We woke up to a blank thermostat this morning and it was chilly! I started calling pulling places up and All Climate was the only one already open, I left a message, and they called me back less than 5 minutes later! The gentleman who answered the phone (I wish I'd gotten his name) kindly talked us through a few things that may be causing the issue and sure enough, it was a simple fix he guided us through over the phone and everything's in working order again! They could have hoodwinked us and said someone needed to come out and charged us out the wazoo but they the time to talk us through the simple fix free of charge! We sought three quotes for our furnace and All Climate was very competitive with the alternatives. The team worked quickly and professionally. I'm still a little shocked at how rude and unprofessional this company is. They scheduled an appointment to fix my heater and then called at the last minute to cancel. They said they didn't want to work on the furnace after another company had worked on it (who couldn't let fix it). The owner said he was scared to work on it because they might ruin the furnace. So now we don't have heat and we have to look for a new company. Save yourself the headache and keep looking. read more

Not only did they diagnose the problem with my heater, they showed me areas where there was leaking from the beginning when the unit was installed 4 years ago. We have contacted Audy on multiple occasions and got to know Audy's work through a Sears order we placed approximately 10 years ago. Since then Audy and his company have been our go to company for any HVAC issues. Audy and All Climate Systems have installed 2 furnaces for us (rental property and current house) any now they replaced the AC in our current house. On top of this our extended family has also used Audy for their HVAC needs. Not once have I felt taken advantage off by Audy or All Climate Systems. I find their work to be trustworthy and many times they fix problems the old installs had. Regarding the AC install we just had done a month ago, the experience working with All Climate Systems was fantastic from start to finish. After meeting with Tom, we scheduled our install for a Wednesday. The team showed up at 7am and began work right away. They were fast and efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would say they were done by 10am. After the AC install, Tom provided additional details on how to operate the new ecobee thermostat we had installed. I had to replace a 20 year old furnace and wanted to get some quotes. I called All Climate Systems and they came over within the week. Steve was great in explaining what I currently have, the newer options available, and their features. He gave quotes on 3 different units. Mary at All Climate was very friendly and helpful and got me a quote quickly to replace my induced draft blower. The technician came within the time window specified, was professional and replaced it quickly. The blower had a bent shaft and the impeller had chewed through the housing. read more

They took the time to answer my questions and discuss our options, all without being condescending or snide. Since I have a 114-year-old row house, the venting system is not ideal and the working space is cramped. I called All Climate Systems because the air conditioner in my fiancé's home was not blowing cold and it was nearly 100 degrees outside. Prior to scheduling a service call they spent about 15 minutes on the phone troubleshooting the system and we determined that the air filter had not been changed in 6 months so the system was freezing up. I changed the filter and now it is running perfectly. They saved me the cost and inconvenience of a service call. With service like this I can't imagine calling anyone else! read more

We had our furnace and AC unit installed about a year and a half ago and had no problems until recently, the AC suddenly stopped working and our house temperature went over 80 degrees - it was miserable! This was on a Sunday so I had to call first thing in the morning on Monday and they were booked, however Steve said he would try his best to see if someone was able to get over here if they finished a job early. We were surprised when we got a call a short time later saying the company owner himself was coming over between 10 & 11am - and he very promptly showed up at 9:57am. He went through a basic checklist and turns out... my father had unplugged the power and forgot to plug it back in! We had a good laugh and he continued to clean the unit and re-charge it all at no extra cost. I am so pleased with All Climate and grateful for the quick response from Steve and the owner. My older AC was not keeping up its cooling with the rising heat outside so I called these folks and was very happy with the thoroughness of my tech. They aren't the cheapest but they also did not oversell or charge more than i thought was fair for the work and product . We were amazed how much better the old AC now keeps us cool.
