Warning.... Do not take your dog to All Fur Love for grooming in Washington!! I scheduled an appointment for a hair and nail trim for my small Pomeranian Chihuahua. Today when I showed up I explained I wanted her hair shaped and trimmed and nails done. 2 hours later they called me and said she was ready. When I showed up they had a bandana tied around her neck covering the front. Which I thought was weird because they never have done that before. But my dog seemed happy and I paid for the service and left. When I got home I took off the bandana and noticed they shaved a patch of hair off of her neck and there is a huge chunk of hair missing down to the skin. I immediately knew why they put the bandana on her to cover up their mistake. I called All Fur Love and asked to talk to the groomer. I explained what I found and told her I was very disappointed that they weren't honest with me when I picked her up. They tried to hide it and covered it up without saying anything. The groomer denied making any mistake or trying to cover it up and claimed the dogs hair was like that when she got there! Are you kidding me? It most definitely wasn't. I told her I don't appreciate being lied to and expected a full refund and to talk to the owner. She then claimed to be the owner and refused to admit any wrongdoing. They did eventually refund me for the cost of the appointment, but I am so disappointed in how they handled this! If they were honest when I showed up and said that there was an accident and showed me the damage, I would have been understanding. But to lie and say her hair was like that when she came is just dishonest and shameful. I will not be going back to this business and either should you! read more

Update: Not only was my experience at this so-called grooming salon horrible, but they've also completely ignored my review--just like they ignored my concerns when they butchered my dog's haircut and sent them home injured. No apology, no accountability, just pure negligence. Since they refuse to acknowledge their incompetence, I have only this to say: I hope they stub their toe. I hope that, as they walk out of the shower, they step directly on a LEGO. And when they finally go to sleep, exhausted from a long day of ruining people's pets, I hope both sides of their pillow are warm. Do yourself a favor: stay far away from this place. Used to be a good Groomer, Twice now ive taken my dogs there and told them what I wanted and when I picked up my dogs they were cut as if they had no instruction. Even easty stuff like dont shave my dog or leave the fall alone above her eyes was ignored. Ive been going to this shop for almost 4 years and I won't ever take my dogs there again. 0 stars here is a before and after photo. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is disgusting and messy and the employees are lazy and not helpful in the least. I was not with my grandmother when she dropped our dog off at your shop, but i did come with her to pick her up. Our dog was returned back to us shaved to the skin with the groomer claiming she "couldn't save it" there should have been a call made to us before the decision was made to shave her bald. we would have picked her up. Very upsetting to pay 100 dollars for something we didn't even ask for and without any indication she would come out looking so different. Didn't even look like the same dog. The hair cut was also very choppy and she nicked her ear and butt. The whole experience was nothing but non accommodating and disappointing. I'd pay to get my time back. Will never ever be back to this shop. read more

Took my 1 year old dog to this groomer 4 times and the last time they cut his nose whereas it was bleeding and cut his behind whereas the dog is miserable. Will not go back again. There are other good groomers in Saint Georg. read more

The owner Bree and all the people that work here love the dogs and treat them very good. We are very patient and one time one of the groomers even came out to my car to clip my sassy little chihuahua's nails, who is a bit of a handful. I've taken all of my dogs there for years and she also does a lot of work for the rescues which makes them even more wonderful in my book. read more

Horrible!!! Run don't walk away from this place. They injured my dogs paw and it has never healed. Low quality people and groomers. Has cost $100's of dollars in doctors appointments, boots, socks. Just trying to keep him comfortable. He was just a puppy and even now still has a hard time on a walk. If you like doctoring your dog for the rest of his life... this would be the place to take them. 1 star is too many. read more

The owner Bree is a total jerk, she ripped off my dad yesterday after she found out he had cancer and gave the wrong cut he requested and then cut our poor dogs fur unevenly. When my dad got home, he made several attempts to remedy the situation, even come back and fix his hair cut but the owner was belligerent and would hang up on him. I ended up going to the business today to rectify the situation and I was very civil. I stayed behind the counter, did not yell, did not swear and didn't get into anyone's faces. I asked for the owner and I said you remember the gentlemen from yesterday with cancer, yes? To which she replied yes. I said well the haircut wasn't done right, it wasn't what he requested and she interrupted me and said another employee was with her when she heard his request, but she couldn't come up with that employee. I then continued on to say his cut was also unevenly done. I said now businesses work where you make sure that client is satisfied and if they aren't you either fix it or refund it, not take advantage of a man that has chemo, that's just disgusting. She then stood up from behind the counter, got in my face along with other employees and threatened me and surrounded me to the point where I felt threatened. I was asked to leave, well told and yelled to leave to which I obliged. I open the door and went to close the door behind me when the own yanked the door shut on my disabled arm that has a huge scar. I was wearing a tank top dress this day and you could shed the scar quite clearly so she did have intention of assaulting me. I'm now on a sling and very swollen and bruised. I had a tumor removed from my arm a year ago that caused my arm to break and have major surgery up in SLC and remove the tumor which hollowed out the whole bone and they put three long rods in the bone marrow. So I can break my arm again, I can't lift more than ten pounds and I can shatter my arm very easily. Don't go to this business. If they treat their clients like that, how do they treat the dogs??? read more
