It's They are terrible people at this vet- don't even go there if you are looking for kindness, compassion, reason, human decency, and respect. So disrespectful, especially the front office staff- there's like two people that are absolutely horrible, not sure why they work there. They come across like they completely hate their job and hate humans, but perhaps they do love animals, but they really hate the caretakers over those animals.

Three hours later it was still bleeding so I wanted her checked. The staff told me to bring her right away even though they were busy, that they would see her, although I may have to wait. When we arrived we were greeted right away. They took her in immediately and she was checked by the vet (I didn't get the name). Less than 5 minutes later the tech returned and said that Bree was OK and didn't need sutures. She offered to let us stay for a while if we wanted to moniter her, but we opted to take her home. The entire visit went smoothly and quickly. Plus the icing on the cake was that there was NO CHARGE for the visit! Everyone was pleasant courteous and professional. I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic for anyone who has a minor or major pet problem. Thanks to all!

It'd be nice if you could choose the day your pet gets sick, but three days a week is no way to run a veterinary business. The blood tests need to be sent out; but they will run tests in house, for more $. It's a shame to see such a great veterinary center go downhill. I have moved on to another vet. This is a follow up to my review of 2020, when I first brought my pets to Dr. Korten and was very happy.

The service we received from the people at Home Sweet Home (HSH) Pet Care went above and beyond our expectations. The people who operate this family owned business are both extremely professional and very down to earth. To start, the owners came to our house for a free consultation to meet us and meet our cat, to establish a level of comfort and make sure all the logistics would be fine. We really appreciated the time they took to come meet our pet and us before the first visit. We loved the fact that upon each home visit, we got a personalized e-mail as well as a picture of our little guy! It gave us a great level of comfort that not only was our cat getting what he needed but that the people looking after him actually cared. When we returned, our pet area was cleaner than when we left and we could tell that great care was taken with our pet and with our home. We don't have a good frame of reference for pricing for pet services but we thought the cost of the pet visit was a steal to begin with and then when we saw the high level of service, we could not have been more satisfied. Finally we were impressed with HSH's credentials, they have a long list of referrals and are fully insured / bonded etc. For such a small family owned company the service was really first class. We know HSH would be perfect for your pet care needs. We did not use them for pet supplies but they also have an online pet store (I think they might deliver for free if you have in-house pet services) which could be convenient.

The phone call I made to let them know I was coming, was with an unprofessional receptionist who was totally unsympathetic and a carefree attitude. I was met by a very nice tech and vet, who were very swift with putting my pup out of her misery, even though it was a cold, brightly lit room, not peaceful at all for me. However, I couldn't afford the cremation right away and I was told I would have to take her home. I asked if they would put her in something and I was told yes, but they handed me her wrapped in an old towel and told me to put her in the freezer. I was devastated hearing this. Not only did I not have a freezer large enough, but I would have to wait five days to get the money together for cremation. Thankfully, on Monday, my regular vet took her in and took very good care of her until cremation. I've always said good success using this hospital, but this hurt my heart.
