polite and unobtrusive. If they hadn't had another job to get to, I would have asked them to stay for dinner. Edwin and his business, All Clean Maintenance are fantastic. My wife and I have used them once a year before the holidays for the last few years to do a full, deep clean of the outside of the house. We have always been impressed with the results, but I was home during the work this year, and now know why everything looks so great! Edwin and Carlos are meticulous! They scrub and power wash every detail of the house. They were at the house for a good 5 or 6 hours today removing cobwebs; washing the walls, sills, steps and patio; cleaning the windows, clearing out the gutters, and even cleaning out our gross garbage, compost and recycling bins! Edwin Estrada has been cleaning our windows for over 10 years. Enough said?! He and his brother Carlos and crew Manuel are all the good things that the other reviews indicate and on top of all that, are well-spoken and remember the job particulars from the last time. We have very finicky ancient roof tiles that break if you look at them. They made thick foam shoe covers which work perfectly (are pretty cartoony!) Also, we have a window which is very water spotted due to ferns hanging over it and Edwin always brings a special solvent for it. We had one issue one time where Carlos and Manuel were not available that day and a commercial job window cleaner came instead. Bad idea as he did not wipe the squeegee at the bottom of the window. Edwin saw the problem, took him off the job and rescheduled another day after a couple hours of wasted work, no charge. They are reasonable and in fact, better priced than all the other guys who have bid the job throughout the years... read more
