The plaster was peeling, several tiles were missing, and tree roots had cracked the coping and started lifting the surrounding concrete. We also had an old automatic pool cover system built into the pool, which made the whole project a lot more complicated. From the first meeting, Jessi was great to work with. He explained everything clearly, kept us updated throughout the project, and helped us through the permit process. He was also incredibly patient while we took our time choosing the tile and finishes. We never felt pressured, and he always made sure we were comfortable with every decision. Every crew showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up before leaving each day. You could tell everyone took pride in their work. When everything was finished, it honestly felt like we had a brand-new pool.
