After sitting through several sales pitches from large companies I contacted to replace our aging HVAC system, I feel fortunate that I took the advice of a friend and called All Climate Systems. We met with Tom the production manager and he thoroughly explained what HVAC options were available to us at different efficiency ratings and at various price levels. Upon choosing a system that met our particular needs, an installation date was scheduled. On the morning of the install Audy, the owner and installer for All Climate Systems, promptly arrived with his team Connor and Victor. They proceeded to work tirelessly and efficiently until the project was completed by early afternoon. The team cleaned up the space and left it looking better than before they began. My research indicated that the installation was the key to the success of all HVAC systems, regardless of the brand. Audy is a perfectionist, which is evidenced by his craftsmanship and the pride he takes in his work. Audy thoroughly explained what was installed, and how the new thermostat functioned. Tom completed/submitted all warranty documents required by Bryant to ensure our system was fully warranted. Tom also completed/submitted the forms Excel Energy required from us to receive a heating and cooling rebate. Audy and Victor came over to look at my broken furnace, and then checked my A/C. There was no pressure at all - they found the problem with the furnace and recommended a new A/C. They did warn that costs went up due to tariffs on metal, but they also persuaded me that we needed a new A/C. They came over on August 19, 2016 and installed the new furnace housing and A/C. They were here over 6 hours, and the service was simply stellar. These guys, and this company, know what they are doing. They are competent, walk you through each repair, and are fair in pricing. And they are simply the nicest, most personable repair people I've ever encountered! They then walked my wife through the house, coaching her (and through her, correcting me!) that all the vents should remain open, and otherwise how to get the most out of the furnace and the A/C. Another huge things they did was, for free, they added an additional slab to the A/C unit outside, and reconstructed the furnace, allowing for a new filter entry as well. They even offered a new thermostat, for free. I couldn't be happier with All Climate Systems. They knew what they were doing, gave a fair estimate, and were really nice people. My experience with All Climate Systems, LLC; Tom, Audy and team was very pleasant. They replaced my aged A/C and Furnace. They worked in a crowded area but did it professional, very respectfully and in a timely manner. However, the aging air duct connected to the furnace did not handle the power of the new units well. After I had an aged water conditioner removed, the crew had a bit more space to work in. The air duct had to be replaced with a newer larger model. In order to do that, the water heater had to be drained and moved. That meant even more work. They used new awesome hard ware on the water heater. Beautiful !!! The new air duct was put in place and looks so pretty and shinny. It is like a magical makeover for the new heating, cooling system area. I won't be taking the warmth or coolness of my home for granted. I witnessed the hard work of a professional team do their magic. They all worked together so amazingly well. All Climate Systems is a 5-star business - the reviews are on point and a big reason we selected them. Tom came out to our home and provided very helpful information, specific to our needs. He was extremely personable, courteous, and honest in relating options, with fair and competitive prices. We received other bids, much much higher and also lower - though no company was as thoughtful, respectful, and as timely as ACS, which is why we decided to go with them. When our furnace again malfunctioned (second time, fixed by another vendor) before the date I had chosen for ACS to replace our furnace and A/C units, they immediately responded and got it done for us the vacation week before Christmas 2018 - on their own personal time, and at no additional cost, which seemed above and beyond. We recently had our furnace go out in the dead of winter (last night it was only 4degrees out). My partner had called Rocky Mountain Electric Plumbing and HVAC. They charged us $200 just to come out and look at our furnace. He then quoted us a repair anywhere from $1800-2300 and stated we needed 3 different parts replaced. I had remembered that we used All Climate Systems this summer to get a new AC unit and they were awesome, so I gave Audy a call for a second opinion. He asked me a few questions over the phone and was able to successfully diagnose the problem without even seeing my furnace. It was a completely different part than any that Rocky Mt had said needed to be fixed, so if we would have went with them, I would have literally paid thousands of dollars and still would not have a working furnace. Our 24-year old furnace went out last week and with a newborn at home we needed help fast. Audy came over within an hour to take a look. Since then for the past 14 years he's done maintenance on my furnace, AC, humidifier, thermostat and installed a new water heater. He's always been very honest, professional and reasonably priced. Yesterday my furnace went out. His tech Carlos called when on his way and arrived when scheduled. He explained and showed me in detail what was wrong. He had to search and drive a long way to pick up a replacement motor for my odd model furnace. Audy himself called me to give me status that they found one in stock in town! My step daughter just purchased a home in Aurora. It is a small home built in 1948. The existing furnace was installed in 1984 and leaking CO2 badly. Assigned the task of finding a HVAC company I received 3 bids. Tom Vasselli of All Climate is the only person who gave a professional bid. He is the only one who surveyed the windows in the home and did a true load calculation. He is the only one who did a professional presentation of 4 options at 4 different efficiency and price levels. Yesterday, the owner of the company (Audi) showed up at 7 AM with 2 team members. During the early July heatwave here in CO, my elderly in-laws A/C died. It had just been filled with freon the month before but was no longer working again. I called several HVAC contractors and most didn't answer or even return my call. The ones that did answer were booked out for over a week just to come take a look. Audy answered his phone and I explained the situation. I'm glad he did answer! Audy was able to come take a look at the unit the next day, he already explained that we'd likely need an new outdoor unit due to the leak. Audy was able to replace the outdoor unit 3 days later. We had All Climate install a new AC for us. We wanted a 1400 seer Daiken AC and because they did not have it and couldn't get it at that time. Tom the production manager, said they would upgrades us to a 1600 Daiken AC, for the price of the 1400. That in itself is rare and says something good about their character! They sent the techs to our house to get the install started and then the owner, Audy came for the final install. Which was such a big reassurance and a relief for us. Audy explained everything to us and we didn't feel like we were being taking advantage of. All Climate was the most profession, honest and upfront contractor we have had. These guys are all around good people. From our initial bid and through installation I felt at ease with Tom and his team. The pricing for our new furnace and air conditioner were very competitive, and even beat several of the other bids. After signing a contract and it was easy to schedule, it was also easy come installation day. When I went to leave to take my son to preschool, Audy and the installation team helped shovel a path through the driveway before I even got out to start shoveling. They just knew I had to leave and did it. My furnace was on its last leg and quit working and my AC was improperly installed by the the previous homeowner. Audy, Tom, and the team came out quickly and gave me an honest estimate on the work needed and were very professional. When the day came to replace the whole system they were here on time (if not a few minutes early) and were in and out by lunch. I had estimates from other companies that weren't nearly as professional and on top of things and ACS's prices were as good or better than theirs so I was happy with what I paid. I shopped around for a furnace replacement in the peak season in January, and Tom Vasselli from All Climate Systems stood head and shoulders above the others who gave me quotes. He diagnosed that the previous furnace was too large and explained sizing, then presented me with several options for replacement.
