Reached out for a quote on Yelp and got a response within minutes! I was able to get an appt in the same week. They gave us a 4 hour arrival time window and Jose and Theresa were both very good about keeping us updated, which helped us manage our schedule while waiting for them to arrive. The carpet repair was a small area in our bedroom and took a little under an hour to complete. Jose was very good about explaining everything to us and why it could not be repaired 100% perfectly. It was the best job for the value, considering other quotes were more expensive or had a minimum requirement of square footage. Worked on the same area (multiple times) with his hot glue gun instead of repairing the patch. Had to point out areas that needed fixing that were going to be left unfixed. Was paid to cover a hole in the carpet and left without even doing so. Very upset with the lack of effort put into the work. read more

It is really unfortunate that I have to write this review but I've had a very disappointing experience with this company and would NOT recommend them. I hired them to clean the upstairs carpet of a house we just bought so the house was vacant at the time and we vacuumed the carpets prior to the job, per their request. Shortly after the carpets were cleaned, we discovered a big chunk of the textured wall damaged in the master--see photos. The frustrating part is that my husband was there working on the newly renovated house the entire time the carpets were cleaned and no one told him about the damage to the wall and clearly there were no wall remnants so they must have just sucked them up into the machine. We had JUST painted so I know this was not damaged prior to the carpets being cleaned. I reached out to the company to inform them and the "supervisor" was supposed to call to discuss, I have gone round and round over text and it's become apparent that I am not going to get a call, resolution or even an apology from this company. It seems as though they keep prolonging getting back to me and hoping I forget and I am not!!! If they damaged a wall to a VACANT house, I can't imagine potential damage to a home with furniture to maneuver around. If I do end up hearing from them, and they are able to make some sort of effort whatsoever to try and make this right, I'm happy to remove this review.... so far that has not been the case and I'm tired of begging them for a response and not getting it. read more

Had an amazing experience with All In One Carpet Care. Had a tiny bit of water damage in my bathroom ceiling. Property managers chose this company. Supposed to pick up equipment today. No one was home. AIOCC could have gone just up the block to get the key to my Apartment. This didn't happen. When I contacted Jose, the owner, he was very rude and abusive to me. He and his nephew showed up to my apt to get the equipment and were rude and aggressive. I thought I was going to have to DEFEND MYSELF. Like, literally fight these two guys!!! I didn't want any trouble,asked for a moisture test that JOSE (who said he was an owner) And he did one. He wasn't happy about my request and entered my apt. Without me..cause I was watching his VERY AGGRESSIVE nephew pace about and threatening me. Long story short, Jose and Teresa are the owners of this company. Called many times to clear up this mess, no return calls. Jose claimed that he has known the owner of my apartment since he was a baby..apparently to intimidate me. Here's my point. I didn't choose this service. It was chosen for me. If I EVER WANTED SOMEONE TO COME INTIMIDATE ME, it sure as heck wouldn't be All In One Carpet Care. Waiting for my tires to be slashed. My apartment complex uses these guys to clean our carpets, and when we moved in, the carpet was FILTHY. It barely looked vacuumed. So, they called them out a second time, and they still didn't get the job done. We chose to pay another vendor, out of pocket, and when he showed us what the water color was, and how much filth he'd gotten out of our carpets, well, let's just say it was DISGUSTING. They took my request kind of last minute, but showed up and took good care of me. Patrick, the person who came to do the work, was courteous and professional. He called me to let me know he was on his way, and called again just as he was wrapping up. He was courteous, asked good questions and gave me advice on how to deal with the carpets after cleaning. I can make the statement truthfully when I say I have worked with this team HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of times. In the past years I have only used All In One at the large apartment complexes that I have managed and they have cleaned my own homes carpets/ rugs as well over MANY years! When I sold my last home, the inspector accidentally left the water running in the toilet and flooded my entire downstairs.... sadly doing upwards of 20K worth of damage. (Me crying 2 weeks before closing) I trusted AIO and they were my first call. They did what they could, but they don't specialize in this type of remediation and quickly recognized the extent of the damage and gave a us a fantastic referral. They are quick to accommodate, professional, straight shooters and will always be my favorite! read more

Iv talked to 4 people in my complex that they have started work then jack the rate. Just beware of this company. They have messed up my carpet 3 times now. once by sending a unexperienced worker, used way too much glue, it rolled out on top of carpet to glue carpet all down. so huge glue gob on top of carpet. real nice on your bare feet. They have done everything from extensive pet damage to restoring a carpet that a tenant dismantled a car transmission in his living room. All in one came to clean a 2 bdrm apartment, spent 8 minutes ( my manager timed it) . Horrible crap job. The property supervisor came and said to my resident manager " I told you to have this carpet cleaned". Of course, she did have it cleaned, but after ALL IN ONE, you couldn't tell because they did such a horrible job. The tenant did NOT move in, wanted an $1800 refund of deposit and to terminate the deal. It was horrible customer service and really made us look bad. We had to hire another company to come out on an emergency to do the work for tomorrow morning. This is a 50 unit building and we were using these guys on a number of buildings, but not anymore. We will not be paying them for this job. The owner obviously needs do a much better job in employing people who have an actually work ethic, and who take some pride in their work to do the job right. In the same way as his crappy employees did such a horrible job, it made us look bad to the tenant and almost costs us badly because the tenant wanted to back out of the unit. When you hire a company, you expect them to use HOT WATER, you expect them to TAKE THE TIME to do the job right, not just bill you for a bunch of items they did not do.
