I've been taking my cat Shredder to All Fur Love for several years and they are SOOO great with him! He's a shy kitty and does not like leaving the house, but he always comes back from them in a great mood and they always give him wonderful haircuts. I can tell by his demeanor that they treat him very well. He normally gets a lion cut but this time I requested a cat mullet and they did a fantastic job. Our dog had scabs between her shoulder blades and above her hips. The first time I brought her to this groomer I did not make the connection and thought she got into something in the back yard. After the second grooming she had the same thing. Clearly they brushed so hard she had damage to her skin. She looked and smelled wonderful, the people are friendly, but we will be looking for a new groomer. read more

I am changing my review. This is based on Professionalism. There was a post in a Doodle Group regarding grooming. I made a comment regarding my Poodles groomer no longer being there and that the shop still has yet to call. That i would show up on Sat. And his groomer would not be there. Very unprofessional. I woke to a voice message starting off that I was talking crap and ending it I can not make appt to call to cancel. YES! I called and cancelled. I would NOT bring my Poodle for a grooming to someone or shop that talks to people like that. How would my Poodle be treated?! To go in to talking about another Groomer...AGAIN is NOT ok either, especially when I don't even know who Marisa is nor has she ever groomed MY Poodle. We have two rough collies that are professionally groomed on a regular basis. For ten years we followed a very skilled groomer from one business to the next in order to keep our dogs with a familiar person we could trust. Sadly, she ghosted her clients in late 2022 and we only found out after driving all the way there for our monthly appointment because she did not leave client contact info available to the business.That's when Marissa stepped in and offered to take over caring for our boys. Rough collies are a lot of work, but Marissa is very skilled at making our boys look fabulous! One of our boys has skin allergies. Marissa takes extra care to ensure that he is washed and dried very thoroughly, and he always comes out with skin that is soothed. She personally offered to groom my corgi, walked me through her routine, made sure everything I wanted done was done and even sent a photo of the deshedding that was done (which is upmost importance with a corgi). Staff is friendly and great with dogs. I bring both my dogs here, a pug and a border collie mix and they are great at getting their nails short which has been tough in the past with the pug since they hate their feet being touched. Just make sure that you call ahead to book an appointment, they do not accept walk ins. Pricing is great! read more

I had an appointment at 7:00 a.m. Zoe failed to show up for my appointment. Haven't heard anything. Her shop couldn't even get ahold of her. My hair dresser had the same issue with her appt. I gave her thinking stuff happens, but really. Did I say my appt was at 7AM This crew is phenomenawent above and beyond to make things right. I want to thank Marissa for doing a great job! They treated our dog wonderfully but after about two years they were too busy to groom our dog. We called in February while our groomer was on vacation and were told first available was in July (regardless that we were a returning customer). We were also told that we could talk directly with the groomer about her schedule and getting in earlier. The groomers are reportedly in charge of their own schedules. We left a message for her when she returned and made more calls after her return date. No one ever called us back. We were totally unvalued. No business is worth the way we were treated. read more

i can NOT say it enough . i highly recommend Marissa . she's always great with my 2 shithead corgis . i will make the drive out there from south reno , since she it the ONLY groomer i trust with my babies . marissa is great with communication and she always keeps me updated . i appreciate her and all her work . she's beyond patient with blossom and charlie even when they put up a fight to cut their nails . she accommodates to blossom with using a nail file dremel since thats the only way we can get her nails cut . my gremlins always leave with a sanitary cut , cute bandannas and doggy cologne . marissa is always willing to try new things hence the corgis heart butt . marissa is the bestest hands down ! read more

Today, my landlords poodle mix. "Abby", chased two birds over a weed-strewn cliff. Uninjured but covered in burrs and foxtails, I grabbed her up and took off for All Fur Love. I have only recently become a customer there once before with my mini-Pom "Mitzy". They remembered me, they knew the poodle wasn't my dog, and agreed to get "Abby's" problem squeezed in as best they could. They were buried with work, all tables working, but agreed to squeeze in Abby, today. Amazing effort on there part. All Fur Love is my groomer, till I or Mitzy leave this world, Period. Remembering my dog and myself after only one visit impresses me, and though buried they were willing to take on Abby's problem. We were satisfied with the grooming up until the last year. After the last two grooming we have had to take our dog to the vet within a week of service. Once because the groomer ruptured one of his anal glands and this week because he was yelping due to a sore neck and shoulder. So after $900 in vet fees we will be looking for another groomer.
